This semester’s GPA will probably be about 2.5 to 3.0.
The total GPA should stay above 3.0 because I’m close to graduation.
First and foremost, I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.
Treating people respectfully at Baruch College is the most important thing at Baruch College.
Regardless of how anyone at Baruch College treats me, I treat everyone respectfully.
For the past four years, I’ve been unable to use the Baruch College/CUNY Wi-Fi consistently.
I’m creating several videos to show what’s going on.
I was just in the Baruch College library on the 4th floor.
It was September 25, 2023, at about 11 am.
There was only one other Baruch College student on the floor when my laptop was blocked from using the Baruch College Wi-Fi again.
There were a few people who work at the library walking around, plus one Baruch College student on the floor, and that was it.
I’m connected to the Baruch College Wi-Fi; it’s just not working.
The Baruch College Help Desk is great.
I don’t think this has anything to do with them.
I’m connected to the Baruch College Wi-Fi with several laptops.
None of them work on the Baruch College Wi-Fi, including the laptops loaned to me by Baruch College.
I have about 3 or 4 laptops I bought with student loans, plus I have access to laptops from the Baruch College library.
None of the above-mentioned laptops work properly when I use the Baruch College Wi-Fi.
If it wasn’t for a hotspot from a phone company, I would have failed out of CUNY due to lack of access to the Wi-Fi.
I’m allowed partial access to the Baruch College Wi-Fi.
Not enough to graduate.
In my opinion, a student can’t graduate from college in 2023 without consistent access to the college’s Wi-Fi.
If you’re too busy to respond, its no big deal.
I understand everyone is busy.
I’m making the best of the situation as always.
I have Wi-Fi from my mobile phone company to get me through.
Again, the most important thing for me is to follow the Baruch College/CUNY rules and protocol, plus treat all Baruch College staff, professors, and students with the utmost respect at all times.
I’m taking Spanish 1 – SPA 1001 this semester, Fall 2023, at Baruch College.
The rule is a student isn’t allowed to take Spanish if they took Spanish for two years in high school.
I took two years of Spanish in high school.
I graduated high school in 1994.
I contacted the Chair of the Language Department and the Deputy Chair of the Spanish Department.
They said it was OK for me to take Spanish 1 and 2 at Baruch College to meet my language requirement for graduation because I took Spanish in high school so long ago (the 1990s).
I wanted to mention it to you to make sure it’s OK if I take Spanish to complete my language requirement.
I assume if the language department said it’s OK for me to take Spanish 1 and 2, then it’s OK.
I’m mentioning it here just to be extra careful and avoid any mishaps that would stop me from graduating.
I have responsibilities like everyone else except for the members of New York City law enforcement that harass me.
For example, I have schoolwork.
The members of New York City law enforcement that harass me, on the other hand, have billions of dollars in resources and can do whatever they want.
Additionally, New York City law enforcement has thousands of full-time and part-time staff that run scams all day long and don’t even think about helping anyone.
I’ve seen it with my own eyes.
People I know pay New York City law enforcement and other police departments in New York and other states to rob, steal, scam, cover up crimes, etc.
Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight, so they have almost no chance of getting caught.
I know people that have been committing crimes with law enforcement since the 90s.
New York City law enforcement has a team of employees that manages my situation at Baruch College.
For example, New York City law enforcement has a team of employees that make sure I have Baruch College students harassing me every day at school.
I have Baruch College students crashing into me, shoving their phones in my face, etc.
I just ignore them and walk away.
I don’t even report it for the most part because they know where all the security cameras are, and they avoid them.
I just figured out a scam that law enforcement ran on me to sabotage me for the Fall 2023 semester.
I can’t disclose everything because I’m still a student at Baruch College.
If I disclose everything here, law enforcement will use it against me.
There are a few things I’m very comfortable disclosing.
Law enforcement waited until 3 weeks before the start of the Baruch College Fall 2023 semester to cancel one of my easiest and most fun classes.
This is where law enforcement’s lies, scams, and sneakiness really shine through.
Law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team blow marijuana smoke and vape mist at me almost every day.
That drains almost all of my emergency.
