50-H HEARING PINE, MARK BLA# 2021PI035531

015-220

Greetings NYC Comptroller’s Office,

Thank you for all your help and for allowing me the opportunity to try and seek justice. I can only imagine how many New Yorkers you service and support.

All the attorneys you connect me with are respectful and your team on the 12 floor is always as helpful as humanly possible.

Most NYC government agencies run and hide when I mention that NYC law enforcement is being paid by people I know to harass me (ie … just kidding).

First and foremost I always treat everyone at the NYC Comptroller’s Office, the New York Courts, One Centre Street, the attorneys you connect me with, etc. with the utmost respect at all times.

Treating people respectfully is more important than anything.

Without respect we have nothing.

I can care less if someone pours a can of paint over my head, I will treat everyone connected to the courts and NYC Comptrollers Office with the utmost respect no matter what.

It is a major priority of mine to keep on excellent terms with the NYC Comptroller’s Office as it is a very valuable resource.

I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. Therefore NYC law enforcement runs around the city telling people to lie and say Mark Pine is rude.

I’m 45 years old with no criminal record at all.

If the lawsuit about the NYPD 17 Precinct is back too late I’ll start over.

I was in the emergency room of several hospitals at least 10 times since I filed the Notice of Claim. If that helps me please let me know. If not it’s no big deal.

If you need me to turn over documents from the hospitals I can easily drop them off.

If we can keep moving with the NYPD 17 Precinct lawsuit that is great, I’m dropping off the paperwork today or tomorrow.

If it’s too late it’s no big deal. I’ll start over with a new Notice of Claim.

The NYPD harasses me every day so I can easily create a new Notice of Claim with a new incident and Notice of Claim.

I treat the attorneys and court reporters you connect me with the same way I would treat the Governor of New York if I met her. With the absolute utmost respect humanly possible.

I can care less if NYC law enforcement sabotages my every move from now until the end of time. I’ll keep treating everyone respectfully and doing my best to receive justice.

I’m a pro se litigant.

The attorney you connected me with gave me an errata sheet and the transcript.

I’m not sure where to have the errata sheet notarized.

The only place I see to have anything notarized is on the transcript. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to notarize the transcript or notarize the errata sheet.

I’m going to ask the court clerk to notarize the errata sheet because the transcript needed a few key updates.

If the court clerk at 60 Centre Street, NYC says no I’m going to drop all this off unnotarized and if I have to start over it’s no big deal.

I have the best and most understanding attitude that is humanly possible.

I understand life isn’t perfect therefore I make the best of all situations aka the cards I’m dealt.

Please advise with any feedback you can.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: Email to the New York State Office of Higher Education about New York City law enforcement viciously harassing me inside Baruch College.

456 total views,  49 views today

Greetings New York State Office of Higher Education,

New York City law enforcement had three women try to crash into me and harass me at Baruch College today May 7, 2022.

I emailed you the exact locations inside Baruch College, times, and dates earlier.

I left school and New York City law enforcement had their plain clothes team follow me right over to where I’m at without a care in the world about being caught.

I have an open lawsuit against The City University of New York right now: Mark Pine Vs The City University of New York. New York City law enforcement can care less.

New York City law enforcement has zero oversight and when it comes to harassing me they don’t care what evidence they leave in their wake.

For example, I just posted videos to social media showing that New York City law enforcement has blocked my phone from calling NYPD 911.

The US Attorney Southern District blocked my phone number.

The NYPD blocked my phone number from calling all the precincts and NYPD Headquarters.

The New York FBI blocked my phone number.

The Albany FBI blocked my phone number.

Now NYPD 911 blocked my phone number. I’m not sure if the NYPD 911 is a permanent block or a temporary block while they are viciously harassing me in clear view of security cameras. Today isn’t the first time that New York City law enforcement has blocked me from calling NYPD 911.

I posted a video on YouTube and Twitter showing that my phone can call any number right now except NYPD 911.

When New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes team harass me like they are doing right this minute, I’ll call NYPD 911 so there is a record of the time, day, date, location, of where I’m being harassed.

I usually call NYPD 911 anywhere from dozens to hundreds of times per day off Baruch College campus, never in Baruch College.

In total, I’ve called NYPD 911 more than 20,000 times easily if I had to guess because NYC law enforcement has been harassing me every day for years. The NYPD 911 operators tease me and harass me on the phone.

