I receive welfare in Manhattan.

Greetings, the New York City police and their female and male civilian lie and scam people are harassing me. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t do anything like that. I’m 49. Men I know pay the New York City police to harass people, including me, without any legitimate reason. I’ve contacted hundreds of New York City government offices about the police harassing me and they won’t help. The New York City police chased away my web marketing clients therefore now I receive welfare from the New York City Department of Social Services and Human Resources Administration. People think NYC welfare is all fun and games. I have to attend a welfare job program from 9 AM to 2 PM five days per week plus other requirements. I receive about $240 per month cash from the NYC welfare office to pay my phone bill $70, gym $50, and other bills. I also get about $290 per month in food stamps to buy groceries. I always treat everyone at DSS, HRA, Fedcap, WeCare politely and respectfully at all times no matter what. I just like to share my world with the internet. The NYC police won’t allow me to work. The NYC police are trying to sabotage my public assistance or welfare case. I don’t understand why the NYPD and NYC law enforcement are so corrupt and evil although it’s the reality of the situation. I’m making the best of it. It’s all going to work out. I’m contacting thousands of companies and organizations trying to get help.