It also wastes hours of my day because I have to visit emergency rooms and urgent cares every day to get checked out after law enforcement drugs me.
Law enforcement held back putting at least one class on the CUNY First booking system.
Then after law enforcement saw that I picked my classes and wasn’t checking the CUNY First system anymore, law enforcement put up classes that they know I would have signed up for.
Now I know for the future, I have to keep checking because law enforcement is running non-stop scams on me at Baruch College.

For me, treating Baruch College staff, professors, and students respectfully is more important than anything.
The majority of Baruch College staff and professors are stellar.
I’ve navigated some interesting situations at Baruch College and LaGuardia Community College.
The key to my success at Baruch College was and is always to treat all Baruch College staff, professors, and students politely and respectfully.
Regardless of how badly I’m ever treated on occasion at Baruch College, I always treat all Baruch College staff, professors, and students with the utmost respect at all times.
I’m looking at the big picture.
No exceptions.
No matter what.
For example, Baruch College students crash into me, shove their phones in my face, harass me in the bathroom, and much more.
I’m sure most Baruch College students are great.
There are a number of Baruch College students harassing other students.
There was graffiti in the 6-floor vertical building bathroom today.
The same thing goes for Baruch College staff and professors.
I just act politely and respectfully and move away when allowed.
If something is very obvious and I see a security camera nearby, I’ll polietly and respectfully alert Baruch College security via email.
One time I reported a Baruch College student, and I don’t remember hearing anything further about it.
I’ve reported students for harassing me at BMCC and LaGuardia too, and I never heard anything further about it.
I understand that people are busy and they have to prioritize issues.
I’ve had a small number of Baruch College staff and professor treat me negatively.
Security guards trying to crash into me in the lobby of the library building for some reason.
I documented the time and date somewhere if you want to look at the security video.
I moved out of the way.
It’s no big deal.
A lot of people, not me, play that crash-into-people game in Manhattan.
It’s nothing new.
I always treat all security guards with the utmost respect at all times, regardless of how they treat me.
Apart from that one incident, they are all very nice.
Anytime I speak with a Baruch College security guard, on the rare occasion, I audio record the polite and respectful conversation with my phone to be safe.
I navigated the situations professionally, politely, and respectfully.
I’ve dealt with much worse than any abuse I’ve received at Baruch College, so I’m used to it.
I’m optimistic and in good spirits, as always.
I’ve proven myself to be a serious, polite, and respectful student at Baruch College, and I’m continuing on the same path.
I have a 3.8 GPA with approximately 8 classes to go.
Regardless if I graduate with a 3.8 or a 2.0, the important thing is that I will continue to treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times, and I’ll graduate.
I’ll respectfully report things occasionally to cover myself.
I’m going to utilize the Baruch College opportunity to elevate my life.
I started a little business while I’m here called Mark Pine Opinion.
I’m working on additional entrepreneurial ventures in my spare time.
I’m giving my little side entrepreneurial ventures my all and trying to turn them into money, so I have a career before graduation.
Of course, schoolwork is the number one priority.
I’m studying for Spanish every day, and the class doesn’t start for 3 weeks.
I wanted to mention something regarding documenting my polite and respectful behavior at Baruch College.
My polite and respectful behavior and treating people respectfully is the most important thing at Baruch College.
I’m always concerned about Baruch College students or others making up lies about my polite and respectful behavior because of how many times I’ve been harassed at Baruch College by people I don’t know.
Baruch College is very valuable to me.
I’m guessing the Baruch College students that are harassing me are trying to get me in trouble with the school.
Why else would they be harassing me?
The same thing used to happen at the public assistance job program.
There were people trying to pick fights with people to get them kicked out.
Most of the individuals at Baruch College are here to help each other and elevate their lives.
As is life, when there are tens of thousands of people in one organization, there are always going to be some looking to start trouble.
That’s nothing new.
It’s nothing I haven’t dealt with for decades.
I’m almost 47.
I don’t drink.
I don’t smoke.
I don’t party.
I don’t date.
I don’t have a criminal record.
I don’t do anything illegal.
That’s how I choose to live my life.
I’ve had many Baruch College students harass me in classes, inside the buildings, in the bathrooms, and off campus.
