Opinion: The reason I think New York City changed the hours that the subway is closed.

New York law enforcement has completely lost their minds. That includes the New York FBI, NYPD, Nassau County Police Department, and others.

Disclaimers: If you have an emergency, call 911. Use this information at your own risk. All information is subject to change. I’m not a lawyer. I’m not a doctor. Verify all information yourself. This is my opinion. I don’t work for the government.

If you require information about COVID-19, you can find it here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

New York law enforcement is getting paid regardless if we all starve or not. Personally, I think they would prefer that a lot of us starve.

In my opinion, New York law enforcement talks with whoever is in charge and says, let’s close the subway for X hours per night. New York law enforcement can care less if we all drop dead.

Here are two examples of why I think that:

  1. Are there any neighborhoods that you would be cautious to walk through at night? Why? The United States goes overseas and secures some of the most dangerous places. Why can’t they secure America? Why should one person live in a safe neighborhood and another person is unsafe? One reason is that law enforcement and the bureaucrats who direct them can care less about us.
  2. When I walk around Midtown Manhattan at night, I don’t see enough NYPD officers in the streets, in their cars, etc. I think there are too many NYPD members drinking coffee and eating sandwiches at the precincts instead of patrolling the streets. How many police officers are being paid to sleep in the precincts at night? How many do you see in the street? You tell me.

If you are a regular productive person, you will probably have difficulty imagining what law enforcement is really up to. For example, tampering with people’s food, setting people up, having girls hook up with people and say they mistreated them, etc. That’s a big part of the day for some, not all, of law enforcement.

When New York City closed the subway from 1 AM to 5 AM they said it was to clean it. I will say that I did see a lot more cleaning than in the past. I just disagree that the subway had to be closed to be cleaned.

How many subway stations do they clean at the same time? Even at the height of the cleaning or now, I look into subway stations to see what’s going on at night and the majority of the time there is no one cleaning.

The reason I suspect New York law enforcement told the city to close the subway from 1 AM to 5 AM for so long is so more of the police can sleep at night. The police have a lot of people under surveillance. If people can’t move around the city, the New York FBI, NYPD, etc., don’t have to follow them around the city as much at night.

Also, civilians don’t know that regular people who work for the police conduct a lot of the surveillance done by the NYPD. The NYPD, NCPD, and others have a large number of civilians running around for them. I call them the NYPD civilian lie and scam team.

The NYPD has civilians they use to follow people around, pick fights with people to get them in trouble, rob people, and hook up with people and say they were assaulted. If I had to guess, the number of civilians that the NYPD has working for them off the record is in the tens of thousands. They are throwing our tax dollars in the garbage.

If you are doing anything illegal, I suggest you stop. The US government has so many informants working for them it’s not even funny. All ages, female, male, etc. The government has whole families working for them.

When I heard the subway will soon change the hours they are closed, I suspect I know why. Of course, it’s impossible to prove.

I’m not naming names because it’s not essential. I suspect high power business owners in New York City went to the powers that be and said, what the hell is going on? If you don’t open the subway, we will leave and take a lot of money out of the city.

New York law enforcement would have kept the subway closed from 1 AM to 5 AM forever if you let them. Now New York law enforcement has to spend more time following people like me around every night. People I know pay the police to harass me every day including today.

That’s just my theory. I don’t know this for a fact. Let me know if you agree or not.

Opinion: The NYPD has teenage girls following me around, pretending I’m following them, and acting like they are scared in Queens, New York.

Greetings,

Anytime I take the 7 train into Queens, New York or any subway or bus in Queens, New York the NYPD and their civilian team snap into action.

People I know pay New York law enforcement and their large civilian scam team to physically attack me, sabotage me, pick fights with me, rob me, make up lies about me, and harass me non stop. There are hours of security video at stores in New York that back up my claims and I’m trying to obtain the video so I can expose them. I know I’m not the only person New York law enforcement is terrorizing.

In addition to having women and men constantly cutting me off, crashing into me, and trying to verbally pick fights with me; of course New York law enforcement has numerous girls in their teens and twenties follow me around and pretend I’m following them. The girls will shove their phones in my face, cut me off, crash into me from behind, anything they can to get the video they need to try and get me in trouble.

