I’m at the DSS HRA WeCare Fedcap job program because I have arthritis in my back and I receive food stamps. I don’t take any pain meds for my back. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. Men I know pay the NYPD to harass people including me without any legitimate reason. The NYPD sabotaged my web marketing services. I’m making the best of it. I’m trying to get the word out about the New York City police harassing me.
