  • Opinion: New York City law enforcement is remotely sabotaging me from connecting to the internet.

    Greetings,

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to tease me, harass me, sabotage me, rob me, vandalize my property, and much more.

Right now, I’m trying to renew my real estate broker’s license.

I have to watch a bunch of videos.

New York City law enforcement has the technology to completely take over my laptop and phone remotely.

For example, New York City law enforcement can block my phone and laptop from connecting to the internet.

For example, if New York City law enforcement is feeling generous enough to allow me to connect my phone and laptop to the internet at all, New York City law enforcement has control over what the speed of the Wi-Fi will be.

Also, New York City law enforcement will crash the web pages on my laptop and phone over and over.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement is spending millions of dollars harassing me.

New York City law enforcement sabotages me from using the web at Baruch College CUNY.

New York City law enforcement sabotages me from using my own internet access that I pay for with my welfare money and student loans.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: I’m still calling NYPD 911 hundreds of times per day. I have a new strategy when interacting with the women and men that pick up the phone for NYPD 911.

    Greetings,

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to tease me, harass me, sabotage me, and rob me.

New York City law enforcement has teasing people, sabotaging people, setting people up, robbing people, and more—down to a science.

New York City law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all.

When I walk around New York City, take the subway, or ride a bicycle around New York City, law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team ambush me and harass me.

I used to try and explain the situation to the women and men that pick up the phone for NYPD 911.

I now discovered a new and improved strategy for when I call NYPD 911.

Now when I’m walking, taking the subway, or riding a bicycle around New York City, instead of speaking with the people that harass me on the phone when I call NYPD 911, I just call and don’t speak at all.

Why would I call NYPD 911 and not speak at all?

    I’m just a civilian.

I’m not a law enforcement expert.

I suspect that when I call NYPD 911, my location, the time, date, etc., is recorded somewhere.

Therefore when I call NYPD 911, it’s documenting where I’m at.

When I call NYPD 911, New York City law enforcement’s regular clothes civilian lie and scam team goes into sneaky mode.

When I call NYPD 911, New York City law enforcement’s regular clothes civilian lie and scam team is more cautious.

If I don’t call NYPD 911, New York City law enforcement’s regular clothes civilian lie and scam team harasses me much more aggressively than when I call NYPD 911.

For example, New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team will shove their phones in my face, blow drug smoke in my face, crash into me, block me from walking, try to make me crash with vehicles, etc.

The NYC FBI blocked my phone number.

The NYC US Attorney’s Office blocked my phone number.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office blocked my phone number.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

The Secret Service blocked my phone number.

The Pentagon security blocked my phone number.

ATF headquarters blocked my phone number.

The US Marshalls blocked my phone number.

    I’m 46 years old.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t date.

    I don’t party.

I’ve called NYPD 911 tens of thousands of times over the years.

Every time I call NYPD 911, the women and men that answer the phone harass me on the phone and pretend they don’t know the situation regarding why I’m calling.

Every law enforcement agency in New York City and many nationwide blocked my phone number.

I’ve called NYPD 911 tens of thousands of times during the past seven years.

Also, if anyone listens to the times I call NYPD 911, it’s clear that the people picking up NYPD 911 know who I am.

There is no reason to speak with them anymore.

I don’t blame anyone from the government for not trying to stop NYC law enforcement’s regular clothes civilian lie and scam team from harassing me.

    I’m just covering myself.

From now on, when I call NYPD 911 hundreds of times per day, I’m not speaking.

I’m just going to call NYPD 911, and after either they hang up or I hang up, I’ll call back.

I just rode a bicycle from Midtown to Baruch College CUNY.

I called NYPD 911 over and over the whole way without saying a word.

The NYPD’s regular clothes civilian lie and scam team actually harassed me less than they normally would if I didn’t call.

The money that is going into law enforcement and what we are getting in return is ridiculous.

I have no idea where the money is going and why so many areas are unsafe.

All I know is that if I don’t call NYPD 911, the NYPD has their regular clothes, civilian lie and scam team aggressively ambush and harass me over and over.

If I call NYPD 911, the NYPD still has their regular clothes civilian lie and scam team harass me, although they are more cautious and sneaky.

If anyone has any ideas on how I can get New York City law enforcement to stop harassing me besides spending $30,000,000 on lawyers that I don’t have, please let me know.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: The women and men that pick up NYPD 911 are harassing me on the phone.

    Greetings,

People I know pay the NYPD and other law enforcement to harass me.

For example, law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes crash into me, shove their phones in my face, pretend they are handing me things, pretend I’m stalking them, blow drug smoke in my face, vandalize my property, rob me, and much more.

Law enforcement has people running around me with luggage and bags pretending there are drug deals going down.