In addition to NYPD 911 I call all 50 states FBI field offices and press the extension for a live bank robbery or kidnapping.

I have reported New York City law enforcement to the FBI field offices thousands of times. Lately, I call the FBI field offices dozens to hundreds of times per day when I’m outside of school and New York City law enforcement has their plain clothes team harassing me for hours on end.

So far the only FBI field offices to block my number are the New York City FBI and the Albany FBI. There might be a few others I’m not sure. The FBI hangs up on me a lot.

Right now I’m minding my own business trying to study and New York City law enforcement has their plainclothes team viciously harassing me in clear view of public and private security cameras. New York City law enforcement can care less.

New York City law enforcement just figures there is no way I’ll ever get the security video to prove that New York City law enforcement has people that work for them in plain clothes viciously harassing me every day.

I’m not mentioning a word about this to anyone at Baruch College.

Every single day when New York City law enforcement has women and men, students and staff, harassing me at Baruch College, shoving their phones in my face, teasing me, blocking me from walking, and crashing into me I just ignore it and walk away.

Please let me know if you have any advice for me.

I don’t have a criminal record at all. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party.

New York City law enforcement ran me into the ground and now they tease, rob, and harass me all day every day because people I know pay them to do it.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: Today a Baruch College student was swinging his leg around to distract me during a speech I was giving in class.

240 total views,  14 views today

Greetings Professor,

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything.

I never participate in controversial conversations at Baruch College out of respect for people’s feelings.

I love Baruch College, LaGuardia Community College, and The City University of New York.

I would never say a word to a student in class if she/he literally poured a can of paint on my head.

I would say thank you and walk away. Then I would report it.

With that being said there was a student sitting directly across from me while I was giving the speech kicking his leg up and down for the majority of my speech and it was very distracting.

I could have put my head down and just sat there and read the speech, but I believe that we are supposed to look at the crowd.

I would never say a word to the student.

If someone offered me a million dollars to identify the student right now, I would have no clue what the student looks like. I just saw the persons leg kicking nonstop throughout my speech.

It caught me so off guard that it threw off my speech a little.

I listened to the recording, and it was OK, but it would have been much better.

I never had someone do that to me before when I was giving a speech. It was like the student was practicing to be a professional field goal kicker or soccer player.

I started getting used to it by the end of the speech and going forward if it happens again, I’ll be more used to it.

If I can go again, I would like to, if not it’s no big deal. I’m just asking.

I 10000% respect your decision either way.

Thank you and have a great day.

Mark Pine

Greetings,

I wanted to go on record with what happened today in class. Personally, I’m a little surprised that the student felt comfortable doing that in front of all the other students knowing how much we all worked on preparing our speeches.

It was like he was waiving his hand in my face during the speech except he was using his leg instead of his hand. It was very distracting.

If you have any advice for me, please let me know. If not it’s no big deal.

Currently I have a GPA and I think I have about 291 points out of 300 in the class right now.

I know my subject inside and out, it’s about being a New York State real estate broker and I’m a licensed broker.

I’ve been studying every day through spring break, and I was a little tired. When the person started swinging his leg around for the majority of my speech it totally knocked me off my game.

Now that I have experienced the student swinging his leg around like he was trying out for the NFL during 70% of my speech, I can be prepared for it next time and focus on something else.

More importantly than any of this is I always treat all students and staff with the utmost respect at all times. If someone does something I don’t like, I ignore the person.

Please advise with any feedback you deem appropriate.

Thank you and have a great day.

Mark Pine

This type of thing happens all the time to me at Baruch College. I don’t blame Baruch College. I blame New York City law enforcement.

Opinion: The three main lies New York City law enforcement would like to use to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.

  1. Mark Pine had an outburst at Baruch College.
  2. Mark Pine is stalking female Baruch College students.
  3. Plagiarism.

My goal is to earn a C or D average. Grades are not my priority. I’m at CUNY to learn.

New York City law enforcement has audio of them and me arguing.

New York City law enforcement has audio of me reporting them.

New York City law enforcement has top-quality audio and video editors that can edit the audio of me and turn it into a conversation between a Baruch College student or staff member and me.

New York City law enforcement has already done that to me once already during my Nassau County criminal trial that I won. Technically I got a misdemeanor lowered to a violation.

Several Baruch College students have tried to pick fights with me.