I have no idea who the students are, and even if I did, the best thing to do to someone harassing me is to be polite or ignore them.
I ignore anyone at Baruch College that is harassing me or act professionally or politely if it’s a situation I have to endure.
Life isn’t perfect.
I make the best of all situations.
I’ve had Baruch College students verbally attack me during mandatory in-class student groups.
I just take the abuse and act politely.
One time I sat down in a student group with 4 Baruch College students and me.
Within a minute of sitting down, the 4 Baruch College students started verbally attacking me.
I never spoke with any of the Baruch College students in the group before in my life.
I don’t know their identities.
Of course, it bounced right off me.
I’ve been physically attacked and robbed outside of Baruch College.
Words bounce off me.
I keep my cool when I’m physically attacked and robbed.
I’m used to it.
I don’t like it, although it’s nothing new.
I have so many police reports for being robbed in Manhattan from the NYPD I lost count.
My phone was stolen 3 times last semester.
I was robbed in Manhattan approximately 4 or 5 times last semester, Spring 2023.
I just get back up and keep trying to elevate my life.
Another time I was in a mandatory student pair with one Baruch College student.
The Baruch College student was verbally attacking me as usual.
At one point, the Baruch College student told me not to go to the bathroom so the student could continue verbally attacking me.
I went to the bathroom and acted politely and respectfully.
It seemed like the person was trying to pick a fight or start an argument with me.
My focus is treating people politely and respectfully, plus my career.
I have a few new strategies to document my polite and respectful Baruch College behavior that I wanted to mention that I’m excited about for Fall 2023 and beyond.
I purchased new laptops on the web with my student loans for a great price before the cost went up.
Now I have a little more ability to do more on the web.
I use 2 types of software to record my polite and respectful behavior at Baruch College.
I’m using them now.
They are called screencast and loom.com.
Anytime I’m at Baruch College, without exception, I alternate back and forth from screencast to loom.com
I may add a 3rd software into the mix now that I’m thinking about it.
Screencast and loom.com are recording my face at all times from my laptop camera.
Screencast and loom.com also record my laptop screen at all times.
I stop and start both screencast and loom.com every 10 to 20 minutes.
Therefore even if I lose a video clip, I have hours of polite and respectful behavior videos from every day at Baruch College showing that I’m acting professionally, respectfully, and politely at all times.
Screencast and loom.com can also record audio.
I’m not going to use screencast and loom.com to record audio at Baruch College.
I will only record video of myself and my laptop screen.
I hope that’s enough evidence to prove that I’m polite and respectful at all times at Baruch College.
I also create tons of little selfie videos of myself for social media that I’m constantly posting on the web.
Of course, when I create selfie videos, it’s just me.
There are no Baruch College students in the videos.
I could spend hours working on this email, although I’m going to stop now.
The most important things at Baruch College:
1. Treat all Baruch College staff, professors, and students with the utmost respect at all times, no matter what.
2. Never cheat.
I would never use Artificial Intelligence to cheat.
I’m not an expert in AI, although I think students are going to be getting kicked out of schools a lot trying to use AI work as their own.
This email is over 1,000 words.
I don’t need AI to write or cheat.
3. Plagiarism of any kind is an immediate disaster.
Don’t need it.
Would never do it.
It can be easily detected.
4. Dating is one of the quickest ways to get kicked out of college.
I wouldn’t date anyone at Baruch College if someone offered me $10,000,000 for one date upfront in my bank account.
There are millions of people in Manhattan.
I’m not dating anyone.
If I were, it would be someone not connected to Baruch College that can go to Title 9 and get me kicked out of school in the blink of an eye.
I’m confident that New York City law enforcement has artificial intelligence and plagiarism scams waiting for me this semester at Baruch College.
I’m a civilian.
I’m not a lawyer.
I don’t work for the government.
If there is one thing I know, it’s New York City law enforcement scams.
People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me.
New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team run scams on me constantly.
New York City law enforcement can’t flush money down the toilet quickly enough to run scams.
New York City law enforcement doesn’t have the slightest concern about any government oversight.
I’m going on the record right now.
New York City law enforcement has full remote control access to my laptop and phone.
