There is a member of the NYPD in a booth in front of police headquarters.
I politely told the police officer that I suspect people I know are paying the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.
I informed the NYPD officer that NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number and said their office is closed to the public.
The police officer told me there is nothing he could do, and that was basically it.
Because I was outside of NYPD headquarters, I recorded the audio just in case they try and lie and say I was rude or something like that.
