Men I know pay the New York City police to sabotage and harass people, including me, without any legitimate reason. The police oversight won’t help. Thankfully, I am able to receive welfare from the NYC welfare office Human Resources Administration (HRA). Of course the police are trying to sabotage my welfare case. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal.