Law enforcement has teenage women and women in their twenties crash into me and pretend they are under attack and fighting for their lives.

Law enforcement has men constantly shoving their phones in my face, crashing into me, pretending they are with me, and many more scams.

When I’m walking around New York City minding my own business, law enforcement will have women and men in regular clothes line up around me, block me from walking, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and many more scams.

When law enforcement has their plain clothes lie and scam team harass me, I call the Department of Justice extension zero, NYPD 911, and the FBI in all 50 states.

I also leave messages for all 50 states US Attorney’s Offices after they are closed.

I don’t call the US Attorney Offices when they are open because I just leave them messages and leave it up to them to get back to me.

When I call NYPD 911 I get the feeling that my calls are being routed to specific NYPD 911 people that already know the situation about the police harassing me.

The women and men that pick up NYPD 911 when I call pretend they don’t know why I’m calling.

There is no way to know for sure how many times I’ve called NYPD 911 from my phone 917 815 5415.

I’m guessing I’ve called NYPD 911 tens of thousands of times.

The US Attorney’s Office for New York City blocked my phone number.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office blocked my phone number.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

Every NYPD Precinct blocked my phone number.

The NYC FBI blocked my phone number.

Many other government agencies blocked my phone number.

NYPD 911 blocked my phone number. Then I contacted my phone company telling them my phone is blocked from calling NYPD 911, and eventually, I was able to call again.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

    I don’t drink.

    I don’t smoke.

    I don’t party.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

The NYPD runs so many scams on me I lost count.

The NYPD sometimes forwards my NYPD 911 calls from inside New York City to New Jersey.

Today June 1, 2023 I called NYPD 911 from inside New York City.

The 911 operator picked up the phone differently than NYPD 911.

I asked is this NYPD 911.

The person said no, it’s New Jersey.

I said I’m in New York City and hung up the phone.

    I only call NYPD 911.

I was arrested in Nassau County for calling 911.

The charge was lowered to a violation.

I’m never calling 911 from outside New York City again.

I don’t care what is happening.

Someone else is calling 911 from their phone or no one is calling.

I repeat, I’m never calling 911 from outside of New York City again.

I’m not calling 911 in Westchester, NY.

I’m not calling 911 in New Jersey.

I’m not calling 911 anywhere outside of New York City.

    I don’t care what’s going on.

Law enforcement can not be trusted.

    I learned my lesson.

I’m never calling 911 from outside New York City again.

I call NYPD 911 inside of New York City more than 100 times per day while New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team harassing me.

If I’m ever outside of New York City when law enforcement’s civilian plain clothes regular clothes female and male lie and scam team starts running their usual tricks and scams on me, I’ll call the FBI.

If it’s after hours, I’ll leave messages for US Attorney’s Offices reporting it.

I’m never calling 911 from outside of New York City again.

I’m never calling the police from outside of New York City again.

If I need the police, I’ll go to a precinct.

If there is a more urgent situation, I’ll call the FBI.

In my opinion, the NYPD 911 women and men that answer the phone when I call think they are above the law.

The NYPD 911 women and men that pick up the phone when I call harass me on the phone.

    My number is 917 815 5415.

Listen to the calls if you don’t believe me.

The women and men that pick up the phone when I call NYPD 911 yell on top of me.

The women and men that pick up the phone when I call NYPD 911 run many other scams on me when I call.

I suspect that the NYPD has the women and men that pick up the phone when I call NYPD 911 harass me on the phone to try and get a negative reaction out of me.

Then I suspect that the NYPD and New York City law enforcement edit the phone calls with the NYPD 911 woman or man that answered the phone or someone else acting normal.

That is the level of the scams that New York City law enforcement is running.

The average person that isn’t familiar with this world of law enforcement scams doesn’t stand a chance.

I grew up in New York, where there are many people paying law enforcement to run scams for them, so I picked up how to defend myself by accident.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: When New York City law enforcement has their regular clothes lie and scam team harass me I call NYPD 911 and other government agencies.

    Greetings,

People I know have been paying the NYPD to harass me for years.

The US Attorney Southern District of New York Office blocked my number.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office blocked my number.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my number.

The NYC FBI blocked my number.

Several additional government agencies blocked my number.

The NYPD and New York City law enforcement are harassing me worse than ever.

For example, New York City law enforcement pays women and men to run around in regular clothes and harass me.

Specifically, New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes lie and scam team blows drug smoke in my face, crashes into me, blocks me from walking, shoves their phones in my face, robs me, vandalizes my property, and much more.

Lately, I take 2 or 3 hours out of the day and call NYPD 911 about 300 to 500 times per day to report that people I know are paying the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.

I also call the Department of Justice, the FBI, the New York City Department of Investigations, and many others.