Several Baruch College students have shoved their phones in my face and crashed into me.

Several Baruch College students have tried to start arguments with me during class.

I ignore them all.

I can care less if a Baruch College student poured a can of paint over my head, I would not react. I would still ignore them.

I have put a million hours into Baruch College, I’m not throwing it away for anyone. Also, the police torture me way worse than anything a Baruch College student or staff member could.

The best way to handle a hater is to ignore the person. The best form of revenge is success.

Revenge is not responding to someone that is clearly trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

Next, Mark Pine is stalking all the women at Baruch College.

I have called every FBI field office in America and reported that people I know pay New York City law enforcement to have women try to set me up as a stalker.

I have called every US Attorney in America and told them New York City law enforcement is trying to set me up as a stalker.

I have called the Manhattan District Attorney and told them New York City law enforcement is trying to set me up as a stalker.

Has anyone in the history of the United States called hundreds of government and law enforcement offices and then turned around and stalked women? What would be the logic behind that?

I’ve called the Secret Service in Brooklyn and told them people I know are paying New York City law enforcement to try and set me up as a stalker.

I’m also in the process of suing the NYPD and The City University of New York.

If I walked around school wearing a clown costume I couldn’t bring any more attention to myself in regards to the people who run Baruch College.

Finally, we have plagiarism.

I have turned in the majority of my homework days, weeks, and months in advance since I started Baruch College.

I always ask questions in class and via emails to my professors. If I legitimately plagiarized a student or an author, New York City law enforcement would find out about it and I’d be expelled from school in one second flat.

New York City law enforcement can harass me and sabotage me 24 hours a day and there is nothing I can do to stop them.

I’m making the best of it. I’m trying to get help outside of Baruch College and CUNY. For example, I make videos begging the public to help me.

When I’m at school I act like I’m on a job interview for the New York Attorney General’s Office.

I love Baruch College. The staff is amazing. I want to graduate.

If that’s not enough, I’m about to get $900 in my bank account because I’m a student at Baruch College.

In August, I’m about to get about $5,000 in my bank account because I’m a student at Baruch College.

That money is in addition to the welfare, public assistance, cash assistance, food stamps, SNAP, I receive.

I also have a job at school with RF CUNY that is going to pay me about $75 per week.

How many street homeless people in America or anywhere are receiving that type of money?

I might be dumb, but I’m not that dumb. Baruch College is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that has made my life 10X more comfortable even though I’m living in the street homeless. Contrary to popular belief, street homeless people have bills too.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t have a criminal record.

I have a storage room to keep my things and places to shower.

I’m street homeless because I have bad credit, no money, and evictions on my record. I don’t want to live in a homeless shelter.

I filed my 2021 taxes in January 2022.

I didn’t pay anything because I didn’t make anything. Nonetheless, it’s an example of how I live my life.

I wasn’t filing my taxes until the stellar staff at the LaGuardia Community College-CUNY financial aid office motivated me to get back on track with my taxes. I am forever grateful to them. The staff at CUNY is absolutely the best.

YouTube short about New York City law enforcement harassing me.

This is a sample of a typical email I send to the Baruch College-CUNY staff:

Thank you very much for the help the other day.

Greetings,

The support staff at CUNY is amazing. You and everyone else are as helpful as humanly possible and it’s appreciated. CUNY is the best college ever.

Do I have to do anything else to become a journalism major? Am I now a journalism major or do I need COM 1010 and Spanish first?

Please advise.

Thank you again and have a great day.

Opinion: A few Baruch College security guards running scams on me. 4/1/2022.

538 total views,  14 views today

Greetings Baruch College,

First and foremost, I always treat everyone at Baruch College and CUNY with the utmost respect regardless of how they treat me and it’s not always nice.

I just showed up at the library building a few minutes after 7 AM. The doors to the library were locked.

I don’t usually visit this building, so I don’t know my way around it.

I walked down the steps and towards to turnstiles to see if I could get to the library by the elevator.

Two security guards purposely tried to bump into me right in front of the turnstiles. I didn’t say a word.

Then another security guard tried to go through the turnstile at the same time as me, behind me, without respecting my space at all when the building is 99.9 percent empty. I’m not sure if there is a security camera there or not.

I would not have even been in this building if the printer in the vertical building wasn’t broken for the past week.

I did not say a word to any of the security guards about it. I can care less.

I have a feeling I know what this is about but I’m not going to speculate in this email.

