I receive welfare in Manhattan New York City. I always treat everyone at DSS, HRA, Fedcap, and WeCare politely and respectfully at all times no matter what. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t do anything like that. Men I know pay the New York City police to harass me and the police won’t let me work. It’s that simple. It’s very difficult to get help from the New York State and New York City government if you are being harassed by the NYPD. There are a lot of people complaining about the police and the government won’t help. The NYPD has been caught several times murdering innocent people that most people didn’t hear about. For example, NYPD Mike Valva, NYPD Wu, NYPD Sean Armstead, and others. I suspect people don’t realize that the government doesn’t just give you welfare without doing a lot of work. For example, I have to go to an office five days per week and apply for jobs that I’ll never get because the NYPD won’t allow me to work. The NYC welfare office gives me about $290 per month in food stamps. The welfare office pays about $100 per month for me to have a storage room. The welfare office gives me about $240 per month to pay for my gym, phone bill, etc. I’m also supposed to receive a OMNY card although the New York City police are sabotaging my welfare OMNY card as usual. Let’s call it about $700 per month total. I have to go to an office five days per week for about 30 hours. There are a few additional NYC welfare requirements beyond that. That equals about $5 to $6 per hour in Manhattan while the NYPD and the NYPD’s civilian lie and scam people are constantly harassing me. I’m making the best of it. It’s all going to work out. I just want to tell my story because I’m trying to get help. The NYPD are constantly harassing me. The police oversight won’t help. I’m thankful for the NYC welfare office or I would be eating in soup kitchens with the police threatening the soup kitchen employees to allow them to do scary things to my food. Members of the NYPD have recently been convicted of murder, child abuse, domestic violence, stealing, kickbacks. and much more. It’s public information. Men I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass people including me without any legitimate reason. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I’ve contacted hundreds of government offices in New York State and New York City about the police harassing me and they won’t help. I’m not the only one there are a lot of people complaining about the New York City police that the government is ignoring. Google NYC police brutality and corruption or search AI and you will see. The police are still harassing me today. The NYPD has civilian women and men in regular clothes constantly harass me in Manhattan, Long Island City, Astoria, Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, etc. The police have women and men who run scams for them off the books pretend they are with me. I have no idea who these people are and I move away as quickly as possible. The police also have women and men in regular clothes blow marijuana and vape smoke at me, bump into me, crash into me, rob me, vandalize my property, video record my reactions with their phones, plus much more. I block my comments on almost every social media website and app. The police pay people to harass me and try to start arguments with me on social media. It makes no sense although it’s the reality of the situation. The NYPD also pays civilian women and men in regular clothes to constantly pretend they are with me. I have no idea who these people are and I move away aquicklys  as possible. I’ve contacted thousands of government offices for years about the NYPD harassing me and the police are still harassing me today. The only people I see getting away with crimes are the police and the civilians who work with them. Men I know pay the NYPD to harass me. When the NYPD’s informants aren’t busy the police have them run around and drive around New York City harassing people including me. The NYPD has so many informants it’s insane. For example, bumping into me, pretending their with me, blocking me from walking and pretending they don’t realize, recording my reactions with their phones, pretending Mark Pine is stalking me, and many more scams.
