The NYPD has women and men in regular clothes blow marijuana and vape smoke in my direction when they are harassing me. That’s why I’ve been to emergency rooms and urgent cares every week or month for years. The New York City police oversight won’t help. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal.
