  • Email to HRA about my Spring 2025 Metrocard money.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me.

Therefore the NYPD and New York City law enforcement won’t let me work.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

I’m on public assistance (welfare) and I’m a full time senior at Baruch College.

    Today’s Date is January 26, 2025.

    Greetings HRA,

Thank you again for all the help during the years.

I know that HRA NYC does as much as humanly possible for everyone in NYC.

I know there are other government agencies involved with public assistance and everyone has their own opinions on how it should run.

All the HRA employees at 16th St Manhattan including the security guards are doing an excellent job.

I’m a full time student at Baruch College.

The Spring 2025 MetroCard money isn’t showing up in my account for some reason.

CUNY Edge sent my schedule to TAG HRA.

    Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine.

  • Message to HRA about the NYPD not allowing me to work on January 22, 2025.

    Todays date January 22, 2025

    https://www.nyc.gov/assets/home/html/accessnyc/html/contact.html

    Greetings HRA,

My case information is (CA) 00034231898H.

    Thank you for the help.

The HRA employees have been as helpful as humanly possible.

I understand HRA has a massive number of people to help and it’s a lot of work.

The HRA employees work hard for a living.

I always treat all HRA employees respectfully and politely at all times no matter what.

Treating the HRA employees respectfully is more important than any of this.

I always treat everyone at the public assistance job program respectfully at all times no matter what too.

    I don’t have a criminal record.

    I don’t do anything illegal.

Currently I’m a full time student at Baruch College.

After Baruch College college, I have to either find a job or I’ll be back at the public assistance job program.

    Here is my situation.

People I know pay the NYPD, New York City law enforcement, and the NYPD’s civilian team to constantly harass me.

I’ve contacted more than 1,000 government offices in New York City, New York State, Albany, and DC to try and get the NYPD to stop harassing me.

    None of them helped.

The NYPD and their civilian team are still harassing me today, January 22, 2025, without a care in the world about getting caught.

Long story short the NYPD and their civilian team won’t let me work.

I would like to speak with someone at HRA about the situation.

I would be more than happy to work 30 or 40 hours a week in Manhattan retail for minimum wage.

The NYPD will not allow anyone to hire me.

I was providing web marketing and online advertising services for companies.

The NYPD and their civilian team chased away several of my web marketing and online advertising clients.

In the meantime while I’m still a full time student at Baruch College I’m trying to find a job in my spare time.

Please contact me via email at your convenience.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Complaint about an NYC hospital emergency room

Your complaint has been submitted to the New York State Department of Health’s Division of Hospitals and Diagnostic and Treatment Centers.

Professional Staff will review the concerns identified in your complaint to determine if they are within the regulatory jurisdiction of the Department.

You will be notified of the results of that review in writing.

Thank you for contacting the New York State Department of Health.

    Greetings,

I’m not mentioning a word about this complaint to the hospital emergency room staff.

I always treat all medical staff respectfully no matter what.

I never mention anything negative to hospital staff.

I just wanted to mention this to hopefully help people from having to deal with this in the future.

Also, the odds are I’m going to be back in this same hospital again because I’ve been coming to this emergency room for years.

Tonight I came to the emergency room because someone I don’t know was blowing some type of vape or drug smoke in my face in the NYC subway.

    Here is the complaint.

I understand hospitals are busy and they have to make the most of their space.

Right now I’m in the emergency room.

Whoever is in charge of seating sat me directly across from a person that has been non stop coughing directly into my face from the minute I sat down.

Again, I’m not saying a word to anyone here about it.

I just don’t understand why the hospital is pointing people directly at each other in the emergency room two feet away from each other to cough in each others faces.

I just feel like there could be a better seating solution.

One more time, I’m not mentioning a negative word about this to anyone at the hospital.

I’m just pointing it out so maybe the issue can be addressed.

    Thank you.

  • Polite message to a hospital about two of their staff harassing me.

    Greetings Hospital,

First and foremost I always treat all hospital staff politely and respectfully at all times no matter what.

    You are an amazing hospital.

In my humble opinion the state and local government should be doing more to support the New York City medical infrastructure.

99% of the time when I go to an emergency room or an urgent care the medical staff and security treat me very nicely.

