I’m trying to figure out how to get the NYC police to stop harassing me.

The New York City Police have been harassing me for years. I’m 49. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I’m making the best of it. I get a physical every year. I’m contacting thousands of people trying to get help. I’m optimistic it’s all going to be ok. The NYC police oversight won’t help.
