Greetings HRA,

First and foremost, thank you very much for all the help and information.

I believe there might be a ;mistake with my Access HRA account.

Last month my SNAP account or food stamps were added to my account on June 10, 2022.

Today is July 6, 2022 and I’m not seeing any future payments on my account.

Usually by now my Access HRA account would show when the next future payment.

My next recertification is for June 2023.

I’m a full time student at Baruch College.

My classes start back up on August 25, 2022.

In the meantime, I’m waiting for my next interview for RF CUNY.

Can someone please look into my account and see why there are no future payments showing?

Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings HRA,

First and foremost thank you very much for all the help. The whole HRA staff is as helpful as humanly possible.

I just submitted my storage payment for the month of July 2022. For some reason, the bill doesn’t get paid unless I send an email here. For example, there have been months where I had to pay the bill out of the other money you send me or the payment would have been late.

When I receive the bill from the storage company I take a screenshot of the bill on my phone and upload a perfectly clear copy into the HRA app.

I just completed my recertification. If I’m correct everything went perfectly: the interview, the documentation from CUNY Edge and me, etc. Your team at the 14th Street HRA location was very helpful.

Please help with the storage payment if possible. If you require any additional information from me please let me know.

Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings HRA,

I turned in all my documentation for my recertification.

Baruch College turned in the school documentation.

I had my interview in person at 14 Street Manhattan today June 7, 2022.

I just noticed in my account that there was a language questionnaire.

After I filled out and completed the language questionnaire I uploaded it into the Access HRA app.

I uploaded it into the other tab because I didn’t see a tab for language questionnaires.

I’ll keep checking for any additional updates.

Please let me know if anything else is needed for my recertification.

Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings HRA,

First and foremost, thank you and your staff for the amazing help you provide to New Yorkers including myself. I always treat your staff with the utmost respect at all times.

I just uploaded my new storage bill on May 11, 2022. The bill is due by June 1, 2022.

I downloaded the bill PDF from the storage company on my phone. Then I took a screenshot of the storage bill PDF. Then I uploaded the picture storage bill PDF into the HRA app.

From my experience, the result is a perfectly clear copy of my storage bill reaches your staff.

For the past two or three months, I submit my storage bill and the check doesn’t go out until past the due date. Also, I have to email your office through the public web form every month or the check isn’t mailed to the storage company.

I’m not sure why that’s the case.

It seems like common sense that everyone on public assistance doesn’t have to visit their HRA center every single month. That would be a huge amount of extra work for your team.

I also can’t imagine that every month, all New Yorker’s on public assistance or SNAP (food stamps) have to contact your staff via this web form.

Please help me if you can figure out why I have to contact your office every month to have the check mailed to my storage company. I asked the good people at HRA 14 Street and they don’t know.

If there is anything else I have to do please let me know and I’ll do it immediatly.

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings Commissioner Department of Social Services

Thank you very much for the amazing work you and your staff does. You have saved my life and continue to save it every day.

Thanks to HRA (link to HRA website) not only do I have food to eat, I’m able to attend Baruch College which is the best opportunity of all time.

Quick mention. I uploaded a crystal clear copy of my storage room invoice to Access HRA for April 2022 on March 8, 2022.

The invoice has not been paid. Today is 3/21/2022.

Please advise if you have any advice regarding what I should do.

Also, I just want to mention that I always treat your staff with the utmost respect at all times. I understand that situations arise, and it’s no big deal. Hopefully everything will be worked out before the end of the month.

Regardless if the situation is resolved or not, I will continue to treat your team with the absolute utmost respect at all times.

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.
