  • Opinion: Response to the New York Attorney General motion in my City University of New York civil lawsuit. October 2, 2022.

    Disclaimers:

    I’m not an attorney.

I don’t know anything about the law.

    I’m representing myself.

Mark Pine Vs The City University of New York

I’ll sue you if you don’t share this page. Just kidding.

State of New York Court of Claims

    Claim no. 138078

First and foremost, I always treat everyone at the New York State Courts with the utmost respect at all times.

That is more important than anything.

Regardless of the outcome of this case, I will continue to learn more about the law and improve the way I’m able to represent myself.

The New York State Court System and everyone who works there is great.

    Thank you.

I have dozens of civil lawsuits that I plan on filing in the future in New York State Courts, therefore it’s very important for me to stay on the best terms humanly possible with everyone at the New York State Courts.

That includes Judges, security guards working at the courthouses, individuals at the clerk’s offices, people working in the law libraries, etc.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement loves to lie and say that Mark Pine is rude and then create conversations by editing old audio and video they have of me into new conversations.

Also, in my opinion, New York City law enforcement runs around town paying and threatening people to say Mark Pine is rude.

Regardless of the outcome of this case, I will continue to treat everyone at the New York Attorney General’s Office with the utmost respect at all times.

I understand that everyone is doing their best under the circumstances.

In my opinion, people I know pay law enforcement to tease me, harass me, sabotage me, try to set me up, and drug me.

New York City law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and block me from walking.

NYPD Internal Affairs, New York FBI, US Attorney Southern District, Manhattan District Attorney, United States Secret Service, United States Marshals, New York City Crime Stoppers, and many other government agencies have blocked my phone number.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t party.

    I don’t date.

I’m too scared to date after New York City law enforcement, in my opinion, started paying women in their teens and twenties to crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and try to set me up as a stalker.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement has men do the same thing to try and start fights with me.

I have been living in the street homeless in New York City for at least the last five years with New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes harassment team harassing me.

I just take the abuse because there is nothing I can do and none of law enforcement’s oversight will help me at all.

I have been a full-time student at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College, both City University of New York (CUNY) Schools, for over two years.

During that time, in my opinion, New York City law enforcement, in my opinion, has CUNY students cut me off, crash into me, block me from walking, and shove their phones in my face over and over.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students.

Treating people at Baruch College respectfully is more important than anything.

I’m living in the street in New York City, and I’m on welfare.

Anytime I try to find a job, in my opinion, New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes sabotage team threatens people and tells them not to give me a penny under any circumstances.

I’m not mentioning New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes team harassing me to anyone at Baruch College except the Dean via email every once in a while.

I have the utmost respect humanly possible for the stellar Baruch College Dean.

In my opinion, there is nothing he can do to stop New York City law enforcement and their regular clothes harassment team from harassing me every day.

I used to email the CUNY Chancellor, CUNY Title 9 Coordinator, Baruch College President, etc., to let them know that, in my opinion, New York City law enforcement has people harassing me constantly on and off school grounds.

I was politely instructed by the Baruch College Dean to only email him about these types of matters from now on.

Of course, I followed his directive and hold him in the highest regard.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement and whoever directs them can have anyone at Baruch College, and CUNY fired immediately if they don’t do what New York City law enforcement says, even in regards to New York City law enforcement sabotaging students.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all, and they abuse their power 365 days a year.

New York City law enforcement helps many people and does a lot of good too.

That’s no excuse for them to harass, sabotage, and kill people.

Several innocent people have been murdered recently (past year to five years) by New York City law enforcement, NYPD, etc.

Members of the NYPD have been convicted for murder, drug dealing, child abuse, domestic violence, and much more.

That is a provable fact reported on in mainstream news media.

I never mention a word about New York City law enforcement harassing me to any of my professors at Baruch College.

I treat my Baruch College professors with the utmost respect at all times, no matter what.

If a Baruch College professor calls me a homeless loser, pours a can of paint over my head, throws my laptop out of the window, and tells me they hope the NYPD locks me up for the rest of my life—I will say thank you.

I would never say a negative word to a Baruch College professor, staff, student, or anyone at Baruch College under any circumstances.

New York City law enforcement’s Baruch College staff and student scam team ambushes me constantly at Baruch College.

About a year or so ago, I was arrested in Nassau County, Long Island, New York.

