I’m outside NYPD Headquarters.

I’m at the park in front of NYPD Headquarters. I’m polite and respectful. The NYPD are harassing me. If you know how I can legally get the New York City police to stop harassing me please let me know. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. Men I know pay the NYPD to harass people including me without any legitimate reason. #nypd
