Opinion: On my way to the NYPD 1st Percent to try and obtain a police report on July 29, 2023 at 8 AM.

Greetings,

If you are living your life, trying to elevate your life, and treating people respectfully, then you will have no idea what I’m talking about here.

New York City law enforcement has a massive group of individuals in the thousands of people that harass, sabotage, and pick fights with people for a living.

I know it sounds ridiculous.

I don’t know what I would have thought if I didn’t see it for myself.

People I know pay the NYPD and New York City law enforcement to harass me.

When I call NYPD 911 to report them the operators harass me on the phone.

I don’t have a criminal record.

I don’t do anything illegal.

New York City law enforcement has dozens of women and men in regular clothes harass me in Manhattan every week.

For example, they crash into me, shove their phones in my face, rob me, vandalize my property, play loud music when I try to record videos, yell curses when I try to record videos, blow drug smoke in my face, and much more.

New York City law enforcement’s plain clothes lie and scam team consists of corporate executives, students, and every other type of individual you would find in New York City.

I ignore them when they harass me.

Today one got a small response out of me.

I was minding my own business early this morning, recording videos by the Hudson River.

A woman ran up to me and started yelling curses to ruin my video.

If law enforcement doesn’t have a vehicle nearby to play loud music to ruin my videos, they will sometimes have their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team yell curses to ruin my videos.

New York City law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team have ruined thousands of videos I’ve tried to record during the past several years by playing music.

It was July 29, 2023, at about 6:30 AM.

I ignored the person yelling curses and kept moving.

A few seconds later, a man starts chasing after me, yelling, screaming, and trying to crash into me.

We had a few words back and forth.

I could tell that he was very happy that he had harassed me on behalf of New York City law enforcement.

We went our separate ways very quickly.

I don’t know the identities of the scam team.

If I see them again, I won’t recognize any of them.

Even if I do recognize any of them, I’m not saying a word to any of them.

The worst thing you can do to law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team is ignore them.

If any of New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team members approach me at Baruch College, the gym, etc., I will ignore them and walk away.

I don’t care if a lie and scam team member pours a can of paint over my head and starts cursing me out at Baruch College, the gym, etc.

I will ignore the person and walk away.

Baruch College, the gym, and all the other places I utilize in New York City are very valuable to me.

I’m not going to get banned from somewhere for arguing with New York City law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team that will get a bonus.

Here is a little more insight into the scams.

New York City law enforcement has hundreds of people that run scams for them at Baruch College, my gym, and other places I go.

The people that run scams for New York City law enforcement at these places don’t officially work for the government and they don’t work for law enforcement.

The whole point of New York City law enforcement having civilians unofficially working for them is to have non-government employees available to run scams.

As I stated, if anyone reading this can imagine, I have dozens of women and men in regular clothes harassing me every week.

They harass me in stores, supermarkets, the street, at Baruch College, in the subway, and everywhere else.

Most of the people that harass me on behalf of law enforcement are trying to start arguments with me so they can go running back to Baruch College, the gym, and everywhere else.

They can claim that coincidentally, we had some type of negative interaction that was, of course, my fault, they coincidentally recognize me, and they want to report me.

According to New York City law enforcement Manhattan is just a tiny town where everyone knows each other that is filled with negative coincidences.

That is except when New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes civilian lie and scam team are robbing the taxpayers every day.

For example, when New York City law enforcement has their civilian lie and scam team harassing me in supermarkets, who do you think are paying for the groceries?

You are.

That’s it for now.

I’m headed to the NYPD 1st Precinct to try and get a police report.

I always treat all the NYPD police officers at the precincts respectfully, regardless if they grant me a police report or not.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: Update about my experience at The City University of New York 4/3/2023.

Greetings,

The semester, Spring 2023, has one month left after Spring Break.

I’m done with the majority of my work for all my classes.

I’m going to get as much work as possible done during Spring Break too.

I was providing web marketing services for people, minding my own business.

People I know paid law enforcement and still pay them to chase away my clients and try to take everything from me.

That’s why I went to college at 46 years old.

I have been living in the street homeless for 7 years with law enforcement harassing me.

I don’t drink. I don’t do drugs. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t date.

NYC law enforcement runs one scam after the next on me at Baruch College.

It’s daily abuse.

I just keep my mouth closed.

I take the abuse at Baruch College and just play along.

It’s what I’ve been doing for the past 3 years.