The Nassau County Police bought a phone, said it was my phone, and apparently made calls with the phone.

I was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor.

Eventually, the charge was lowered to a violation.

I asked why would I want to mask my phone number?

I have called various law enforcement and government agencies more than 10,000 times from my own number.

I’m living in the street, homeless.

I can barely afford one phone, let alone two.

These are the types of New York City law enforcement scams I’m up against every day.

I refer to them as Billion Dollar Scams.

Last but not least, I never spend cash except to do my laundry, so how would I buy a phone that isn’t recorded in my bank account records?

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement is threatening to murder me with drugs, so I’m scared to handle cash at all.

The other day I had a headache and was too scared to buy Advil because I didn’t want New York City law enforcement to have pictures of me taking the Advil.

Everyone at the courts is smart.

    Everyone at CUNY is smart.

Everyone at the New York Attorney General’s Office is smart.

    I’m smart.

Everyone is doing their best under the circumstances.

    I’m not underestimating anyone’s intelligence.

I’m not mad at anyone at CUNY, even if they sabotage me.

Nothing that is happening at CUNY regarding New York City law enforcement harassing, teasing, and sabotaging me is new.

It’s all been going on for more than two years since day one.

I didn’t say anything then, I’m not saying anything now.

I’m living in the street, homeless, and on welfare.

Thanks to CUNY, I just received $8,400 from student loans.

    I bought two down-insulated jackets.

I bought two because New York City law enforcement will probably rip them both, in my opinion.

If I only had one, New York City law enforcement would rip it or steal it.

I bought laptops, clothes, paid bills, etc.

Even living in the street my life is a lot more comfortable thanks to CUNY.

I joined a coworking, so I have a warm place to go 24 hours daily.

I also paid for my gym so I can shower.

If I’m correct, the Assistant Attorney General is either saying I filed the lawsuit in the wrong court or I labeled the lawsuit incorrectly.

This is the second time I filed a lawsuit against CUNY in the New York Court of Claims.

No one mentioned anything last time about an incorrect label on the lawsuit or it being the wrong court.

I will contact various legal services and try to figure out what I did wrong as quickly as possible.

If I’m correct, I believe the New York Court of Claims is the correct place to file a lawsuit against CUNY, so maybe I incorrectly labeled the lawsuit.

This whole lawsuit is about, in my opinion, CUNY allowing New York City law enforcement to sabotage me at Baruch College.

    I’m not mad at CUNY.

I don’t blame them for not wanting to lose their jobs.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement can have anyone at Baruch College fired if they don’t go along with New York City law enforcement’s scams, and I’m a big-dollar set-up victim.

Meaning the civilians I know that pay New York City law enforcement to sabotage me have a lot of money and connections.

I’m not complaining to anyone at Baruch College about New York City law enforcement harassing me.

Anytime I speak with any Baruch College professors or staff, I treat them with the utmost respect at all times and I never mention anything about New York City law enforcement or anything negative for that matter.

In my spare time from Baruch College, I’m trying to get the word out as much as possible that people I know are paying New York City law enforcement to harass me and can they please help me.

I’m claiming that New York City law enforcement is threatening and forcing Baruch College and CUNY to put female students in my classes to try and set me up as a stalker.

I’m claiming that New York City law enforcement is threatening and forcing Baruch College and CUNY to put male students in my classes to try and start fights with me.

I can care less. I ignore them all.

If someone at Baruch College spits in my face, I would say thank you and walk away.

    I don’t care.

I’ve been through hell, and I’m still here.

    I’m used to it.

I’m disappointed that the civilians I know pay New York City law enforcement to run scams on me.

I’m not mad at the people New York City law enforcement is sending to harass me and try to set me up.

If someone’s job is trying to sabotage and set up innocent people as a staker or try to pick fights with innocent people for law enforcement, that’s their punishment as far as I’m concerned.

I don’t care if a student at Baruch College or professor or staff member spits in my face, pours a can of paint on my head, calls me a homeless loser, etc., I will never and have never mentioned one word about New York City law enforcement to anyone at Baruch College, and I have never and will never say a negative word to anyone at Baruch College.

I just ignore them and walk away.

I have always and will always treat everyone at Baruch College, students, staff, professors, etc., with the utmost professionalism and respect at all times.

No matter what happens or what anyone does to me, I will never mention a word about New York City law enforcement, the NYPD, the New York FBI, etc., to anyone at Baruch College.

