Greetings, the New York City police and their female and male civilian lie and scam people are harassing me. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t do anything like that. I’m 49. Men I know pay the New York City police to harass people, including me, without any legitimate reason. I’ve contacted hundreds of New York City government offices about the police harassing me and they won’t help. The New York City police chased away my web marketing clients therefore now I receive welfare from the New York City Department of Social Services and Human Resources Administration. People think NYC welfare is all fun and games. I have to attend a welfare job program from 9 AM to 2 PM five days per week plus other requirements. I receive about $240 per month cash from the NYC welfare office to pay my phone bill $70, gym $50, and other bills. I also get about $290 per month in food stamps to buy groceries. I always treat everyone at DSS, HRA, Fedcap, WeCare politely and respectfully at all times no matter what. I just like to share my world with the internet. The NYC police won’t allow me to work. The NYC police are trying to sabotage my public assistance or welfare case. I don’t understand why the NYPD and NYC law enforcement are so corrupt and evil although it’s the reality of the situation. I’m making the best of it. It’s all going to work out. I’m contacting thousands of companies and organizations trying to get help. The majority of people don’t vote in local elections.
I learned a lot about the government since the New York City police started harassing me. The majority of people don’t vote in most local elections. I’m independent. Has anyone reading this voted in a primary for a local election? Can anyone reading this name all the local politicians that represent you? How many days per year do we have to take off work to vote in every local election? How many days per year do we have to vote? I always treat everyone that works for the government respectfully. I would like things improved. I would like online voting. I never argue with people on social media. I never respond to negative comments.

I shut off comments everywhere I could on my social media pages. When I post about the New York City police harassing me thousands of people leave me negative comments. I don’t care. The New York City police pay women to run scams on me.
The New York City police had several women try to hook up with me to set me up. Of course I didn’t go for it or I’d be in prison. Now the NYPD has civilian women pretend that Mark Pine is stalking me. I’ve contacted hundreds of New York City government offices about the police harassing me and they won’t help.