New York City law enforcement can control the speed of my laptop and phone.
New York City law enforcement can remotely freeze my laptop and phone.
It’s well documented by reliable sources that law enforcement has the ability to bypass most privacy and security features on phones and laptops.
Whatever privacy and security I have on my phone law enforcement can get through it like it isn’t there.
I have never cheated at Baruch College.
I will never cheat at Baruch College.
If I cheated at Baruch College, New York City law enforcement would know about it instantly.
New York City law enforcement is spending millions of dollars to try to get me kicked out of every place I go.
People I know pay New York City law enforcement to rob, steal, run scams, etc.
People I know also pay New York City law enforcement to harass me and others.
I have written millions of words in the past few years.
There is a massive amount of cheating going on at Baruch College by the Baruch College students that run scams for law enforcement.
New York City law enforcement has told Baruch College professors to tell me to copy and past something and send it to them.
I copy and past it and note in the email the instructions from the professor.
Then the professor yells at me saying I was just supposed to copy and paste another students work and send it to the teacher without making any additional notes.
These are the types of scams I’m dealing with at Baruch College.
I act politely and pretend I don’t know what’s going on.
People I know have been paying law enforcement for decades.
I know their scams.
Law enforcement tells some of my Baruch College professors to threaten the class about plagiarism and then order the class to read each other’s work.
I’ve had professors tell me to exchange my phone number, email, full name, and other personal details with female and male students in the class.
Then the professor ordered me to take pictures of teenage women in my classes and email it to the professor.
Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all.
Most people do whatever they request, so this is what’s been going on for the past 3 years at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College.
I always treat everyone at Baruch College—professors, staff, and students with the utmost respect at all times.
I never mention a word about law enforcement to anyone at Bauch College.
New York City law enforcement had their Baruch College student scam team harassing me at school today.
New York City law enforcement has a Baruch College student scam team that gets an automatic 3.0 or higher GPA without doing any work.
People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me.
New York City law enforcement uses their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team and their Baruch College student scam team to harass me.
I ignore them.
Today at about 5 PM, I was walking out of the Baruch College library.
It’s July 24, 2023.
A female member of New York City law enforcement’s Baruch College student lie and scam team pulled one of New York City law enforcement’s classic scams.
It was the pretend you’re with Mark Pine scam.
New York City law enforcement pays women, men, drug addicts, drug dealers, etc., to pretend they’re with me.
New York City law enforcement has ambushed me thousands of times over the years.
When I was about to walk down the steps after I walked out of the Baruch College library, a woman ran behind me, either pretending that “Mark Pine cut me off and is rude” or the “I’m with Mark Pine scam.
I just moved out of the way.
I have no idea what the person looks like.
I have no idea who the person is.
I saw her out of the corner of my eye.
I don’t look directly at the Baruch College scam team if I don’t have to because I don’t care.
If someone is running scams for New York City law enforcement for a living, I say have fun.
That’s their punishment worse than what I could ever do to the person.
I interact with New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes civilian lie and scam team all the time when they are harassing me around New York City.
The majority of the scam team are miserable.
A significant percentage of the interior space at Baruch College isn’t covered by security cameras.
Therefore New York City law enforcement and their student scam team know exactly when they are in the view of the Baruch College security cameras.
New York City law enforcement plans their scams accordingly.
There was additional harassment today, although that was the most obvious one.
The student just walked up the steps, didn’t go into the library, waited for me to start walking down the steps, and then ran behind me.
There were other students trying to crash into me.
New York City law enforcement keeps running the same scams on me over and over because they don’t have any oversight at all.
Greetings Higher Education Services Corporation, Office of Higher Education, FBI, NYPD, and others.
I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times, no matter what.
Treating people respectfully at Baruch College is more important than anything.
I never cheat on any tests, homework assignments, etc., at Baruch College.
I never talk about anything negative or controversial at Baruch College. That includes never talking about how New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team are constantly harassing me.
People I know pay New York City law enforcement to sabotage me, harass me, tease me, rob me, etc.
Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all in the United States, so they don’t have the slightest concern about getting caught.
NYPD Internal Affairs and every internal affairs I’ve ever interacted with is a complete scam.