Every once in a while someone at an emergency room or urgent care will start yelling at me or insulting me for no legitimate reason.

I just continue to act polite and respectful.

Tonight I entered your emergency room at (location).

It was December 16, 2024 at about 9:10 PM.

I was polite and respectful the whole time you can check the security cameras.

The person behind the front desk counter and one of the security guards started to yell at me and insult me.

    I’m 48 years old.

I’ve been in New York City for decades.

If someone isn’t putting their hands on me I’m happy.

    Words don’t bother me.

I was polite and respectful the whole time.

I walked around by the metal detector.

I was waiting because there was a patient at the front desk in front of me.

That is when the person behind the front desk and one security guard started yelling at me and insulting me.

I was polite the whole time.

The person behind the front desk started telling me to cut the patient in front of me in line.

I said I prefer to wait until the patient in front of me is done first.

I’m not the type of person who starts cutting people in line or not respecting other peoples turn in line.

That is when all hell broke loose.

All I said was I was waiting for the patient in front of me to have her turn.

The security guard started insulting me and the staff member behind the front desk was getting a little rude too.

When there is a line I’m not going to cut the person in front of me.

    I’m not in a rush.

I wish you can see the front desk now.

    There is no one there.

    It’s 9:30 PM.

I show up and there are two staff members yelling at me to cut the patient in front of me in line.

Ten minutes later the front desk area is empty.

I have no issue with the two people who were yelling at me.

I wouldn’t recognize them if I saw them again.

    I don’t take it personally.

I hope someone from the hospital releases the footage to social media so you can see how ridiculous it was.

I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble.

I’m just reporting why two of your staff were yelling at me and insulting me and how I acted polite and respectful the whole time.

You don’t have to contact me unless you want to.

I have the utmost respect for your hospital and this doesn’t change that.

Thank you and have a great day.

    Mark Pine.

  • Email to a gym about another member accusing me of stealing.

    Greetings Great Gym,

    The gym is amazing.

New York City is lucky to have you.

    I’m 47.

    I have zero criminal record.

No one has to contact me.

Tonight June 22, 2024, at about 8:50 PM something happened that I want to quickly report.

I was minding my own business leaving the gym.

    Someone accused me of stealing.

I said to the person I totally understand that people get robbed all the time in New York City and it’s frustrating.

I told him he could check my backpack no problem.

I have digital receipts for my backpack and everything inside it.

The person looked through my backpack and said that nothing inside was his.

He then came up to me again and asked if I saw someone steal his backpack.

    I said no.

I said “do you want to check my belongings again? I’m more than happy to show you anything you want if that will make you confident it’s someone else.”

    He said no.

I have no idea who the person is.

If I see the person again, I wouldn’t recognize him.

I always treat your stellar staff with the utmost respect at all times.

That is the number one most important thing.

Your staff at all the gyms are amazing.

The whole thing lasted about ten minutes.

The second the person approached me, I turned on the audio recorder on my phone because I was near the front door of the gym almost walking out.

If we were in the locker room I wouldn’t have been able to record.

I’ll keep the audio for safekeeping, although I’m not looking to get anyone in trouble, it’s a reasonable misunderstanding.

I was just thinking to myself, if I got robbed, it’s excellent that you sell clothes because if someone ever stole my clothes from a locker, I can wear the gym clothes out.

The person who accused me seemed to be satisfied at the end.

If you look at the security video, you will see I emptied out my whole backpack and let the person go into all the pockets on the couch by the front door.

Again, the staff and gym are amazing.

NYC is lucky that we have such solid retail offerings such as yours.

Thank you again for being so awesome.

I tell everyone I know to join and I’ve left you 5 star reviews on every review site.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to one of the banks I use.

    Greetings Bank,

This has nothing to do with your bank.

I’m just alerting you to a situaiton.

I don’t bring this up to anyone at your retail locations.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me every day.

One of the things that law enforcement does that most people don’t know about is pay civilians or people that don’t work for the government or law enforcement to run around in regular clothes and scam people.

For example, law enforcement has women and men blow drug smoke in my face, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, rob me, pretend they are with me, and many other scams.

In my opinion, New York City law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight at all.

The US Attorney Southern District of New York, the Manhattan District Attorney, the New York City FBI, the NYPD and many others blocked my phone number and email.