I have called NYPD 911 over 10,000 times. A lot more than 10,000 to be honest but I think 10,000 gets the point across. I have never blocked my number. My mobile phone is 917 815 5415.

No matter how bad anyone thinks United States law enforcement is, it’s 100X worse. The majority, not all, of people in power to stop them just look the other way because they know that US law enforcement kills people. If anyone wants I can send over articles from mainstream news websites backing up that claim. I have also seen New York law enforcement tamper with the food in several New York restaurants and supermarkets.

I don’t blame anyone for looking the other way. There is no one to tell. In my humble opinion, NYPD internal affairs, the Department of Investigations, the Civilian Complaint Review board, etc., are not enough. Also, is there even a group that looks into what federal law enforcement is up to?

New York law enforcement is paying teenage girls to follow me around, record me with their mobile phones, act like they are scared, physically attack me, while the NYPD and other New York law enforcement supervise.

If you have an emergency call 911. Use this information at your own risk. I’m not an attorney.

The ways I can imagine the NYPD would try to get me kicked out of Baruch College CUNY.

1. The police could say I said something foul to a student, professor, or staff member. Of course, I would never do that. I have had several arguments with the police on the phone. I wonder if there would be any way for the NYPD with their multi billion dollar per year budget to use the audio they have of me arguing with them out of context? For example, use the audio of me arguing with the police and say the words were directed to someone at CUNY.

2. The police could say that I was stalking a student. I’m 44. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. The police I deal with would still try and lie and say Mark Pine the 44 year old with no criminal record who is on the Dean’s List with all As is now going on a crime spree. It does make me think. Let’s say I’m on the phone with students because I’m being told that it’s mandatory by my teachers. Then let’s say I run into one or more of the students in real life. Then one or more of the students says this guy is following me or something like that. What would happen? The civilians I grew up with who pay New York law enforcement would pay a lot of money to anyone who could get me kicked out of school. Is the NYPD connected with any students at CUNY?

3. Last but not least. The police go into all my email and social media accounts, sabotage them and impersonate me. Someone just went into my LaGuardia Community College email and erased a bunch of important emails.

Greetings Nassau District Attorney,

I am on the New York City welfare line. The address is The Waverly Job Center at 12 W 14th St, New York, NY 10011

People cut me in the huge line and started blowing marijuana smoke in my face.

I’m more than happy to turn over all my bank records, phone records, emails, and anything else to show that I never enter a liquor store, never touch cash, don’t do anything illegal, don’t smoke or drink.

The police have had people blow weed smoke in my face several times before to harass me while I’m studying.

I called NYPD 911 and they showed up outside the welfare office. They rejected me for a police report and left. I am going to send this email to NYPD Internal Affairs as well.

The NYPD officer’s badge numbers are 5222 and 12722.

This is the type of harassment I deal with all the time that I’ve been contacting the Nassau County District Attorney for years about. Being drugged, harassed, threatened, and homeless, I still have a 4.0 GPA at CUNY after 27 credits.

Thank you and have a great day.

Mark Pine

Greetings Nassau County District Attorney,

I’m at the Waverly Job Center 12 W 14th St, New York, NY 10011. This is the welfare office in New York City.

Someone who probably works for the police just cut me in line and lit up a huge marijuana cigarette. He is smoking it in my face right now.

I guess the police are doing this because I’m now on Nassau County Probation. The police probably want me to test positive for marijuana. Now I’m going to have to get tested for weed in my system every day to make sure it doesn’t show up.

I’m at the welfare office to recertify my case.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record.

The police have people who work for them blow marijuana smoke in my face all the time when I’m trying to study. That is why I called you so many times to report I was being harassed before I was arrested.

I called NYPD 911 and they are on the way now.

I’ll get tested a bunch of times and hopefully, it doesn’t show up in my system.

If marijuana shows up in my system, I’ll immediately let everyone know.

I’m also going to try and get a police report but I’m confident the NYPD officers won’t give me one. After they refuse to provide me with a police report I’ll contact NYPD Internal Affairs. I’m also going to send NYPD Internal Affairs a copy of this email.

