The NYPD loves harassing me when I have to go to the bathroom.

The NYPD has civilian women and men in regular clothes that look like drug addicts pretend that they are handing me things and pretend they are with me when I try to use a public bathroom and many other places. When I call NYPD 911 to report the situation the NYPD 911 women and men harass me on the phone. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. If anyone knows how I can legally get the NYPD to stop harassing me please let me know. Thank you. Mark Pine 917-815-5415