I don’t know if there is a security video of what just happened or not.

I’m used to this kind of thing. People I know are still paying various law enforcement to harass me every day.

I never mention a word about the NYPD to anyone at Baruch College or CUNY besides you.

I don’t like complaining to you but I have to cover myself when there is probably security video with me surrounded by a bunch of security guards like I just robbed a bank.

One more quick thing.

Yesterday I was visiting some professors during office hours. Another coincidence.

One of the professors who I used an email from the professor in my ongoing lawsuit against CUNY in the New York Court of Claims was standing between the exit and me.

I politely said hi and that was it.

I’m not sure if someone thinks I’m mad at the professor, I’m not. The professor did me a favor. In my humble opinion, the professor proved my case with the email.

Even if I was unhappy with the professor, I wouldn’t say a word. I have worked a million hours to become a Journalsim Major at Baruch College.

Also, I believe the professor was told to send the email, I don’t believe it was the professors idea. I like the professor. The professor is a great teacher.

The same exact way I didn’t take it personally when I was put on probation from your office. I have no clue whose idea that was. Anything negative that happens to me I blame on law enforcement.

I respect and like you. Someone else might hold a grudge if they don’t understand the dynamic of how organizations and law enforcement work.

I think you’re great and your whole office is doing a great job. I love this school. Nothing is perfect.

I’ve been through hell and back in my life. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party.

I don’t want to go to another college. I love CUNY.

I just have reason to believe that NYC law enforcement is running their usual scams (just now with the security guards, professors asking me to go off campus with an 18 year old woman, take our masks off and take pictures of each other and share all our personal information, last names, phone, email, etc. what does that have to do with school?) and I want to try and get help from a judge because the only government employees I’ve ever seen put some type of restraints on law enforcement is a judge and the courts.

If I’m correct a judge’s name and decisions are connected to public record and all judges value their reputation.

That is the total opposite of other government employees that just ignore the people when it’s convenient for them and there is no public record.

For example, the Manhattan Borough President’s Office, the Public Advocate’s Office, the New York City Council, NYPD Internal Affairs, Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, US Attorney Southern District’s Office, etc.

I don’t have an issue with the security guards. New York City law enforcement runs around and tells people at the post office, HRA, etc. to pull the same thing on me everywhere I go. I treat everyone at the post office, HRA, and here respectfully regardless of what’s going on.

I have the highest tolerance for scams and insults against me that exists on the planet.

In my opinion, everyone has to do what law enforcement says regardless of if it’s right or wrong.

I mad at the people I grew up with that pay New York City law enforcement to harass me. I’m not mad at the people they are paying or random people that get wrapped up in this.

The only ones who have the power to help me are judges and a few other random individuals that are almost impossible to reach.

I’m making the best of the situation like always. I will continue to treat all the staff, students, etc. at Baruch College with the utmost respect even if they purposely try to bump into me, crash into me, ask me to share all my personal information and go off-campus and take pictures of 18-year-old women from my classes, etc.

The police can’t believe I’ve survived all their abuse (arrested in Nassau County, broken arm, made homeless, robbed dozens of times, etc.)

Now I’m getting thousands of visits on social media and it’s only a matter of a little luck and someone is going to reach out and lend me a hand and I’m going to get my life back.

In the meantime, I’m going to continue to act like a perfect student at Baruch College because without Baruch College I would have been toasted by law enforcement by now. You and everyone else here made my life 100X more comfortable than HRA would have without CUNY.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: NYC law enforcement is running scams on me at the Baruch College library to sabotage me with RF CUNY.

531 total views,  35 views today

I’m not saying a word about this to anyone at RF CUNY or Baruch College. I’m reporting this to agencies outside of RF CUNY and Baruch College.

I never mention anything about my issue with New York City law enforcement to anyone at RF CUNY or Baruch College. If they Google me and read about it, there is nothing I can do about that.

If anyone at RF CUNY or Baruch College asks me about the situation with NYC law enforcement and myself, I will say I don’t think it’s appropriate to discuss it at school.

Greetings Higher Education – New York State Education Department,

I was going to email Baruch College about this and I still might but I decided to email you first instead.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement and their plainclothes sabotage team to harass me every day.

NYC law enforcement has Baruch College students that work for them harass me every day at Baruch College. For example, NYC law enforcement has students in my classes swing their legs around and bounce up and down in their chairs during classes to distract me. I ignore them.