Thank you and have a great day.

Mark Pine

I never touch cash except for laundry machines.

People I know from New York paid the New York FBI, NYPD, NCPD, and others to have me locked up or murdered.

They had a bunch of girls try and hook up with me and I didn’t fall for it.

They have children, girls, boys, women, and men try and pick fights with me dozens of times per day. I don’t fall for it.

Now they are trying to make up any lie to have me kicked out of college at CUNY. New York law enforcement has a ton of contacts at CUNY so they are running a few dozen scams on me setting which one will stick.

They are also planning on murdering me with drugs.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. New York law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team follow me around 24/7.

Because they are planning on murdering me with drugs, I have made it a point to stay away from cash. I never touch cash. The only time I ever touch cash is when I have to do my laundry. That is it.

I have a bank account at Chase Bank, Capital One, and Bank of America. If you look at any of my accounts you will see I never spend a penny on alcohol. You will also see I never touch cash.

New York law enforcement pays drug addicts and drug dealers to follow me around 24/7 and pretend they are my best friends. They will walk up to me and pretend they are with me. New York law enforcement records the whole thing.

This whole experience has made me realize what a scam the US government is. Also, it makes me wonder how many innocent are locked up. If I had to guess the number is in the tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands nationwide.

I grew up in Hewlett/Woodmere, Long Island. Even though I’m half Jewish and half Christian, I had my bar mitzvah at Temple Israel in Lawrence, New York.

The reason I mention this is because I look at the US government the same exact way I look at Hitler and the Nazis. To me, they are equally as bad. If anything I think the US government has locked up and killed more innocent people than the Nazis.

Greetings HRA,

Update, the NYPD officer just started insulting me and I ignored the person. I politely asked the NYPD officer if they called my number? I said I was waiting upstairs and in the other room because the place is packed.

The NYPD officer said, “Why did you have your headphones in?” and the officer hurled a few more insults at me. I ignored it and didn’t say a word. This is the exact treatment I’m used to.

It’s not a big deal. I still treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times. Law enforcement can not ever miss one chance to harass me and try to get me to react negativly.

New York law enforcement knows I’m never going to react negtivly so at this point they are looking to just get a negative look from me. That’s how desperate they are to sabotage me. That’s also how big of liars they are. I can only imagine how many innocent people have been locked up by New York law enforcement after seeing them in action.

I will continue to treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect regardless of how negatively they treat me. Even the NYPD officer who was just hurling insults at me for absolutely no reason besides the fact that people I grew up with in New York pay New York law enforcement to run scams and sabotage people. They also pay New York law enforcement to allow them to commit crimes. It’s well documented.

I have no criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I am a full time student at CUNY.

Thank you and have a great day.

Wealthy people I know paid New York law enforcement to make me homeless. Now they are sending people into my storage facility trying to pick fights with me.

The following is the email I sent to the storage company about the incident. I didn’t mention that people I know pay New York law enforcement, FBI/NYPD to torture me 24/7 including right now.

Greetings,

I love X storage. I always treat your staff with the utmost respect and keep to myself in regards to customers.

I was minding my own business about to walk out of X storage. Not the main entrance, the exit for my room. A female customer was standing in the hallway so I couldn’t walk out. I stopped and was patiently waiting for her to be done so I could leave. She starts asking me if I’m supposed to be in X storage, was I a customer, she then said she didn’t think I was a customer and she was going to report me.

I immediately turned on the voice recorder on my phone so there was no confusion about what was said. I kept my cool like always and said I’m trying to leave. She said go and at the same time was blocking me from leaving.

If I would have walked out at that time it would have looked like I was cutting her off. I patiently waited and when she moved I walked out without saying a word.

I take the high road in all situations. I don’t care how anyone else acts I act respectfully at all times. Apparently, there are people who want to come to X storage and act however they want to act and that is their life.

I love my storage room and I’m not allowing anyone to ruin it for me. Especially someone who I have no clue who they are.

I don’t need a reply unless you want to. X storage runs the best storage facilities in New York City hands down. There is nothing X storage can do better, you have it down to a science.

Thank you and have a great day.

Mark Pine

I love CUNY.