If anyone has any ideas on how I can get New York City law enforcement to stop harassing me, please let me know.

    Thank you.

  • Opinion: Email to the New York City Human Resources Administration about how I suspect law enforcement might be threatening some of the HRA staff not to pay my storage bill on 5/19/2023.

    Greetings Human Resources,

First and foremost I always treat all your staff with the utmost respect at all times.

    No matter what.

I hope I’m wrong but I suspect law enforcement had your staff run another scam on me the same way law enforcement runs one scam after the next on me at Baruch College CUNY and everywhere else.

I uploaded my storage invoice to Access HRA.

Then the storage company raised the price after sending the first invoice.

I then uploaded the new invoice with the increased price to Access HRA.

When the storage bill still didn’t get paid I then went in person to HRA 16 St NYC with the invoice from my storage company.

The person at the counter at HRA 16th St NYC asked me to sign a document and that was it.

The person at the counter at HRA 16th St NYC then gave me a receipt for my records.

I’m looking at the document now on the Access HRA website and nothing is filled out.

There is no price, no invoice, just a blank document with my signature and it says storage.

    I don’t take it personally.

I will continue to treat your staff with the utmost respect at all times.

I’ll go back to HRA 16 St in New York City on Monday and every day after until it gets worked out.

Law enforcement will probably have me go back to HRA 16th St several more times so they can have drug addicts pretend they are handing me things, have teenage girls pretend I’m stalking them, and have other people blow drug smoke in my face every day I visit the HRA office.

If you require any additional information from me please let me know.

If law enforcement is threatening you not to pay for my storage bill I understand.

New York City law enforcement does not have any oversight at all and it’s documented that they murder and attack innocent people.

I suspect the number is a lot higher for what they get credit for although the number they get credit for murdering and abusing is a lot.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) about law enforcement (FBI, police) threatening their staff to sabotage my public assistance case.

    Greetings HRA,

Personally, I think you’re doing a great job.

I always treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times.

If you know how to look I’m currently suing The City University of New York.

    The case is called

Mark Pine Vs The City University of New York.

The whole case is about how rich people I know pay law enforcement to sabotage me at CUNY and harass me.

I highly suspect law enforcement is sabotaging my case at HRA.

I don’t blame anyone at HRA for allowing law enforcement to sabotage me or helping law enforcement sabotage me.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

The Manhattan District Attorney, the US Attorney for NYC, the NYPD, and the NYC FBI all blocked my number because if anyone helps me they are immediately fired if they are lucky.

People I know pay a lot of money to the people in charge of New York City law enforcement to commit crimes.

For example, they like to punch women in the face, drug women, and attack women.

New York City law enforcement can care less as long as they are being compensated.

The other NYC government agencies are scared to death to upset law enforcement.

Anyway, right now I suspect NYC law enforcement is threatening whoever is in charge of paying my storage not to pay it.

    I don’t take it personally.

If someone at HRA doesn’t allow NYC law enforcement to run scams, NYC law enforcement could have them fired immediately in my opinion.

Again I always treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times.

I’m going to file a Notice of Claim with the NYC Comptroller this week.

I will let the NYC Comptroller’s Office know that NYC law enforcement is threatening people at HRA not to pay my storage and see if I can get the courts involved.

The only time I can get NYC law enforcement to follow any rules at all and be a little cautious when they are harassing and sabotaging me is when I get the courts involved.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine

  • Opinion: Law enforcement is still sabotaging me at the Human Resources Administration and many other places.

This is the email I sent to HRA about it.

    Greetings HRA,

First and foremost I always treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times.

    No matter what.

People I know pay law enforcement to tease me, sabotage me, and harass me every day.

Law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all.

I suspect that law enforcement is threatening whoever at HRA is in charge of paying for my storage.

I uploaded a clear copy of my storage bill through the Access HRA app and the bill isn’t getting paid.

Anytime I go to the HRA office on 16 St in New York City, law enforcement has women and men crash into me, shove their phones in my face, blow drug smoke in my face, cut me in line, they have drug addicts pretend they are handing me things, etc.

I just ignore the women and men that law enforcement has harass me.

I handle my business and leave.

If anyone can look into what’s going on with my storage it would be appreciated.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to one of the banks I use.

    Greetings Bank,

This has nothing to do with your bank.

I’m just alerting you to a situaiton.

I don’t bring this up to anyone at your retail locations.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me every day.

One of the things that law enforcement does that most people don’t know about is pay civilians or people that don’t work for the government or law enforcement to run around in regular clothes and scam people.

For example, law enforcement has women and men blow drug smoke in my face, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, rob me, pretend they are with me, and many other scams.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all.

The US Attorney Southern District of New York, the Manhattan District Attorney, the New York City FBI, the NYPD and many others blocked my phone number and email.

