Opinion: The NYC police won’t allow me to work.

Opinion: The New York City police won’t allow me to work under any circumstances because men I know pay them to harass me. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I receive NYC welfare because the New York City police won’t allow me to work. The New York City police are sabotaging my welfare and they don’t care if every employee of the United States government knows about it. The NYPD are as corrupt as humanly possible. If anyone has any ideas how I can legally get the New York City police to stop harassing me please let me know. I’ve contacted hundreds of New York City government offices about the NYC police harassing me and they won’t help. I’m also looking for Baruch College, BMCC, CUNY scholarships so I can finish school.