I was just about to enter one of your ATM’s on May 13, 2023 at about 6:50 AM.

As usual New York City law enforcement can’t resist running another scam on me. It’s Saturday morning in the Grand Central area.

There are hardly any people out on the street.

When I was opening the door to the ATM with my card there was someone hiding behind me, waiting for the door to open.

The minute I opened the door with my card the person ran up behind me and grabbed the door before it closed.

I just went around the person and walked out.

I’m not claiming the person was there to rob me.

I’m claiming the person was there to harass me.

Maybe the person is a drug dealer, child molester, or something like that.

I’m not saying every person I interact with in New York City is working for law enforcement in regular clothes.

I’m saying that sometimes it’s more obvious then others.

For example, I’ve been robbed dozens of times in New York City.

You can look up one of the times I was robbed because someone stole my bank card and took it to a high crime area.

The thief used my card several times until your security feature shut off the card.

Again this has nothing to do with your bank.

Anytime someone in regular clothes starts harassing me at your bank or any store for that matter, I just ignore the person or people and walk away.

I never mention any of this to the people at your retail locations, only corporate here.

I just wanted to point out whats going on.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to Baruch College about using my school email for a side project.

    Greetings Baruch College,

Everything is going great at school.

    I love school.

I’m 95% done with all my schoolwork for the semester.

My number one goal in life is to earn money so I can get an apartment.

In my spare time I’m trying to earn money.

Just in case I don’t earn any money, I’m staying on top of all my schoolwork.

In regards to school, I would like to attend any CUNY graduate school.

If I don’t get accepted into any CUNY graduate school it’s no big deal. It was fun while it lasted. I’m lucky to have gotten this far.

I’m not going to be graduating from Baruch College for another year or so.

If possible I will try to attend the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.

I have a plan and I just wanted to mention it to you upfront.

I plan on creating a little blog and video channel to present to the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.

I doubt the blog and video channel will ever earn any money because there is so much competition and I will need so many views that it’s doubtful I’ll reach that level.

The reason I’m mentioning this to you is because I plan on contacting people for interviews from my Baruch College email and this isn’t a Baruch College assignment.

This is something extra to use to try and get into the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.

Any email I send, anytime I interact with anyone, anything I post on the web I will make sure is respectful and professional.

I don’t want to contact people from a generic email.

If I contact people as a Baruch College journalism student I will get better results because many people in New York City respect CUNY including me.

I have all the respect in the world for the Baruch College student news websites, although I want to interview people on video and post it to the web about the topics I want to cover.

For example, topics about New York City, careers, etc.

Also by some miracle if I can earn or raise money from the project, I want to own it.

Please advise if it’s OK for me to use my Baruch College email for the project.

If I don’t hear from you I’ll assume it’s OK.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Today April 26, 2023, the NYPD was running scams on me in person.

    Greetings NYPD Internal Affairs,

Usually the NYPD sends women and men in regular clothes to crash into me, shove their phones in my face, rob me, blow marijana smoke in my face, etc.

When I call NYPD 911 the NYPD has the people that pick up the phone for NYPD 911 run scams on me and harass me on the phone.

I have called NYPD 911 over 10,000 times in the past 7 years.

I have given NYPD 911 my name, number, email, date of birth, social, etc.

Today April 26, 2023, early in the morning the NYPD was running scams on me in person and on the phone.

I’m not sure the exact time but it was after 1 AM in the morning.

I was sitting outside in the Hudson Yards area trying to use my laptop.

Law enforcement started remotely blocking me from using my laptop like they always do.

Law enforcement can remotely block me from using my laptop.

Law enforcement remotely blocks me from using my laptop at Baruch College.

    I called NYPD 911.

NYPD 911 started running scams and harass me on the phone as they always do.

While I’m trying to report to NYPD 911 that law enforcement is remotely blocking me from using my laptop, I made it very clear that I only want to report the NYPD on the phone, I don’t want to meet the NYPD in person.

What is a patrol cop going to do if people I know are paying the NYPD tens of thousands of dollars or more under the table to harass me?

Two members of the NYPD showed up in person to the outdoor tables in the Hudson Years area sometime between 1 AM and 4 AM.

