Government New York City Law Enforcement Opinion

Opinion: Email to NYC HRA about NYC law enforcement trying to sabotage me on January 13, 2022.

Disclaimers: If you have an emergency call 911. Use this information at your own risk. Results aren’t guaranteed. Verify everything yourself.

Greetings New York City Human Resources Administration Commissioner,

First and foremost I always treat everyone at New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) with the utmost respect at all times. That is more important than anything.

I understand that everyone at HRA is doing their best.

HRA saved my life after people I know paid NYC law enforcement (NYPD, etc.) to sabotage my web marketing business and run me into the ground.

NYC law enforcement tried to have me locked up. That didn’t work although NYC law enforcement was easily able to make me homeless.

My web marketing clients appreciated my services but not enough to deal with the drama from NYC law enforcement.

If it wasn’t for HRA I would have starved to death. I can’t thank you enough for feeding me and helping me pay some bills to keep me functioning on some level.

I can’t go to soup kitchens because NYC law enforcement is friends with some of the kitchens. Some, not all, NYC soup kitchens allow NYC law enforcement to sabotage the food of people that NYC law enforcement doesn’t like. I’m not trying to figure out which ones are which. I’ve seen NYC law enforcement and their regular clothes lie and scam team messing around with the food with my own eyes at multiple soup kitchens plus I’ve eaten the tainted food.

Here are the reasons for my inquiry to you right now:

1. I receive $33 every Monday on my HRA public assistance card to purchase a MetroCard. On Monday, December 27, 2021, and every Monday since I haven’t received the money to purchase the MetroCard.

With the generous way that the federal government has been supporting poor people such as myself, I would be surprised if the federal government is telling HRA to stop paying for people’s MetroCards during a short recess from school. Especially for the individuals that are already signed up for the following semester.

What I think is going on is NYC law enforcement is up to their usual tricks and scams. I suspect that NYC law enforcement told HRA to stop paying for MetroCards during the break so they can provide MetroCards to all the people who are affiliated with them and they can block people that NYC enforcement doesn’t like such as me from receiving MetroCard money.

I am respectfully requesting to be reimbursed for the MetroCards I’ve had to buy for the past few weeks. Every MetroCard I’ve purchased was either with my HRA card or my debit card so I can easily prove the MetroCards were purchased.

2. The next reason I would like to speak to someone from HRA either in person, via email, or on the phone is about the possibility that NYC law enforcement will get me thrown out of Baruch College CUNY.

I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. Anytime I interact with anyone at Baruch College I only talk about school and I treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times.

Needless to say, it doesn’t matter what I do. People I know pay New York City law enforcement to sabotage me and harass me.

The bar is so low for NYC law enforcement to sabotage me it’s not even funny. Realistically, what am I going to do? All I can do is sue and New York City has the best legal information money can buy and I’m homeless and on welfare.

Let me give you a quick example of how I suspect NYC law enforcement is going to try to have me kicked out of Baruch College.

1. NYC law enforcement will pair me up with a woman or several women in my classes at Baruch College. Then NYC law enforcement will make everyone share all their personal information. For example, full name, email, phone number, etc. Then NYC law enforcement will remotely access my phone or laptop or both or wait until I’m sleeping and look the woman/women from school up from my devices. Then NYC law enforcement will send messages to the women through social media, email, etc. that are totally inappropriate. I would never speak with any student, female or male, outside of school or in school unless it’s mandatory for a class. Anytime I have to interact with students when it’s mandatory I only talk about school and I treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times. NYC law enforcement has taken all the fun out of college for me. I respectfully keep to myself in regards to students at my college. I’m a people person. I enjoy meeting people. Under the circumstances, I find it best to keep to myself at Baruch College. If you look at my social media, almost every post is NYC law enforcement will not stop harassing me please help. I don’t think it would be appropriate to speak with students, professors, staff, or anyone at Baruch College about NYC law enforcement harassing me.