    I want to graduate.

If you saw me right now, you would not think I was homeless.

    I look like everyone else.

In January 2023, I will receive another $8,000 in my bank account to pay my bills for the year.

That is in addition to welfare.

What street homeless person is getting that?

    Not too many.

Then in August 2023, I get another $8,000.

I want to keep receiving the money until people save me from being harassed daily by New York City law enforcement and their regular clothes team.

I’m also using the laptops, phone, etc., that I could buy thanks to CUNY to contact thousands of companies and try to get the word out that, in my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me and can they please help.

If it weren’t for CUNY, New York City law enforcement would be wiping the floor with me 10X worse than they are now.

At least now, when New York City law enforcement has people in regular clothes harassing me every day, I’m warm, and I have places to go.

If it weren’t for CUNY, I’d be freezing at a coffee shop.

I’ll never give up, no matter what.

Either New York City law enforcement is going to murder me, lock me up, or I’m going to get help.

I’ve accepted that fate and I’m doing my best to reach the get help part.

Who compliments the person they are suing in a civil suit?

    I am.

I’m saying CUNY is one of the best opportunities ever, and I love CUNY.

The staff and professors are amazing.

The students are great, too, except for the fact that New York City law enforcement is incentivizing some of them to harass me constantly.

Regardless I’m not saying a word, and I’m taking the abuse.

It could be worse, I could be in prison with New York City law enforcement tampering with my food every day.

Plus playing around with the temperature and paying other inmates to harass me around the clock.

New York City law enforcement has people blow marijuana and vape smoke in my face outside of school when I’m trying to study.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement has no boundaries regarding sabotage.

If they think of something, they do it, usually without any consequences.

  • Opinion: Law enforcement’s security cameras and video scams.

In my opinion, United States of America law enforcement runs scams far beyond most people’s imagination.

For example, law enforcement in the tri-state area, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, has thousands of business people and students that law enforcement uses to run scams.

If something goes wrong, the woman or man doesn’t work for the government or law enforcement, so the blame goes somewhere else.

People I know pay law enforcement to tease me, harass me, and sabotage me regularly.

Law enforcement doesn’t have the slightest concern about getting caught.

When Law enforcement is running scams on me, they are always mindful of the indoor and outdoor security cameras.

For example, law enforcement sets up scams based on the location of security cameras.

That can include having women and men crash into me and cut me off, intending to get a negative reaction out of me in clear view of security cameras.

Another scam that law enforcement runs on me constantly is leaving things in clear view of security cameras to make it seem like things happened around the same time.

For example, law enforcement will leave garbage on the floor, a piece of clothing on a counter, a cup on a table, and things like that.

Therefore law enforcement can refer back to the video and claim that events happened in the sequence that law enforcement is claiming.

People don’t realize that law enforcement keeps track of everything so it can recreate the same background on different days.

For example, on Monday, law enforcement can capture a video of me with a piece of garbage on the floor.

On Wednesday, law enforcement can create more videos with the same piece of garbage on the floor.

Then law enforcement will edit the video and claim that everything happened on the same day or at the same time.

In New York City alone, law enforcement has tens of thousands of employees and billions of dollars per year to spend.

If people in New York stopped for a few hours and thought about the amount of money going into law enforcement in New York, they would be shocked.

For example, I think retired members of the NYPD are being paid about 3 billion dollars per year.

That’s OK, but don’t turn around and tell me you can’t keep New York City safe when billions of dollars per year are going to retired police officers.

Without spending any time researching the number, I’m guessing New York City law enforcement’s budget is around ten billion dollars per year.

    That includes pensions.

The ten billion per year doesn’t include the FBI, Marshalls, DEA, etc.

The total yearly budget for all law enforcement in New York could be around fifteen or twenty billion dollars.

It might be over twenty billion dollars per year.

Does anyone know the total amount of money allocated yearly to law enforcement in the state of New York, including pensions?

Please leave your guess in the comments.

Should the US Attorneys’ and District Attorneys’ salaries be included in that number?

In my opinion, people I know pay law enforcement to harass me constantly in New York City.

Law enforcement pockets the money and then uses the government’s money and resources to harass me.

If the time, money, energy, and resources being spent on harassing me every day were spent fighting crime instead of committing crime, that could potentially be lives saved.

In my opinion, the NYPD Internal Affairs program has to be revamped.

