The New York City Police are harassing me in areas that have tons of security cameras. For example, Financial District, Tribeca, West Village, Union Square, Murray Hill, Theater District, Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Long Island City, Astoria, and Park Slope. The NYC government can’t stop the NYC police and the NYPD’s female and male civilian lie and scam people who run around Manhattan in regular clothes harassing me.