2. NYC law enforcement will have a professor assign some type of out loud reading in front of the whole class. The reading will get me to say some crazy things that I would never say that are totally inappropriate. It’s already happened and I respectfully declined. Now NYC law enforcement is forcing me into situations where I have to follow their instructions. It’s well documented that law enforcement uses these types of scams. Then the professor will say she/he never assigned me to say the crazy things they made me say. The whole entire class, professor, everyone will say they are terrified of me, and no one is coming back to school until I’m gone.

3. NYC law enforcement will have students who unofficially work for them “off the record” crash into me, cut me off, and shove their phones in my face, on and off-campus. Then the students will say Mark Pine is stalking me, picking fights with me, Mark Pine is a menace, etc.

4. NYC law enforcement will have a professor talk about a controversial topic. Then NYC law enforcement will get the professor and the whole class to lie and say I had some type of outburst. Then NYC law enforcement will edit some of the audio of me arguing with NYC law enforcement on the phone while NYC law enforcement was attacking me and say the audio was directed towards students, staff, and professors at Baruch College CUNY.

I’m doing everything I can legally to try and hold on at Baruch College. The reality of the situation is that there is a small chance that NYC law enforcement will succeed in their pursuit of having me kicked out of Baruch College.

If NYC law enforcement succeeds in having me kicked out of Baruch College I will be back in the welfare job program.

I’m not naming names because I don’t want to be sued for defamation. Let’s just say that I suspect NYC law enforcement has complete control over me when I’m in the welfare job program. Also, NYC law enforcement visits any company that is thinking about hiring me and tells the companies not to hire me.

Also, without naming names, NYC law enforcement has staff at the welfare job center and other “clients” like me harassing and teasing me every day at the welfare job program.

Before I was at Baruch College I would have loved a job making around $400 per week after taxes working 30 to 40 hours per week. I’m working 80 to 100 hours per week between my work at Baruch College and dealing with one disaster after the next that NYC law enforcement creates for me on a daily basis.

I would like to know how can HRA try to protect me from NYC law enforcement if by some unfortunate circumstance I end up back in the welfare job program?

It’s very clear that once again, NYC law enforcement has complete control over the welfare job program in regards to blocking someone such as myself from getting help.

I applied to hundreds if not thousands of jobs while I was in the welfare job program and I was never hired for any of them. I would have been as happy as can be working in the fast-food industry. Unfortunately, no one would hire me.

My goal is to graduate from Baruch College so hopefully, I won’t be back in the welfare job program. I’m also trying to figure out how to earn money to get off welfare although anytime I start moving forward NYC law enforcement scares everyone away from doing business with me.

I have almost no credibility because I’m homeless. The little credibility I can claim is that I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t party, I don’t date, and I don’t have a criminal record. Furthermore, I have a 3.8 GPA at Baruch College/LaGuardia Community College/CUNY after 4 full-time semesters living in the street homeless with NYC law enforcement harassing me the whole time.

Please provide any feedback you deem appropriate.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: Email to the Queens Public Library about the NYPD harassing me. January 11, 2022.

Disclaimers: This is my opinion. Use this information at your own risk. All information is subject to change. If you have an emergency call 911. Please verify everything yourself.

Greetings Queens Public Library,

Long story short, people I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass and sabotage me every day.

I just wanted to go on the record right now. Anytime I’m at any of the Queens Public Library locations I keep to myself. If for some reason I interact with your staff I am concise, respectful, and only answer the questions they ask me.

I never speak with any nonstaff at the Queens Public Library. I keep to myself.

I have a hearing about suing the NYPD that was set up by the New York City Comptroller’s office coming up in a couple of months. That is how serious the situation is between the NYPD and me.

A member of the NYPD could walk into the Queens Public Library right now and I would not say one word to the person unless asked. I’m not looking to make a bad situation worse. I respectfully interact with NYPD patrol cops often.

Members of the NYPD and their regular clothes lie and scam team runs around the city and tries to sabotage me every day.

The NYPD and their scam team tell people to say Mark Pine is rude, he smells, and he has outbursts.

The reality of the situation is the exact opposite. I treat everyone with the utmost respect and I keep to myself. I shower every day and I clean my clothes regularly.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: Respectful email to Baruch College about me suing them without an attorney.