The FBI agents and police officers that get in trouble are a fraction of one percent of the crime that law enforcement is committing.
I’ve already documented all the ways that New York City law enforcement is trying to get me kicked out of The City University of New York / Baruch College.
You can read about the scams New York City law enforcement is using to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College in the Mark Pine vs The City University of New York lawsuit exhibits.
I’m not an attorney.
I’m representing myself.
I don’t have a criminal record.
I don’t do anything illegal.
I don’t drink.
I don’t smoke.
I don’t party.
I don’t date.
I treat everyone at Baruch College professionally and respectfully no matter what.
I don’t make friends at Baruch College.
I’m not looking to date any women at Baruch College.
I’m sure there are a lot of great people at Baruch College.
New York City law enforcement is constantly harassing me.
I find under the circumstances, it’s best to keep to myself.
New York City law enforcement has a civilian team of professors, staff, and students at Baruch College that are constantly harassing me.
I just play along and either ignore them or just act politely and pretend I don’t know what they are doing.
I have a 3.8 GPA at Baruch College, with 8 classes left to graduate.
These are some of the scams that New York City law enforcement has in store to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.
New York City law enforcement has been running these scams on me already and will continue to run the same scams on me because they don’t have anyone stopping them.
1. New York City law enforcement has female and male Baruch College students crash into me and shove their phones in my face.
That’s been done hundreds of times.
On campus, off campus, in the street, subway, hallways at school, bathrooms, etc.
2. New York City law enforcement has Baruch College professors try to set me up for plagiarism and cheating scams.
For example, Baruch College professors will tell me to copy and paste something and email it to them.
I make a note on the material explaining the instructions.
Then the professor will yell at me, saying I was just supposed to send the material without notating that I was told to copy, paste, and send.
3. New York City law enforcement has my professors put me into in-class student groups and pairs in classes.
Then the students in the groups will start asking for my phone number and email.
I politely and respectfully say I prefer to maintain my privacy.
Then the students in the in-class groups will complain about me and harass me the whole time.
I will pretend I don’t know what they are doing and just act respectfully and take the abuse.
4. New York City law enforcement will have Baruch College professors send the whole class everyone’s contact information.
Then, New York City law enforcement will impersonate me and contact students from my classes.
I would never contact a Baruch College student in class or out of class unless it’s mandatory for a class group.
Anytime I interact with Baruch College students for a mandatory class group, I treat the student or students professionally.
I only talk about school.
I don’t joke around.
I don’t socialize.
I just take the abuse and don’t respond when they harass me.
5. New York City law enforcement has tens of billions of dollars with absolutely no oversight at all.
That leads to some hi-tech scams that are beyond most people’s imaginations.
Lucky for me, I know people that have been paying New York City law enforcement to commit crimes for decades, so I know their scams.
Law enforcement has thousands of hours of audio of me arguing on the phone with the FBI, NYPD 911, etc.
I’ve called the FBI bank robbery extensions and NYPD 911 over 20,000 times to report law enforcement for harassing me.
Law enforcement would like to take the audio of me reporting them and say it happened at Baruch College or on the phone with someone from Baruch College.
New York City law enforcement has people from Baruch College pick up NYPD 911 and 311, pretend they work for the New York City Police and argue with me on the phone.
Of course, law enforcement can have staff, professors, and students at Baruch College act as witnesses and back up any lie.
For example, New York City law enforcement would like to take audio of me arguing on the phone with law enforcement or complaining about law enforcement and edit the audio, video, or both into a new conversation between me and one or more people at Baruch College.
I never mention law enforcement to anyone at Baruch College.
New York City law enforcement could have 1,000 people at Baruch College back up any lie they want and act as witnesses.
New York City law enforcement has hundreds of Baruch College students running scams in return for an automatic 3.0 GPA or higher.
6. Of course, New York City law enforcement always has Baruch College female students trying to set me up as a stalker.
If someone offered me a million dollars upfront to have a cup of coffee with a female Baruch College student, staff member, or professor, I would say no because I would think it was a law enforcement setup.
Dating is the quickest way to get kicked out of Baruch College.
Today is July 23, 2023, at 9 AM.