Also, I would like to see police officers and law enforcement earn more money if they will stop committing crimes and spend 100 percent of their efforts keeping us safe.

  • Opinion: Law enforcement’s ambush and record scam.

New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes, off the books, civilian lie and scam team harass me constantly.

One thing they do is ambush me and record me.

For example, New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes, female and male, civilian lie and scam team cut me off and crash into me at Baruch College and almost everywhere else while my reactions are recorded.

I was just at one of the gyms where I belong.

New York City law enforcement had their civilian lie and scam team members put what looked like drugs on the table next to the mirror in the locker room.

Then, New York City law enforcement has their scam team recording me walking by it in the locker room.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t party.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

New York City law enforcement also has their scam team cutting me off and crashing into me at the gym and almost every other place I go throughout New York City.

What I don’t understand is that I didn’t think people were allowed to video record each other inside a gym locker room, although I guess New York City law enforcement doesn’t care.

  • Opinion: New York City law enforcement scams in front of the NYPD 10th Precinct on July 23, 2022.

July 23, 2022 at about noon, I parked a bicycle rental on 9th Ave and 21st St in Manhattan.

I forgot that I had a laptop from my college in the basket.

I walked towards the self-service laundry on 24th St and 9th Ave in Manhattan.

Before I arrived at the laundry place, I realized I had forgotten the laptop.

I went back to the bicycle, and the laptop was gone.

I then went to the NYPD 10th Precinct on West 20th Street.

There was a couple, a woman and a man, standing outside talking with a police officer.

I waited across the street for about thirty minutes until it was my turn.

I suspect that the NYPD and New York City law enforcement wanted to get pictures and videos of me standing next to the couple in front of the NYPD 10th Precinct for one reason or another.

In my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass and sabotage me almost every day.

New York City law enforcement is trying to get me kicked out of every place I go.

New York City law enforcement has civilians, regular people, follow me into businesses and harass me almost everywhere in Manhattan.

I call the people New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team.

New York City law enforcement’s civilian scam team crash into me, tease me, harass me, shove their phones in my face, etc.

After I waited across the street from the NYPD 10th Precinct for about thirty minutes, I noticed that the couple wasn’t there anymore, so I walked into the precinct.

An NYPD Detective walked up to me and said we had spoken on the phone a bunch of times before the NYPD blocked my phone number.

I told the NYPD Detective what happened.

I said I would like a police report just in case someone does something illegal with the laptop so it would be documented that it was lost or stolen.

While I was speaking with the detective, the couple that was standing in front of the precinct for thirty minutes when I showed up got on both sides of me with another person standing on the sidewalk recording and taking pictures of the three of us with a phone.

The NYPD Detective asked if I wanted to walk around, the two of us, and look for the laptop.

    I said no.

The NYPD Detective asked if I wanted his phone number and email.

    I said no.

We went around in circles a bunch of times, so I just said it’s okay.

I’ll go to another precinct and ask someone else for a police report.

In addition to the couple, a woman and man, that was posing for pictures around me in front of the NYPD 10th Precinct, there was someone else.

There was a woman who walked up and also pretended she was with me in front of the NYPD 10th Precinct.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement wanted pictures and videos of me with the couple, woman and man, in front of the NYPD 10th Precinct.

New York City law enforcement also wanted pictures of the woman by herself and me in front of the NYPD 10th Precinct.

This is the email I sent to my college because the laptop was loaned to me from CUNY.

    Greetings Help Desk,

I was riding a bicycle rental.

I left the laptop in the bicycle’s basket.

I walked a few blocks away and then realized I had forgotten the laptop.

When I got back, the laptop was gone.

The laptop still has the stickers from CUNY attached.

Please let me know who I should notify at the school just in case someone finds the laptop and returns it.

If I owe money, please let me know, and I’ll take care of it when I receive my student loan refund in August or September.

I am very appreciative that Baruch College and CUNY was considerate enough to help me obtain a laptop and I want to make this right.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

Now I’m at the NYPD 14th Precinct.

Everyone is being respectful, although, in my opinion, the NYPD always has to run scams on me.

While I was waiting to speak with a police officer at the NYPD 14th Precinct, another person walked in looking for a police report.

The other civilian started trying to talk with me, and I ignored him.

Then the NYPD ran one of their classic scams on me.

The other civilian that was trying to speak with me cut me in line.