Disclaimers: Use this information at your own risk. I’m not an attorney. All information is subject to change. Please verify everything yourself.

Greetings Baruch College,

I always and will continue to treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. I don’t care if someone pours a can of paint on my head, I will not get into a negative conversation with anyone at CUNY Baruch College under any circumstances. That includes staff, professors, security guards, maintenance, and students.

Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. I never participate in controversial conversations at Baruch College. I love Baruch College, LaGuardia Community College, and The City University of New York.

With that being said I’m about to file a lawsuit against The City University of New York / Baruch College. I’d rather not get into the details here, I’d prefer to save the details for the court documents.

You very kindly and politely told me it would be best if I only contact you instead of reaching out to others at Baruch College.
I 100% followed your instructions and will continue to without exception.

I’m figuring out the legal process for serving legal documents. One thing I did read on the New York State Court of Claims website is that I have to hire someone to serve the paperwork for the lawsuit directly to CUNY.

Please let me know if it is OK with you for me to have the documents served directly or if there is another way you would like for me to handle it.

More important than anything, I’m going to follow your rules and the rules of Baruch College / CUNY and stay in good standing with the college. The whole point of the lawsuit at its core is to stay in good standing with Baruch College CUNY.

I should have more information in the next week or two because I’m not 100% sure that is where the legal documents are supposed to go. When I find out for sure I will follow up with you.

I have absolutely no animosity towards Baruch College or CUNY at all. I’m merely trying to protect and defend myself.

Please advise if it’s OK to serve the CUNY legal office or if there is another way you would like for me to proceed. I guarantee you I will treat them as respectfully as I treat you and everyone at Baruch College.

Regardless of what the process is, I will keep you updated and make sure to clear everything with you first unless you tell me differently.

Thank you very much for all the consideration and support the whole time I’ve been at Baruch College.

As I mentioned to you a few weeks ago I bought the textbook for a Spanish class that doesn’t start for about 3 or more weeks. I have been studying every day.

I can not tell you the advantage it’s going to give me to succeed in the class. I’m also using an app called quizlet.com to help me memorize the material.

I’m also about to start studying for math and science even though I’m not taking those classes for another semester.

The reason I transferred from Laguardia Community College before I graduated was so I could focus on graduating from a four-year school. My plan is working and I’m working diligently towards my degree.

Lastly, as usual, I’m not mentioning a word about this lawsuit and the police harassing me to anyone at Baruch College besides you under any circumstances.

I keep to myself in regards to students.

Anytime I interact with anyone at Baruch College including students, staff, professors, security, maintenance, etc. all I do is talk about school and be very professional. I act like I’m on a job interview with the New York State Attorney General’s Office with everyone I interact with at Baruch College / CUNY.

I’m making the best of it like always, although, NYC law enforcement has taken all the fun out of Baruch College for me. I’m scared to open my mouth at school because NYC law enforcement runs around Manhattan and tells people I interact with to say Mark Pine is rude, inconsiderate, smells, is stalking all the women, is having outbursts, etc; when in reality I treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times and shower every day.

NYC law enforcement did everything they could to try and lock me up. When that didn’t work they switched to robbing me and trying to sabotage me everywhere I go.

I feel bad for everyone they’ve done this to and are doing this too. I would have expected more from them. Personally, I can’t believe this goes on in the United States. I wouldn’t believe it had I not experienced it firsthand.

I have reported NYC law enforcement to hundreds of government agencies nationwide, thousands of times, yet, somehow in my spare time, according to NYC law enforcement, Mark Pine is this big problem even though after 45 years I have zero criminal record. Plus, I’ve helped a lot of people with web marketing, real estate, etc.

NYC law enforcement is being paid by people I grew up with to abuse and sabotage me every day. For example, they broke my arm, arrested me for no reason, wrote me thousands of dollars in tickets, stole my cell phone four times in the last month, have people try and pick fights with me every day, etc.