I don’t care if someone from Baruch College, student, staff, professor, etc. pours a can of paint on my head, throws all my belongings out the window, etc., I can care less.

I’m less than 10 classes away from graduation.

My GPA this semester is going to be between 2.1 and up.

I don’t care what my GPA is.

It’s a miracle that I’m able to go to school without any money.

Law enforcement has Baruch College staff, professors, and students running one scam after the next on me at Baruch College.

I just play along.

I’m polite and respectful to everyone.

When Baruch College students harass me I just ignore them.

When Baruch College staff and professors run scams on me I just respond respectfully and politely.

I don’t blame anyone for running scams on me on behalf of law enforcement.

It can’t be denied that I’m 1 degree of separation away from many powerful members of law enforcement in New York and other states.

I’m making the best of it.

I don’t care what happens or how disrespectfully I’m treated at Baruch College, I’m just going to continue to take the abuse and graduate.

Law enforcement sends one person after the next to try and pick fights with me at Baruch College and everywhere else I go.

Law enforcement also sends me ridiculous emails from people at Baruch College trying to pick fights with me.

I just play along and respond politely and respectfully.

Law enforcement had a few Baruch College female students try and seduce me or hook up with me at Baruch College and outside Baruch College.

I just ignored them.

The only option I have is to ignore all the scams NYC law enforcement keeps sending at me.

That’s what I’ve been doing and that’s what I will continue to do.

I never mention a word about law enforcement or anything of this nature to anyone at Baruch College.

If it wasn’t for the New York Courts — law enforcement would have had me tossed out of Baruch College.

The only reason I’m still able to get an education at The City University of New York is thanks to the New York Courts.

CUNY is great just not when law enforcement is running around behind the scenes running their usual tricks and scams.

Law enforcement also runs the same scams on me at HRA and other government agencies too.

I still treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times. They saved my life.

I would have starved to death if it wasn’t for HRA.

Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings Officer,

I always treat police officers respectfully in person.

I have no issue with any police officers personally.

I respect what you do.

With that being said, let’s not conveniently leave out any details.

T Mobile wasn’t asking for a police report for the lost/stolen phone.

I just wanted to document that I’ve been robbed so many times in New York City that I lost count.

In my opinion, people I know pay various law enforcement, former law enforcement, and civilians to harass me, sabotage me, and run scams on me.

I’m not going to type a book here.

I don’t drink.

I don’t smoke.

I don’t date women or anyone, for that matter.

I don’t have a criminal record.

I don’t do anything illegal.

I live squeaky clean.

If you look up my name in the NYPD computer system, you will see I’ve been robbed several times.

In my opinion, people I know pay others to harass me.

Who is going to investigate that?

I wish it weren’t the case, although I understand why the NYPD and New York FBI don’t want to get involved.

I’m doing my best to get the word out to non-government organizations to try and get help.

I have no idea why you are contacting me.

To be honest, I don’t care.

If my response is mandatory, I’ll do it.

If it’s not mandatory, let’s just stop playing games because respectfully you’re not helping me.

In my opinion, people I know pay your bosses to run scams.

That doesn’t mean I’m anti law enforcement.

If it was up to me, I say triple the salary of every person in America that works for the government.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

The New York FBI, Manhattan District Attorney, and the US Attorney for New York City all blocked my phone number.

People know who I am.

You aren’t helping me.

If I see you around Manhattan, it’s 100% respect.

If this conversation isn’t mandatory, I’m politely and respectfully ending it now.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: NYC law enforcement had their civilian lie and scam team blow vape mist or marijuana smoke in my face again tonight.

People I know pay law enforcement to harass me every day.

Law enforcement has a huge amount of civilian women and men that run around in regular clothes that harass me every day.

I call them law enforcement’s civilian lie and scam team.

Law enforcement has their civilian lie and scam team harass me at Baruch College and everywhere else that I go.

One thing that law enforcement does is have their civilian lie and scam team blow vape smoke and drug smoke in my face.

Law enforcement has had their plain clothes lie and scam team blow weed smoke and vape smoke in my face hundreds of times if not thousands of times at this point.

I’m at an emergency room right now.

It’s March 28, 2023 at 10 PM.

When law enforcement has their regular clothes lie and scam team drug me it’s not like the movies.

It’s not like when someone gets drunk and goes crazy.

When law enforcement has their civilian lie and scam team drug me it drains the energy out of me. It makes me want to go to sleep.

I have a huge test on Thursday at Baruch College.