I’m used to it, they do this all the time, so I don’t say a word.

Then, the civilian is standing at the NYPD 14th Precinct Desk, and the NYPD officer at the desk starts talking with the person standing there.

That way, if anyone looks at the security cameras for the NYPD 14th Precinct, it looks like someone is standing at the desk to get a police report, and I’m next in line being inconsiderate.

When the police officer started talking to me, I said it’s OK, that person can go first.

The police officer said no, you’re first with the civilian staring at me.

I said my laptop was lost or stolen.

The police officer said to go into another room, and they would look into it.

  • Opinion: Law enforcement’s negative look game.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me every day.

I can’t mention the people’s names because I can be sued for defamation, libel, or slander.

I can’t mention them, although it’s OK for them to pay New York City law enforcement to harass me constantly.

    Great rules.

New York City law enforcement has women and men who try to pick fights with me daily to get me in trouble.

New York City law enforcement tried to set me up with every scam you can possibly imagine.

They offered me stolen credit cards, stolen MetroCards, etc.

I didn’t fall for any of it.

Now New York City law enforcement is running a new scam on me.

It’s called the negative look game.

The negative look game is an old-school cointelpro trick.

New York City law enforcement harasses me around the clock.

Then law enforcement parades people from Baruch College and other places in front of me while simultaneously trying to get a negative look out of me so they can make up some type of false narrative.

    That’s the negative look game.

According to New York City law enforcement, I should be chipper at all times.

New York City law enforcement sabotaged all my money.

New York City law enforcement sabotaged my web marketing services.

I have been living in the street for the past five years or more.

New York City law enforcement is still viciously trying to take every little thing from me.

I know the people that are paying them.

I contacted NYPD Internal Affairs, and they blocked my phone number.

  • I’m back calling Department of Justice headquarters thousands of times. Phone: 202-514-2000 extension zero.

I sent this email to Department of Justice Headquarters on January 8, 2024.

    Greetings DOJ,

I have to study so I’ll make this quick.

In my opinion, people I know pay law enforcement and law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team to harass me.

    I ignore them.

When law enforcement’s female and male scam team starts harassing me, I call Phone: 202-514-2000 extension zero.

The people at Phone: 202-514-2000 extension zero pick up the phone and don’t speak.

The FBI bank robbery extensions does the same thing.

When I call the FBI bank robbery extensions in all 50 states thousands of times while law enforcements civilian lie and scam team are harassing me, the people at the FBI pick up the phone and don’t speak.

I guess it’s some type of government or law enforcement scam, not sure.

I don’t care what the people who pick up the phone do when I call.

I record every call to Phone: 202-514-2000 extension zero with tape a call.

If you want to hear the calls I’ll send them over.

I’m recording the calls for my protection so law enforcement doesn’t lie about what was said on the calls.

If anyone has any idea how I can get law enforcement to stop harassing me, please let me know.

My number is 917 815 5415 Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: The number one scam I suspect law enforcement would like to use to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

If I had to guess, the number one scam that I suspect law enforcement would like to use to get me kicked out of Baruch College is an audio and video scam.

Of course, law enforcement would use any lie and scam to get me kicked out of Baruch College because people I know pay law enforcement to harass me.

Law enforcement would love to lie and say Mark Pine is a racist, Mark Pine is making controversial comments, Mark Pine is stalking all the Baruch College female students, Mark Pine is arguing with everyone, cheating, plagiarizing, using AI to cheat, and much more.

I would like to clarify law enforcement’s audio and video scam one more time.

Law enforcement has audio and video of me reporting law enforcement on the phone to the FBI and NYPD 911.

I call the FBI bank robbery extension and NYPD 911 almost every day while law enforcement has their civilian lie and scam team harass me.

Law enforcement forwards my calls to women and men who have no intention of helping me, and they harass me on the phone.

Law enforcement, of course, records all the calls with their phone scammers harassing me on the phone.

Law enforcement also has people record me with their phones while I’m on my phone reporting law enforcement.

Here is law enforcement’s audio and video scam to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.

Law enforcement can have a whole Baruch College class lie and say Mark Pine was arguing with the teacher and all the students in a Baruch College class.

Then, law enforcement can take audio and video of me reporting law enforcement for harassing me and edit the audio and video into new conversations with people at Baruch College who are reporting me.

Law enforcement has tens of billions or hundreds of billions of dollars per year.