I’m always polite to patrol police officers. I interact with them constantly because I’m homeless and am regularly reporting that I’m being robbed. Sometimes they issue me police reports and sometimes they don’t. Regardless, I’m not trying to make a bad situation worse. Also, what are my options? I have a hearing to sue the NYPD, that’s the only productive thing I can figure out how to defend myself.

Please advise if it’s OK for me to serve Baruch College with the legal papers in the manor the New York State Court of Claims requires. If not, please let me know an alternative that is acceptable to you. If you require any further information please let me know.

Thank you very much for your consideration.

Have a great day.

Ever upward,

Mark Pine

Opinion: NYC law enforcement is lying and running scams to try and get me kicked out of my gym.

People I know paid NYC law enforcement to sabotage my web marketing service and make me homeless.

The NYC welfare office, New York City Human Resources Administration, pays $50 per month for me to have a storage room. I use some of my Baruch College student loans to pay for a gym membership so I can shower.

If you saw me, you would not think I was homeless.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record. I have all my vaccines, and recently I’ve been tested for HIV and many other things.

I do everything I can to stay on top of my health. I also have a primary care doctor and dentist paid for by the government.

Disclaimers: This is all my opinion. I’m not a doctor. I’m not an attorney. Use this information at your own risk. All information is subject to change. If you have an emergency call 911.

People I know pay NYC law enforcement to viciously harass me. They are trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College, my gym, my storage place, and everywhere else I go.

If you Google the word > cointelpro > you will see many of the tactics NYC law enforcement is using.

FBI Records: The Vault — COINTELPRO

NYC law enforcement has declared war on me. They spend money like it’s water. If the taxpayers saw how NYC law enforcement is spending some of their budget, people would never look at the government the same again.

For example, NYC law enforcement pays girls in their teens and twenties to crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and act like they are fighting for their life. If anyone doesn’t believe me, get someone from the government to pull the security video from where I’ve been around the city for the past few months, and you will see it happen hundreds of times.

I have reported NYC law enforcement thousands of times to hundreds of government agencies nationwide. NYC law enforcement can care less.

I was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor last year. The charge was eventually knocked down to a violation. If anyone looks at the evidence from the case, they would see the corruption of the criminal court system.

I’m not an attorney. In my opinion, the district attorney’s office knew I was innocent and could care less. The DA was ready to fry me at the request of law enforcement.

The public defenders were purposely trying to sabotage my case. I took a bench or judge trial. In my humble opinion, the jury would side with the government instead of a street homeless person.

Here are the scams NYC law enforcement is using to try and get me kicked out of my gym.

New York City law enforcement has a budget in the billions of dollars per year. In my opinion, NYC law enforcement uses part of their money to hire thousands of people that don’t officially work for them.

For example, these are people that have another job outside of working for law enforcement or the government. Therefore, New York City law enforcement can use these individuals as witnesses.

I call the unofficial members of New York City law enforcement the lie and scam team. In my opinion, their job is to lie and help New York City law enforcement run scams.

It’s amazing to me how NYC law enforcement is so good at taking a good person and getting them to go along with the lies, scams, and sabotage. Of course, the new scammers are getting paid. Still, if you saw how viciously they harass me, you might be surprised at who you see doing it.

NYC law enforcement has perfected harassing people in front of everyone while going undetected.

NYC law enforcement will have their scam team harassing me in the street, a store, the subway in front of thousands of people and no one will realize.

For example, NYC law enforcement will have their scam team cut me off, crash into me, and shove their phones in my face and no one will see what’s happening.

NYC law enforcement has their scam team follow me around in the subway and take pictures of me when I’m sleeping.

NYC law enforcement will then have a thousand witnesses go to my gyms and say they are scared because a homeless person belongs to their gym.

I wear a mask the entire time I’m at the gym. I wear black sweatpants, a black jacket, and black shoes. I’m not exactly sure how they are going to lie and say they recognize me but I’m sure they will. I also wear a mask the whole time I’m in the subway.

If you live in the city please take a look at a picture of me on social media. Have you seen me sleeping in a chair on a NYC subway platform?