Law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team have already started harassing me today.
The last thing I’m thinking about is dating.
All I want to do is earn money so I can defend myself legally and properly sue law enforcement and others.
If I dated a woman, either she would have to say I did something improper or law enforcement would make her life a living hell.
Law enforcement are professionals at harassing people.
I’m making it my life’s work to expose United States law enforcement and try to clean it up.
7. Law enforcement has Baruch College students start yelling at me during classes and then chase me around the school.
I ignore them and report it.
I just run away.
8. I don’t care if a Baruch College teacher, staff member, or student pours a can of paint on my head, curses me out, and throws my laptop and phone out the window.
I will say thank you and walk away.
Success is the only form of revenge for me.
9. I’m sure New York City law enforcement has a million artificial intelligence scams planned for me this semester.
I don’t cheat.
I don’t need to cheat.
For example, I just checked, and this message is already over 1,500 words.
If you look at my Grammarly.com account, I’ve written millions of words.
I don’t have a problem writing or doing my schoolwork.
New York City law enforcement has full remote control access to my laptop and phone.
New York City law enforcement can see everything I do on my laptop and phone.
If I did anything illegal or cheated, New York City law enforcement would know right away.
New York City law enforcement blocks me from using the Baruch College Wi-Fi, and if they allow me to connect, it’s at slower speeds than everyone else.
There is more, although that’s enough for now.
If anyone has ideas on how I can legally get New York City law enforcement to stop harassing me, please let me know.
First and foremost, and more important than any of this, I always treat everyone from the CCRB with the utmost respect at all times.
Regardless of how anyone at the CCRB ever treats me, I will continue to treat all staff from the CCRB with the absolute utmost respect at all times.
It doesn’t seem that the NYPD and New York City law enforcement have any intentions to stop harassing me, so this will probably be going on for years.
People I know pay the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.
New York City law enforcement goes to government agencies and sabotages me—for example, HRA, CUNY, etc.
New York City law enforcement has a plain clothes civilian lie and scam team they use to harass me and sabotage me.
New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes civilian lie and scam team shoves their phones in my face, crashes into me, cuts me off, blows drug smoke in my face, vandalizes my property, robs me, etc.
I don’t have a criminal record at all, and I don’t do anything illegal.
I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date.
I’ve been to the CCRB office a few times.
The CCRB told me to contact NYPD Internal Affairs.
NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.
I went to the NYPD Internal Affairs office, and they said it’s closed to the public.
I’ll put together more information and send it later.
I just wanted to let you know what’s going on.
I created a website, markpine.com, all about law enforcement harassing me.
I’m also suing The City University of New York for allowing the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to run scams on me to sabotage me and try to get me kicked out of Baruch College.
For example, New York City law enforcement is running audio and video scams on me at Baruch College.
For example, law enforcement is planning and was planning to have a whole class of students, and professor say that Mark Pine had some type of outburst in class.
Then New York City law enforcement would edit up a bunch of audio with their billions of dollars paired with a bunch of witnesses.
I have been harassed so many times at Baruch College I lost count.
I always just act politely when it’s Baruch College professors and staff harassing me.
If it’s Baruch College students harassing me, I just act politely or walk away.
Staff and professors at Baruch College have also run scams on me to set me up for plagiarism.
I avoided it and just pretended I didn’t know.
Baruch College professors, staff, and students have verbally attacked me several times, and I just act polite.
I have been through severe harassment courtesy of the NYPD and New York City law enforcement.
I’m 8 classes away from graduating from Baruch College.
After I graduate, there is a chance I may attend a CUNY graduate school.
I don’t blame anyone at the CCRB for not helping me if you don’t have the ability to help me.
I don’t blame anyone at Baruch College for running scams on me at the request of the NYPD and New York City law enforcement.
In my opinion, New York City law enforcement could have anyone at CUNY fired.
The NYPD and New York City law enforcement are easily spending millions of dollars running scams on me.
I’m not an attorney.
I’m a pro se litigant.
If you look at the exhibits from the case Mark Pine vs The City University of New York, you will see some of the scams that the NYPD and New York City law enforcement are running on me.
