The New York City Police are harassing me. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I receive welfare from the NYC government because the NYC Police sabotaged my career. I’m making the best of it. It’s all going to work out. If anyone knows how I can legally get the New York City Police to stop harassing me please let me know. Thank you.