New York City law enforcement’s lie and scam team are claiming they have.

New York City law enforcement and their scam team stole my cell phone four times in the past two months. I will have another new phone in a day or two.

When I have my phone, I take pictures of videos of myself every day to prove I look clean because I know NYC law enforcement and their scam team are plotting to take everyone from me with their lies.

Another scam NYC law enforcement runs on me at the gym is they throw garbage and towels all over the place and say it’s me. I was just at the gym taking a shower. When I walked back to the lockers, several locker doors were open and there were towels all over the floor. There was also papers and garbage on the floor.

The second I saw the mess in the locker room I knew it was cointelpro time. I closed all the locker doors and picked up the dirty towels and put them in the towel bin.

I always treat the front desk staff at the gym with the utmost respect at all times. I keep to myself for the most part due to the dire situation I’m dealing with.

I shower at least once per day. I wash my clothes all the time. It literally costs me three dollars to four dollars to wash and dry my clothes in Queens, New York, just outside Manhattan.

I never speak with any of the members of the gym. I keep to myself.

In my opinion, the MTA staff is keeping the NYC subways and platforms as clean as realistically possible. I’m not dirty. NYC law enforcement are a bunch of liars.

I’m always polite with patrol police officers, even when they try and run scams on me. I suspect the NYC law enforcement members that people I know are paying to sabotage me are high level and above having to interact with the public.

New York City Law Enforcement Opinion

Opinion: NYC law enforcement and their plainclothes scam team are harassing me around the clock in the subway.

I highly suspect that people I know are paying NYC law enforcement to harass me every day. When I walk around New York City, I walk on the side of the road. It’s dangerous but I don’t feel like I have a choice. If I walk on the sidewalk NYC law enforcement has their plainclothes scam team cut me off, crash into me, shove their phones in my face, spit in my face, point in my face, and yell at me.

Disclaimers: If you have an emergency call NYPD 911. Verify everything yourself. Use this information at your own risk. All information is subject to change. I’m not an attorney.

NYC law enforcement’s scam team also puts their hands on their heads and forms a wall in front of me to block me from walking. NYC law enforcement has their scam team follow me into the street and harass me with cars and trucks almost hitting us all.

I have notified hundreds of government agencies that I suspect that someone or multiple people are going to get run over because of NYC law enforcements scam team and to please help. So far I haven’t heard a response. I’ve contacted the Manhattan District Attorney’s office, several US Attorneys’ offices, New York City Council offices, etc.

In the New York City subway, I don’t have the street to escape. New York City law enforcement has their regular clothes scam team running in circles around me and shoving their phones in my face with multiple people recording it with their cell phones.

New York City law enforcement has people waiting behind blind spots crashing into me and shoving their phones in my face.

New York City law enforcement has girls that unofficially work for them crashing into me from the front and back at the same time while acting like they are under attack and fighting for their life.

When I call NYPD 911, my calls are filtered to operators that harass me on the phone. I’ve also called NYC Safe, and I suspect there have been times late at night when I woke them up.

If you Google what members of NYC law enforcement have been arrested and busted for in the last three to five years you will be shocked.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number. The New York FBI blocked my phone number. The NYPD blocked my phone number.

Before anyone that works for NYC law enforcement gets excited, I always treat all members of NYPD with the utmost respect in person. The members of NYC law enforcement that I suspect people I know pay under the table, aren’t interacting with the public. They are behind the scenes.

I’m a student at Baruch College at The City University of New York. I never mention a word about any of this to anyone at Baruch College. There are thousands of places to report NYC law enforcement harassing me outside of school and I’m trying to contact them all.

College New York City Law Enforcement Opinion

Opinion: NYC law enforcement is down to their last lie and scam to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College.

The final scam NYC law enforcement is trying to use to have me kicked out of Baruch College is the “he had an outburst at school scam.”

It’s exactly like the movie “Tango and Cash” from 1989. In the movie, people take audio out of context and edit it to get Tango and Cash in trouble.