The NYPD officers in uniform said that they were there because I was calling NYPD 911.

I said I told NYPD 911 I don’t want to meet with the NYPD in the street.

I told the NYPD officers that I’ve been to several NYPD precincts and they won’t help me at all.

The NYPD officers said they were from the NYPD 10 Precinct in Chelsea, New York City.

One of the NYPD officers in uniform told me he was from or living in Nassau County, Long Island.

I immediately asked the NYPD 911 officers if they could turn on their body cameras.

The 2 NYPD officers said no, they would not turn on their body cameras.

I got some video from when the 3 of us were standing there.

We spoke for a while about people harassing me and that was it.

    The NYPD officers left.

I’ve been to the NYPD 10 Precinct before to report people robbing me and harassing me.

I was denied police reports from the NYPD 10 Precinct at least 3 separate times.

People I know have been paying the NYPD to harass me for years.

The NYPD is claiming they have about 55,000 employees with 19,000 civilians and 36,000 law enforcement.

What the NYPD doesn’t tell you is how many people they have running around in addition to that.

The NYPD has a lot of women and men that run scams for the NYPD part time, off the books.

For example, the NYPD has women and men that set people up as stalkers and for sexual harassment.

The NYPD has people that start fights to get people in trouble.

The NYPD has their civilian lie and scam team harass me constantly.

That is why I pick up the phone and call the FBI and NYPD 911 and ignore the civilian woman and men that the NYPD sends to harass me.

I can write 100,000 more words about this topic but I have schoolwork.

I’m more than happy to share my phone records and bank records with any government agencies if they would like to investigate people I know paying law enforcement to harass me.

The only time I can turn a page on the web with my laptop is when I hold my phone recording my laptop screen with one hand and I use my laptop with the other hand.

If I’m not constantly recording my laptop screen with my phone—I can’t turn a page on the web.

Even when my laptop does work the speed of any laptop or computer I use is down 80% compared from before law enforcement started harassing me.

Please advise if you would like any additional information from me.

The US Attorney Southern District blocked my phone number.

The NYC FBI blocked my phone number.

The Manhattan District Attorney blocked my phone number.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

Thank you and have a great day.

  • Opinion: Email to the Queens Public Library on August 7, 2022.

    Receipt Confirmation – Customer Inquiry – INC000000357652

    Dear Mark Pine,

Thank you for contacting the Queens Public Library’s Customer Service Center.  Your request is very important to us.

We have received the following inquiry from you: I want you to know..

    Details:

Let us know: Greetings, I think you all are doing a great job running the libraries. I’m not here to complain. I just wanted to mention something real quick. I am hanging out in Long Island City, it’s August 7, 2022. In the past two hours, I have seen about 20 people bring their dogs to defecate and urinate on the Hunters Point Library front lawn. I’m suggesting the library put some type of fence around the front lawns because for some reason people are hell-bent on trashing the lawns in front of the Hunters Point branch. I don’t have a dog so I don’t know why they are doing it. Maybe dogs need grass to go to the bathroom, I don’t know. All I know is that it isn’t sanitary for anyone to bring young children on the lawn in front of the Hunters Point library. I know you have a lot to deal with, especially these days. Thank you again for the stellar services you provide. Have a great day.

We have assigned inquiry number  INC000000357652 to your request.  Please include this number in your contact with the Queens Public Library Customer Service Center.

We will get back to you shortly. Most inquiries are handled within three business days.

  • Email to HRA (NYC welfare office) about my storage room. June 9, 2022.

    Greetings HRA,

First and foremost thank you very much for all the help. The whole HRA staff is as helpful as humanly possible.

I just submitted my storage payment for the month of July 2022. For some reason, the bill doesn’t get paid unless I send an email here. For example, there have been months where I had to pay the bill out of the other money you send me or the payment would have been late.

When I receive the bill from the storage company I take a screenshot of the bill on my phone and upload a perfectly clear copy into the HRA app.

I just completed my recertification. If I’m correct everything went perfectly: the interview, the documentation from CUNY Edge and me, etc. Your team at the 14th Street HRA location was very helpful.

Please help with the storage payment if possible. If you require any additional information from me please let me know.

Thank you and have a great day.
