I’ve called NYPD 911 thousands of times.

I’ve called NYPD 911 thousands of times about the police harassing me. The NYPD 911 operators harass me on the phone. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. Men I know pay the police to harass people including me without any legitimate reason. The police oversight and New York City government won’t help.