People I know have been paying NYC law enforcement to harass me for years. NYC law enforcement has their scam team shove their phones in my face, crash into me, spit in my face, sneeze in my face, cough in my face, and cut me off, while shoving their phones in my face.

I take the abuse because I have no choice. The only thing I know I can do is call and report NYC law enforcement to various government agencies.

NYC law enforcement is planning on taking the audio of me reporting them outside of school, along with videos of their scam team shoving their phones in my face over and over, and saying the whole thing happened at Baruch College.

NYC law enforcement will have so many witnesses to back up their lies, it’s not even funny. NYC law enforcement has thousands of people unofficially working for them exactly for situations like this. NYC law enforcement has people whose job it is to serve as witnesses and lie.

NYC law enforcement has been harassing me for years. I am more than happy to share my phone and bank records with anyone who works for the US government. They can match the locations where I’ve been to security cameras around Manhattan. They will see NYC law enforcement’s regular clothes hate/lie/scam team harassing me hundreds of times in stores, the street, and the subway.

I never mention a word about the police harassing me to anyone at Baruch College. I’m respectful to the staff, security, and professors at Baruch College.

Anytime I interact with anyone at Baruch College I only talk about school, I’m respectful and professional.

I keep to myself in regards to students. The only time I speak with students is in mandatory student groups which are very rare. When I speak with students I only talk about school and I’m respectful and professional.

People I know pay NYC law enforcement to harass me several times per day. I have reported NYC law enforcement to hundreds of government agencies and I’m still being harassed.

The agencies I’ve reported NYC law enforcement for taking money under the table to harass me include the US Attorney Southern District’s office, Manhattan District Attorney’s office, NYPD Internal Affairs, Civilian Complaint Review Board, Department of Investigations, and hundreds of others.

NYC law enforcement knows I have contacted hundreds of government agencies thousands of times to report them for harassing me.

NYC law enforcement is desperately trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College. I mentioned it to one of the executives at Baruch College and was told there is nothing that Baruch College or CUNY can do to help me. Therefore I dropped it. I never mention a word about NYC law enforcement harassing me to anyone at Baruch College.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students.

Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. I never participate in controversial conversations at Baruch College.

I love Baruch College, LaGuardia Community College, and The City University of New York. My goal is to earn a C or D average. Grades are not my priority. I’m at CUNY to learn.

If you have an emergency call 911. This is my opinion. Use this information at your own risk.

I have no idea if it’s legal or not but in my spare time, I call random companies and organzations that I find on Google and leave them voice mail messages. I keep track of who I call so I only leave one message for each company or organization.

I’ll call companies at night and leave a message on their voice mail. I’ll say, “Hi my name is Mark Pine. Allegedly people I know are paying New York City law enforcement to harass me. I’ve contacted several government agencies and they aren’t helping me. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I keep track of every company I call so I’ll only leave this one message.”

I have three days left at Baruch College until the end of the semester. I already finished all the work for one of my classes. I have the majority of the work done for the remaining three classes I’m taking.

I’m literally walking on eggshells. I’m being as cautious as humanly possible. I’m treating everyone with the utmost respect. I’m barely talking at all unless a Baruch College staff member or professor speaks with me.

I just found out for some reason I’m about to get a direct deposit next week from Baruch College for about $1,000.

Then in February and March of 2022, I’m going to receive about $7,000 from Baruch College student loans in my bank account to take care of necessities.

Not bad for a street homeless person that’s been on welfare for the past five years.

New York City law enforcement is gearing up to claim that for some reason “He’s going to throw that all away to have an outburst in class.”

I have no criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal.

When NYC law enforcement has students they are connected with cut me off, crash into me, and shove their phones in my face, I ignore them and don’t say a word. I don’t report it, I just ignore them.

I can care less about grades. I just want to pass. When I try and study, NYC law enforcement has their scam team sneak up on me and blow vape and other types of smoke in my face. They have done that hundreds of times.

I’m always respectful to the NYPD when I see them in person. My civilian enemies that pay NYC law enforcement to torture me aren’t paying cops that are interacting with the public. My civilian enemies are paying high-ranking law enforcement that are running scams behind the scenes.