Law enforcement will have their regular clothes lie and scam team drug me over and over from now until the test and right before the test.

There is nothing I can do to stop it.

I have over a 3.0 GPA while living in the street homeless with law enforcement drugging me hundreds of times during the last few years that I’ve been at school.

The way I describe the feeling after law enforcement drugs me is I feel like someone blew very strong marijuana smoke in my face.

I can’t remember one test I’ve ever taken at Baruch College or LaGuardia Community College where law enforcement didn’t have someone blow marijuana smoke in my face earlier in the day or multiple times.

Just to put things into context, members of the NYPD have recently been convicted for murder, domestic violence, cp, drug dealing, murder for hire, and much more.

The NYPD is out of control in my opinion.

A few minutes after I left school tonight law enforcement had someone sneak up on me and blow marijana smoke or vape smoke in my face so I’m at the emergency room right now.

Tomorrow I have off from school so I’m expecting that law enforcement will have their plain clothes female and male lie and scam team blow drug smoke in my face several times tomorrow.

For the record, I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t date. I don’t do anything illegal.

I have been to NYC emergency rooms and urgent cares hundreds of times because law enforcement is constantly drugging me.

In addition to wanting to get checked out, another reason I visit the hospitals and urgent cares is because law enforcement isn’t going to send me in here with my blood pressure going at some extremely high number that would be evidence of what they are doing.

Before I used to visit emergency rooms and urgent cares hundreds of times law enforcement would keep hammering away at me over and over drugging me several times per day.

I’m sitting in the emergency room relaxed as can be. Just as relaxed as I am at Baruch College after law enforcement drugs me.

I estimate that law enforcement is going to drug me at least one more time tonight  after I leave the hospital.

There is no question in my mind that law enforcement is going to drug me again tomorrow at least once if not multiple times.

There are two emergency rooms that I plan on visiting tomorrow if/when law enforcement and their civilian lie and scam team starts drugging me.

I’ll also probably visit an urgent care or two.

Although I’ve been living in the street for about 7 years I don’t look homeless.

I shower every day. I wash my clothes multiple times per week.

The public assistance office pays for me to have a storage room.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times no matter what.

Even with law enforcement constantly drugging me if anyone looks at the security cameras at Baruch College or anywhere I go, you will see that I act totally normal.

The NYPD’s budget is over $10,000,000,000. Per year and I think they have over 50,000 employees.

That’s over 10 billion dollars a year with 50 thousand employees.

When law enforcement harasses me they hit hard.

Law enforcement has men and women in their teens and twenties trying to pick fights with me, they shove their phones in my face, they crash into me, vandalize my property, rob me, they broke my shoulder, and a lot more.

I’m making the best of it.

I just wanted to document what’s going on because I know that law enforcement would love to lie and say that all the hospital and urgent care visits are leading up to some type of outburst at Baruch College or some type of irrational behavior.

I have 8 classes left to graduate from Baruch College.

How many homeless people do you hear about living like that?

There are a lot of us you just mostly hear about homeless people causing problems, not the ones like me trying to elevate my situation.

I was doing web marketing and law enforcement chased many of my clients away.

I’m making the best of it.

Law enforcement drugged me to smithereens tonight and I’m sitting at the hospital as calm and relaxed as can be.

I just feel bad and I would like to go to sleep but I’m not because I have schoolwork.

I have written 2,000 word essays after law enforcement viciously drugged me.

I have school work to do.

Law enforcement is going to keep drugging me and harassing me.

I put up a website markpine.com to try and get help from the public because no one that works for the government that I’ve contacted will help me.

I’ve called NYPD 911 over 10,000 times while law enforcement has their civilian lie and scam team harassing me in the street.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

I always act normal even after law enforcement keeps drugging me over and over then teases and harasses me for hours at a time.

Thank you.

Greetings HRA,

I understand everyone is busy and everyone is doing their best.

I always treat everyone from HRA with the utmost respect at all times.

That is more important than anything.

Few quick things.

Most important is that you received my storage invoice on 3/7/2023 through Access HRA and it hasn’t been paid.

I uploaded a perfectly clear copy of the one page storage bill or invoice.

I know that NYC law enforcement runs around to every Federal, State, and City government agency that I interact with and sabotages me.

People I know pay law enforcement to harass people every day.

For example, right now law enforcement is sabotaging me at CUNY while I have an open lawsuit against CUNY, Law enforcement can care less.

The IRS just sent back my tax return because they didn’t like my signature.

HRA held back my MetroCard for more than two months, I finally got it.