I was just about to enter one of your ATM’s on May 13, 2023 at about 6:50 AM.

As usual New York City law enforcement can’t resist running another scam on me. It’s Saturday morning in the Grand Central area.

There are hardly any people out on the street.

When I was opening the door to the ATM with my card there was someone hiding behind me, waiting for the door to open.

The minute I opened the door with my card the person ran up behind me and grabbed the door before it closed.

I just went around the person and walked out.

I’m not claiming the person was there to rob me.

I’m claiming the person was there to harass me.

Maybe the person is a drug dealer, child molester, or something like that.

I’m not saying every person I interact with in New York City is working for law enforcement in regular clothes.

I’m saying that sometimes it’s more obvious then others.

For example, I’ve been robbed dozens of times in New York City.

You can look up one of the times I was robbed because someone stole my bank card and took it to a high crime area.

The thief used my card several times until your security feature shut off the card.

Again this has nothing to do with your bank.

Anytime someone in regular clothes starts harassing me at your bank or any store for that matter, I just ignore the person or people and walk away.

I never mention any of this to the people at your retail locations, only corporate here.

I just wanted to point out whats going on.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about using my school email for a side project.

    Greetings Baruch College,

Everything is going great at school.

    I love school.

I’m 95% done with all my schoolwork for the semester.

My number one goal in life is to earn money so I can get an apartment.

In my spare time I’m trying to earn money.

Just in case I don’t earn any money, I’m staying on top of all my schoolwork.

In regards to school, I would like to attend any CUNY graduate school.

If I don’t get accepted into any CUNY graduate school it’s no big deal. It was fun while it lasted. I’m lucky to have gotten this far.

I’m not going to be graduating from Baruch College for another year or so.

If possible I will try to attend the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.

I have a plan and I just wanted to mention it to you upfront.

I plan on creating a little blog and video channel to present to the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.

I doubt the blog and video channel will ever earn any money because there is so much competition and I will need so many views that it’s doubtful I’ll reach that level.

The reason I’m mentioning this to you is because I plan on contacting people for interviews from my Baruch College email and this isn’t a Baruch College assignment.

This is something extra to use to try and get into the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.

Any email I send, anytime I interact with anyone, anything I post on the web I will make sure is respectful and professional.

I don’t want to contact people from a generic email.

If I contact people as a Baruch College journalism student I will get better results because many people in New York City respect CUNY including me.

I have all the respect in the world for the Baruch College student news websites, although I want to interview people on video and post it to the web about the topics I want to cover.

For example, topics about New York City, careers, etc.

Also by some miracle if I can earn or raise money from the project, I want to own it.

Please advise if it’s OK for me to use my Baruch College email for the project.

If I don’t hear from you I’ll assume it’s OK.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to the Baruch College Dean about not being able to use the Wi-Fi at school properly.

    Greetings Baruch College,

Anytime I’m at Baruch College using the Baruch College Wi-Fi it’s very difficult to bring up websites on my laptop and turn pages on websites.

For example, I can’t bring up any websites, documents, or anything for that matter unless I wait several minutes and sometimes hours.

For example, it can take 3 minutes to bring up the Baruch College website.

It can take 30 minutes to turn one page on any website.

Therefore I’ve started to document what’s going on with my 5 laptops when I’m using the Baruch College Wi-Fi.

For example, I’ll record my laptop screen with my phone.

I already have several videos showing what’s going on and I’m making more.

I always make sure that when I record my laptop screen with my phone that there is something behind my laptop.

For example, right now I’m standing up using my laptop on the 10th floor vertical building ledge in the hallway.

Another good place to record my laptop screen is in the little desk areas in the Baruch College library where the desks are sort of boxed in and surrounded with the separators.

I’ve noticed a strange thing since I started recording my laptop screen.

There will be times, every day, where I can not bring up any website or turn one page on the web when using the Baruch College Wi-Fi.

Then I will start recording my laptop screen with my phone and the laptop will start moving again albeit at 80% to 90% reduced speeds from how it used to be.

I never record my laptop screen unless there is something behind the screen.

Sometimes when I record my laptop screen, standing up at the ledges in the hallways, Baruch College students will crash into me from the sides but I just ignore them.

I’m used to having Baruch College students cut me off, crash into me, and shove their phones in my face.

I just ignore the Baruch College students when that happens and move away without saying anything.

If anyone has any ideas about using the Baruch College Wi-Fi please let me know.

When I have a little more video showing exactly what’s going with me using the Baruch College Wi-Fi or not using it, I’ll send it over if anyone can look at it.

I’ll also politely and respectfully see what guidance the Help Desk can provide.

I understand everyone is doing their best under the circumstances.

I’m making the best of the situation too.

Thank you and have a great day.
