The NYC police have civilian women and men in regular clothes constantly harass me in Manhattan. They crash into me, blow vape smoke at me, shove their phones in my face, pretend they are with me, and more. The police oversight won’t help. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. Men I know pay the NYPD to harass people because they think it’s fun.