NYPD Internal Affairs and the New York City Department of Investigations are not helping me at all.
I’ve also reported New York City law enforcement to several additional government agencies, and they aren’t helping me.
I’m more than happy to turn over my phone records and bank records.
That would allow investigators to match locations where I’ve been to security cameras around New York City.
If that’s done, you will see New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes civilian lie and scam team constantly harassing me.
New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes civilian lie and scam team harasses me in the street, stores, supermarkets, gym, subway, at Baruch College, and everywhere else.
Law enforcement has civilian women and men that don’t officially work for law enforcement picking up the phone at NYPD 911 and running scams on me.
That is why I always say 911 at the beginning and end of every sentence when I call NYPD 911.
Even with saying 911 at the beginning and end of every sentence, law enforcement still has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team running many scams on me when I call NYPD 911.
I’ve called NYPD 911 over 20,000 times easily.
People I know pay the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.
Law enforcement has second and third-generation New York City plainclothes civilian lie and scam team members running scams on NYPD 911.
New York City law enforcement has Baruch College students, staff, and professors (I don’t recognize their voices, I just know the scams), and people from other places I go (gym, coworking, supermarkets, etc.) picking up NYPD 911, pretending they are an NYPD 911 operator, and arguing with me, harassing me, insulting me, and yelling on top of me.
Law enforcement is trying to get snippets of conversations that law enforcement can edit into new conversations, say they happened in person or on a personal phone, and use to try and get me kicked out of places.
New York City law enforcement are spending millions of dollars to try and get me kicked out of every place I go.
New York City law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all.
If anyone stands up to New York City law enforcement, they are fired, law enforcement will kill the person and say they killed themselves, etc.
Greetings New York State Office of Higher Education Office of the Deputy Commissioner,
I always follow all rules at Baruch College.
What is the rule regarding having my phone’s audio recorder on during Baruch College classes?
The reason I ask is this.
People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me.
Law enforcement has a regular clothes civilian lie and scam team constantly harassing me.
When I’m outside of Baruch College on my own time, I call the FBI bank robbery extensions, the DOJ, and NYPD 911 thousands of times per month while New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team harass me.
When I call the FBI bank robbery extensions, NYPD 911, the DOJ, etc., law enforcement will have students and staff from Baruch College, the gym where I belong, etc., pick up the phone, verbally attack me, harass me, and insult me.
New York City law enforcement will try and say the arguments happened on people’s personal phones or at Baruch College.
New York City law enforcement can have any number of “witnesses” back up their lies at Baruch College and everywhere else.
New York City law enforcement could have 10,000 witnesses show up at 60 Centre St in Manhattan in 3 hours and say they saw Mark Pine swimming with squirrels in Central Park.
Law enforcement pays women and men to crash into me and shove their phones in my face, so I’m just covering myself by calling the DOJ, FBI, and NYPD 911.
I know they aren’t helping me.
New York City law enforcement pays their civilian lie and scam team to run around and drive around in Manhattan trying to cause accidents.
If anyone doesn’t believe me, look at what members of the NYPD have been convicted for recently, and you will see a tiny percentage of the madness.
I’m more than happy to provide any information that will help expose New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team.
There are a few ways New York City law enforcement would like to get me kicked out of Baruch College.
1. Say Mark Pine is stalking all the girls.
I’ve called and emailed the FBI, NYPD, DOJ, etc., more than 99.0% of the people on the planet to report that scam.
2. Say Mark Pine was rude to people at Baruch College or had some type of outburst.
Law enforcement can run their audio scams with as many Baruch College student, staff, and professor “witnesses” as they want.
I’ve documented that scam many times.
I still would like to know what the rule is with audio recording classes.
If the rule is don’t do it or you don’t get back to me, I won’t do it.
If it’s legal and allowed, I will record all audio in my classes to cover myself so law enforcement doesn’t take audio of me on the phone getting harassed for hours, days, weeks, months, and years, at a time by New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team outside of school.
When I call NYPD 911, a lot of college-age people pick up the phone and blatantly harass me on the phone.
I always say to myself that it’s very bold how New York City law enforcement has people running scams on NYPD 911, a recorded law enforcement phone line.