I was just going to print something at school on Sunday morning. The printer in the Baruch College vertical building was jammed.

I immediately suspected that NYC law enforcement and their plainclothes team sabotaged the printer so they could get me over to the library building.

The reason I suspect NYC law enforcement wanted to get me over to the library building was that they are trying to sabotage my upcoming job with RF CUNY.

NYC law enforcement probably doesn’t want me working at the library. NYC law enforcement would probably prefer to get me in a room alone or with one or two people and then drug me for the whole time.

NYC law enforcement has drugged me so many times I’ve been to New York City hospital emergency rooms and urgent care centers hundreds of times. I can’t believe that no one who works at the Medicare office asked what’s going on? Why has this person been to emergency rooms and urgent care centers hundreds of times?

I appreciate that the taxpayers are paying for me to go to the hospital hundreds of times. Even if I wasn’t covered I would still go.

I never mention a word about any of this to anyone at Baruch College.

Every day when students at Baruch College harass me I just ignore them.

This happened on March 27, 2022 at about 10 AM.

The first printer I went to use in the Baruch College library was broken.

There was a person using the other printer that I saw on the ground floor.

When the person who was using the printer on the second floor moved to a nearby table, I walked to the printer and quickly printed a few pages.

Immediately when I started printing, the person who was using the printer before me started pacing back and forth behind me.

Then when I was going to walk out of the library, there were two Baruch College security guards blocking the door from the outside.

They were standing there pointing at something and adjusting their hats. After a few minutes of waiting, they moved slightly out of the way, just enough so I could comfortably walk by.

I didn’t say a word to them or anyone at the library.

NYC law enforcement will probably contact RF CUNY and make up a bunch of lies.

If you have any ideas for me please let me know.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: NYC law enforcement goes back and fourth from Mark Pine is stalking women to he is having outbursts in class.

People I know pay NYC law enforcement to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.

One of my professors gave an assignment/exam with a small amount of time to figure it out. Therefore I contacted various resources around the school to try and get extra help.

This is college there are tons of resources available for help. Also, there are no excuses, I have to maintain a certain GPA for my student loans, etc.

Now NYC law enforcement is going to take me asking for help as a window to say Mark Pine was mad at the professor and he had an outburst.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. Regardless of what is going on.

I have been living in the street homeless for the whole two years that I’ve been at full time student at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College both at The City University of New York.

I have never said one disrespectful word to anyone at Baruch College or LaGuardia Community College.

I happen to like the professor that gave the assignment. Also, I’m working diligently to figure out the material so it will be OK.

Regardless of what happens I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes professors and everyone.

The class that I suspect NYC law enforcement is thinking about running their Mark Pine had an outburst lie, is an interesting class. There are at least a half a dozen students that violently bounce up and down and swing their legs around in their chairs during class for long stretches of time. It’s an interesting group.

New York City law enforcement has audio of me from the years of them harassing me that would be totally in appropriate for school or a courtroom. NYC law enforcement edits the audio into new conversations to try and get me in trouble. They already did it once for my court case in Nassau County.

Opinion: NYC law enforcement is remotely accessing my laptop to harass me.

Disclaimers: Use this information at your own risk. If you have an emergency call 911. I’m not a computer expert. This is my opinion. I’m not a lawyer.

People I know pay NYC law enforcement (NYPD, etc.) to harass me every day.

One of the things NYC law enforcement does is remotely access my laptop.

NYC law enforcement has done this with a few different brand laptops on several different Wi-Fi connections.

  1. NYC law enforcement sometimes slows down the Wi-Fi I’m on to any speed they want. I have no idea how they do it. I’m not saying they do it all on Wi-Fi. They do it on some.
  2. NYC law enforcement can remotely shut down my laptop and it won’t turn on until they feel like it. I have about four laptops total, different brands.
  3. NYC law enforcement will play around with the cursor. When I press the cursor, NYC law enforcement remotely flicks it around to harass me.
  4. NYC law enforcement sends emails and messages from my email and social media accounts remotely. I believe that’s called impersonating me.
  5. NYC law enforcement remotely accesses my emails in real-time. I’ll write a couple-sentence email. Before I press send, NYC law enforcement will remotely add spelling errors into my emails to make me look bad. NYC law enforcement also does this with documents.

There is more. I’ll update later.