Almost anything you’ve ever seen in the entertainment business, law enforcement has.

I have had Baruch College students harassing me in every class for the past four years.

    I just ignore them.

  • Opinion: Law enforcement’s goal is to try and get me kicked out of every supermarket so I can’t buy food.

    Greetings All Supermarkets,

Almost every time I go to a supermarket, law enforcement harasses me.

This has nothing to do with any supermarket’s staff.

This is the way it works.

Law enforcement sends women and men of all ages in regular clothes into supermarkets before, during, and after me.

I call the individuals’ law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team.

Law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team doesn’t directly work for the United States Government or law enforcement.

Law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team are all being compensated in a way that hides their connection with law enforcement just in case they have to go to court.

Law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team block me from walking, cut me off, reach across me any chance they get, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and many more scams.

    I ignore them.

If you look at the security videos anytime I’m at your supermarket you will see for yourself.

I’ve contacted NYPD Internal Affairs and many other government agencies; they won’t help.

There is nothing anyone can do because, in my opinion, law enforcement has little to no oversight.

Law enforcement has their civilian lie and scam team harass me everywhere I go, in addition to supermarkets.

    Law enforcement especially hates supermarkets.

In my opinion, if it were up to law enforcement, they would close every supermarket in America.

I repeat this has nothing to do with any supermarket company or any supermarket company’s staff.

This is law enforcement running scams on their own.

    Thank you.

  • Opinion: There are Baruch College students in all my classes looking for any reason to complain about me.

    Greetings,

I’m very careful and cautious how I conduct myself in all my Baruch College classes.

For the past four years, I have had Baruch College female and male students harassing me in all of my classes.

I know that would never happen.

    “He’s imagining it.”

    “He’s making it up.”

My phone was stolen six times so far in 2023.

I’ve been robbed more than ten times in 2023.

I’ve had my property stolen and vandalized hundreds of times over the years.

In my opinion, people I know pay law enforcement to harass me.

From my experience, law enforcement has massive resources to run anyone they want into the ground with little or no oversight.

I have had Baruch College students and professors crash into me, shove their phones in my face, insult me, yell at me, try to start controversial conversations with me, and many other scams.

Baruch College students will jog in place and bounce their legs up and down at their desks directly in front of me for thirty minutes at a time.

Getting harassed before, during, and after my Baruch College classes is nothing new; it’s been happening for the past four years.

I act professionally and respectfully and make the best of the situation.

    Thank you.

  • Opinion: Law enforcement is still using the same old scams to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.

    Greetings,

I’ve sued The City University of New York (CUNY) four times because, in my opinion, there is staff at CUNY helping law enforcement run scams on me at college.

I’m not mad at the people who I suspect help law enforcement harass me at Baruch College.

    I don’t take it personally.

    I’m not an attorney.

    I represent myself pro se.

Law enforcement has already started planning and running scams on me for the Spring 2024 semester, and it hasn’t even started yet.

    Today is December 22, 2023.

People I know pay law enforcement to harass me.

Law enforcement taps into their billions of dollars in government resources to run professional ambushes and scams on me.

Law enforcement runs more advanced scams than people would imagine.

In my opinion, I don’t see a difference between the abilities and technology of the Military, FBI, and Police.

If you work for the Military, FBI, or Police and you don’t sabotage innocent people, you have my thanks and respect.

Throughout the four times I sued The City University of New York, I’ve detailed most of the scams law enforcement is running on me at Baruch College.

    For example:

    “Mark Pine is rude.”

    “Mark Pine is a racist.”

“Mark Pine is stalking all the women.”

    “Mark Pine is plagiarizing.”

“Mark Pine is yelling in class about law enforcement.”

“Mark Pine is making controversial statements about current events.”

“Mark Pine is using artificial intelligence to cheat.”

“Mark Pine is arguing with professors.”

“Mark Pine is arguing with students.”

Plus, every other thing you can get in trouble for at Baruch College.

I have about five classes left to graduate.

    I’m a civilian.

I’ve never worked for the government.

In my view, I’m an expert in law enforcement scams.

For example, I suspect I know of individuals who law enforcement murdered and didn’t get caught.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students.

Treating people at Baruch College and CUNY respectfully is more important than anything.

I have never partaked in any controversial conversations at Baruch College under any circumstances.

When I’m at Baruch College, I never say anything controversial, not even close.

    Thank you.