NYC law enforcement also has girls follow me around and pretend they are under attack and fighting for their life with people all over the place, security cameras, and NYC law enforcement supervising.

I’m not saying that NYC law enforcement doesn’t keep us safe because they do to some extent. I’m saying that in my opinion, keeping us safe doesn’t excuse this type of behavior. Also, in my opinion, the CCRB, IA, and DOI should be completely revamped.

Opinion: NYC law enforcement is trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

I’m at CUNY to learn and elevate my situation.

NYC law enforcement has been viciously harassing me this semester. When I try to study, NYC law enforcement has people sneak up on me and blow smoke or vape smoke in my face. I have been to the emergency room of the hospital so many times this semester I lost count. The number is more than ten times.

NYC law enforcement has people harass me in the subway, in stores, in the supermarket, on campus at Baruch College, and everywhere else that I go.

I have reported NYC law enforcement to the US Attorney Southern District, NYPD Internal Affairs, the Civilian Complaint Review Board, the Manhattan District Attorney, the New York State Office of Higher Education, and hundreds of additional government agencies. NYC law enforcement continues to harass me every day.

One of the top executives at Baruch College told me there is nothing they could do to help with NYC law enforcement torturing me, so I only ask for help outside of school.

I never mention a word about NYC law enforcement harassing me and trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College to any staff, professors, or students at Baruch College. I keep to myself at Baruch College. When I interact with people at Baruch College I treat everyone with the utmost respect at all times. I only talk about schoolwork, that’s it.

NYC law enforcement has people crash into me over and over. NYC law enforcement has people shove their phones in my face, spit in my face, rob me, vandalize my property, and try to pick fights with me every day.

There are a few scams NYC law enforcement is using to try and get me kicked out of Baruch College right now. NYC law enforcement doesn’t care how obvious it is that they are lying because they know there is nothing I can do about it.

What can I do? I just filed a notice of claim to sue the NYPD. I’m not a lawyer. I have almost no knowledge about the law. I suspect that the lawsuit is going to take a long time and the odds are against me because I have no money and I don’t know what I’m doing.

NYC law enforcement has girls crash into me, shove their phones in my face, follow me around, and pretend I’m following them.

NYC law enforcement has men try and pick fights with me every day.

One of NYC law enforcement’s favorite scams is to take audio and video out of context and use it to get people in trouble. For example, NYC law enforcement would love to have someone at Baruch College say that I was rude or has some type of outburst. Of course, NYC law enforcement can pay as many witnesses to lie as they feel is necessary.

NYC law enforcement has billions of dollars. I have never seen any organization flush money down the toilet without getting anything in return as fast as NYC law enforcement.

In my opinion, the oversight that NYC law enforcement has is not sufficient.

Before I was at Baruch College I was doing web marketing. NYC law enforcement chased away the majority of my clients. Now I’m homeless and on welfare. I live on less than $15 a day. I’m not sure the exact amount.

I’m making the best of things and I’m not giving up. The fact remains that $15 per day is a small amount of money. Just because I’m homeless doesn’t mean I don’t have bills. The $15 per day turns into even less when it’s time to buy food. I have about $10 per day or less to buy food.

Thanks to Baruch College CUNY I’m getting a lot more money to live on. I’m about to get $1,000 grant in a few days that I can spend on living expenses that I’m only receiving because I’m a student at Baruch College CUNY.

Before I go any further, I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record.

In February and March 2022, I’m about to receive about $7,000 to pay my bills for the year from student loans.

I have been a college student at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College for about two years.

NYC law enforcement is trying to claim that with all the benefits I’m receiving from being a student at Baruch College that I’m going to throw it all away for some reason.

I’m walking on eggshells at Baruch College. NYC law enforcement is paying students at LaGuardia Community College and Baruch College to harass me. Here are some examples.

  1. A student starts yelling and screaming at me in the middle of a class. I have no idea who the student is and I ignore the person.
  2. A female student grabs me around the waist in the hallway right next to a security camera. I ran away.
  3. A student walks up to me, gets about an inch away from me, and starts banging on the table, staring directly at me.
  4. A student walks up to me and puts her hand on top of my backpack.

