Since the NYPD started harassing me, there have been women and men in regular clothes constantly harassing me in and around the New York City subway system. Additionally, the trains I ride are delayed several times per day. It doesn’t matter which train or direction I take—the subways I ride are delayed multiple times each day. Sometimes I ride the subway 5 to 10 times per day, and nearly every train is delayed. In addition, there are women and men in regular clothes who blow smoke near me, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, rob me, vandalize my property, yell at me, try to start arguments with me, and engage in other harassing behavior. I am contacting thousands of government offices and privately owned companies nationwide in an effort to get the NYPD to stop harassing me. I do not have a criminal record, and I do not engage in any illegal activities. I believe there are many people who are being harassed by law enforcement in New York City and throughout the United States who are not receiving the help they are seeking from government agencies. #NYPD
I’m at the DSS HRA WeCare Fedcap job program because I have arthritis in my back and I receive food stamps. I don’t take any pain meds for my back. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. Men I know pay the NYPD to harass people including me without any legitimate reason. The NYPD sabotaged my web marketing services. I’m making the best of it. I’m trying to get the word out about the New York City police harassing me.
The NYPD has women and men in regular clothes blow marijuana and vape smoke in my direction when they are harassing me. That’s why I’ve been to emergency rooms and urgent cares every week or month for years. The New York City police oversight won’t help. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I’ve contacted hundreds of New York government offices about the NYPD harassing me and they won’t help. May 31, 2026.
Greetings, Ever since the NYPD started harassing me, I have been in emergency rooms and urgent care centers almost every week for one reason or another. I get a physical exam every year. I am 49 years old and healthy. Nonetheless, the NYPD is harassing me. For example, they have men and women in regular clothes blow vape smoke in my face while they harass me. I then have to see a doctor or a physician assistant (PA) to make sure I am okay. If anyone knows how I can legally get the NYPD to stop harassing me, please let me know. I do not have a criminal record, and I do not do anything illegal. Thank you, Mark Pine