Thank you.

I didn’t get the whole amount but I’ll email you about that later.

Right now I’m trying to get my storage paid.

My case is active and up to date.

If my storage isn’t paid by the end of the month I’m at risk of losing all my belongings.

I’m living in the street homeless.

Please let me know if there is any additional information you need from me.

If law enforcement is threatening anyone at HRA to sabotage my case like law enforcement does to every other government agency I interact with please report them to at least 12 government agencies because from my experience NYPD Internal Affairs, NYC DOI, and the CCRB won’t help you.

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings HRA,

Thank you for saving my life after people I know paid the NYPD and NYC law enforcement to strip me of everything I had. They robbed me and harass me everyday.

I grew up around rich people that have been paying the NYPD and NYC law enforcement to commit crime and sabotage people for decades.

NYPD Internal Affairs and the NYC DOI know and can care less.

I never mention law enforcement to anyone at the HRA job centers.

I always treat all your HRA staff with the utmost respect at all times.

I always treat everyone at CUNY EDGE with the utmost respect at all times.

I never mention a word about the NYPD and NYC law enforcement harassing me to anyone at CUNY EDGE.

This has nothing to do with CUNY EDGE, they are great and as helpful as possible.

Even if it does have something to do with CUNY who cares, please let me know how to fix it.

The NYPD and NYC law enforcement don’t care who finds out that they run scams on people.

Can someone please look into why I’m not receiving my MetroCard allowance.

I suspect the NYPD and NYC law enforcement are telling whoever is in charge of it at HRA not to send my MetroCard money.

I don’t blame the HRA person for going along with it because in my opinion NYC law enforcement will try and make anyone’s life a living hell that doesn’t allow them to run scams.

I’m a full time student at Baruch College.

I’m not mentioning a word about this to anyone at CUNY EDGE or Baruch College or CUNY.

Thank you and have a great day.

Notice of Claim to sue the New York City Human Resources Administration.

Mark Pine

December 29, 2022.

First and foremost I always treat everyone from the New York Courts, HRA, the NYC Comptroller’s Office, etc., with the absolute utmost respect at all times.

That is more important than any of this.

I’m going to be suing New York City for the rest of my life because New York City law enforcement is never going to stop teasing, harassing, and sabotaging me.

I would like to sue the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) for $150,000.

HRA cut off my MetroCard money.

I’m a full time student at Baruch College CUNY.

Every week I receive money from HRA to purchase a one week unlimited MetroCard.

For some reason the MetroCard money is canceled for next week and going forward.

I contacted HRA about it on December 23, 2022. I received the following confirmation number.

Your City of New York Correspondence Number is #1-1-6078274

There is a chance that HRA cut off all student’s MetroCard money for the winter break or holiday.

If that’s the case then I’m wrong.

If all college public assistance students are receiving their MetroCard money during the winter holiday and only mine has been cut off then I’m going to sue.

I contacted a few government agencies about the HRA MetroCard money and no one has responded which seems a little strange.

I’m not 100 percent sure about this one because I don’t know anyone that goes to college in New York City that is on public assistance.

Law enforcement sabotages almost every move I make.

Rich people I grew up with pay the NYPD and others to tease, harass, and sabotage me every day.

I contacted the CCRB, NYPD IA, and the NYC DOI; they can’t stop New York City law enforcement from teasing, harassing, and sabotaging me every day.

That is why I want to be sure that I’m not the only public assistance student that had their MetroCard money shut off for the winter holiday.

I contacted the HRA Commissioner’s Office about the situation and didn’t hear back yet.

I hope I’m wrong.

Could you imagine if out of all the college students in New York City that the NYPD or another law enforcement agency went to HRA and threatened HRA to shut off my MetroCard only?

New York City law enforcement has run scams like that on me several times before.

I’m about to sue the NYPD next month.

Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: Email to US Government Agencies on December 26, 2022 at about 10 AM. New York City law enforcement basically kidnapped me right now. I’m on the 3 train uptown.

Greetings US Government Agencies,

I was taking the number 3 subway from Downtown to Midtown in New York City.

In my opinion, law enforcement knocked me out with drugs like they always do.

I woke up on the train and now we are at a stop that has a lot of crime and drugs.

Now law enforcement won’t move the train.

The train is stopped.

There is no announcement and no explanation why we are not moving.

I’m on the 3 train uptown somewhere in New York City.

Please help.

Law enforcement is harassing me around the clock.