I have no idea who any of the students are. I ignore them all. Sometimes I email a person in charge of the school about it, and other times I don’t do anything.

I can not imagine how many innocent lives NYC law enforcement has ruined. I suspect it’s a lot of people. I have called every voicemail at the Manhattan District Attorney several times, and they ignore me.

So basically, if a regular person breaks the law, they will spend a fortune prosecuting the individual.

On the flip side, if I call and say that NYC law enforcement is taking money under the table to torture me for years and try to get me kicked out of Baruch College, the Manhattan District Attorney is nowhere to be found.

If the families of all the people that the US Attorney Southern District and Manhattan District Attorney have fried saw how those two agencies are ignoring my pleas for help with the rock-solid evidence I’ve sent them, they wouldn’t be happy about it.

I have the majority of my schoolwork completed for this semester at Baruch College. I’m not mentioning a word about any of this to anyone at Baruch College.

I have about three weeks left of school and then I have about a month or so off until the beginning of next semester.

I’m going to use the break to get a head start on studying for the classes I’m taking next semester.

I treat everyone at Baruch College respectfully. I’m making the best of the situation. NYC law enforcement is torturing me.

New York City Law Enforcement Opinion

Opinion: NYC law enforcement is running the controlled customers scam on me.

People I know pay NYC law enforcement to harass me every day. They chased away several of my web marketing clients, and now I’ve been homeless in NYC for about five years.

I can’t move into a homeless shelter because that makes it easier for NYC law enforcement to harass me. Therefore I live in the street. I have a place to shower, keep clean clothes, etc. I’m on public assistance.

Quick disclaimers: If you have an emergency, call 911. This is all my opinion. Use this information at your own risk. Verify everything yourself.

NYC law enforcement has billions of dollars. In my opinion, they have very little oversight. When you have billions of dollars, you can run serious scams if that’s how you choose to spend the money.

One of the many scams that NYC law enforcement runs on me is the controlled customer scam.

Before I get into it, one more thing. NYC law enforcement has people who work from them in regular clothes harass me every day. They shove their phones in my face, they tease me, they harass me, and they crash into me.  I’m used to it. I never react at all.

I have reported NYC law enforcement to several government agencies nationwide and I’m waiting to hear back.

I have a small storage room in Midtown Manhattan. NYC law enforcement made me homeless and now they want my clothes in the garbage, not a storage room.

NYC law enforcement has members of their regular clothes scam team renting storage rooms at the place where I have my storage.

Members of NYC law enforcement’s scam team have tried to pick fights with me, start conversations with me, harass me, block me from walking, etc., at the storage place. All I do is ignore them and walk away.

Today I went to my gym to take a shower. Someone went into my backpack last night and stole the lock I use for my gym locker. I went to my storage place to pick up an extra lock. When I showed up at the storage place there were a few members of NYC law enforcement’s scam team on location.

I say to myself, what could the scam be this time? NYC law enforcement has people pretend “he’s selling drugs,” “he’s doing drugs,” “he’s stalking girls,” “he’s a thief,” and many other scams.

Just for the record, I don’t have a criminal record, and I don’t do anything illegal. I’m on welfare. I have a small amount of money for food and a little more for some necessities.

Today, I suspect NYC law enforcement scam is the “he smells” scam. I shower every day. I wash my clothes at laundromats. I showered yesterday, and I’m about to shower in a few minutes. If you saw me right now, you would not think I’m homeless. If you look at my social media, you can see what I look like or the about page on this website.

NYC law enforcement has people follow me into many stores and places I go just to make up lies and try to get me kicked out.

I hope the whole world finds out what NYC law enforcement is up to one day, and it stops. I hope one day NYC law enforcement protects people and stops running scams.

If there is any doubt that some percentage of NYC law enforcement runs scams, do a quick search in your favorite search engine and see what you find.

I never mention a word of this to anyone at Baruch College-CUNY, where I go to college.
