Opinion: Email to potential attorneys and others about New York City law enforcement harassing me every day. June 26, 2022

 754 total views

Greetings,

In my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement (NYPD, etc.) to harass me every day.

I don’t drink.

I don’t smoke.

I don’t party.

I don’t have a criminal record. No felonies. No misdemeanors.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

NYPD Headquarters blocked my phone number.

The Civilian Complaint Review Board has not helped me at all.

The Department of Investigations hasn’t helped me at all.

The New York City FBI Field Office and FBI Headquarters in Washington DC blocked my phone number.

The Manhattan District Attorney blocked my email.

The US Attorney Southern District blocked my phone number.

The US Secret Service blocked my phone number.

US Marshals Headquarters blocked my phone number.

Most of the FBI field offices nationwide hang up when I call.

I have called NYPD 911 thousands of times.

I have called the New York City FBI field office thousands of times.

I have left thousands of messages for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, all extensions (1,2,3,4,5).

I have sent emails to the above government agencies and hundreds of others.

I just represented myself in a lawsuit against The City University of New York. I lost the lawsuit, although I learned a lot.

I believe the lawsuit is listed as Mark Pine V The City University of New York in 2021 or 2022. The court was the New York Court of Claims.

A lot of my evidence used in the case is about New York City law enforcement running scams on me and trying to get me kicked out of Baruch College CUNY.

When people I know started paying New York City law enforcement to harass and sabotage me, New York City law enforcement sabotaged all the ways I earned money. For example, web marketing.

I’ve been living in the street homeless for the past five years with New York City law enforcement and their plain clothes team teasing me and harassing me every day.

New York City law enforcement has their plainclothes lie and scam team blow weed smoke in my face five times per day.

New York City law enforcement had women in their teens, twenties, and thirties try and hook up with me to set me up. I didn’t fall for it so they went to other scams.

New York City law enforcement has women crash into me and shove their phones in my face. The women pretend they are under attack with dozens of people including the police supervising.

New York City law enforcement has women and men try and pick fights with me. For example, they shove their phones in my face, they cut me off and crash into me, they rob me, they vandalize my property, etc.

New York City law enforcement has students at Baruch College tease me, harass me, and try to pick fights with me in Baruch College classrooms during class and around the college. I just ignore them and take the abuse.

New York City law enforcement has teenage girls, drug dealers, drug addicts, attorneys, and investors follow me around and pretend they are with me constantly.

In my opinion, a percentage of attorneys don’t want this type of case. For example, a lawsuit against the NYPD.

I don’t have any money.

If an attorney takes the case just to try and sabotage me as a favor to law enforcement I’m going to know.

I’m a full time journalism major at Baruch College.

I’m 45 years old.

I’m originally from Woodmere, New York. I graduated from Hewlett High School in 1994.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know via email, or we can speak with Zoom or Google Meet. I will record the video call and post it to my social media accounts and website. If that is OK, great.

You can also text me with your email so I know to expect an email from you. This way if law enforcement erases the email, I’ll know.

I suspect that if an attorney takes this case and helps me, New York City law enforcement will make the attorney’s life a living hell.

If anyone at all helps me I suspect New York City law enforcement will make their life a living hell.

Anyone who even thinks about helping me is contacted by NYC law enforcement and told not to help me or to help NYC law enforcement sabotage me more.

Please let me know if you have any ideas how I can legally get New York City law enforcement to stop harassing me every day.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: New York City law enforcement is still sabotaging me with the welfare office. June 22, 2022.

Greetings HRA,

First and foremost I treat everyone at HRA, CUNY Edge, etc., with the utmost respect at all times. That is more important than anything.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me every day. That’s the reason I’m homeless.

I’m making the best of it. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record.

I went to the HRA office on 14th Street with my monthly storage bill.

My Access HRA account says the check was mailed on June 14, 2022.

I checked my online account for the storage room. It’s showing that the storage place didn’t receive the check.

This has happened before it’s no big deal.

I suspect that New York City law enforcement steals my checks out of the mail.

I have had my mail stolen so many times I lost count including checks from HRA to the storage place.

I don’t bother the USPS about it because from my experience there is no stopping law enforcement when they are running their usual scams.

I also wanted to mention that I’m not taking a class during Summer 1 at Baruch College.

I was taking a class during Summer 1 at Baruch College and I dropped the class on June 13, 2022.

The CUNY Edge office said that I might have a job with RF CUNY at the school so I’m waiting for that.

I just wanted to give you a quick update.

Thank you again for all the help.

Have a great day.

Mark Pine

Opinion: Email to Baruch College about students blocking me from walking into the library. June 12, 2022.

Greetings Baruch College,

June 11, 2022, 5:15 PM

Library building lobby.

Yesterday, there were two women that looked like students blocking the entrance to the library on the second-floor landing.

I’m sure it was totally innocent and just a coincidence.

I will never and have never mentioned a word about NYC law enforcement harassing me to anyone at Baruch College besides you via email as per your instructions.

Anytime I see young women blocking an entrance or exit I think about how many times the police run that scam on me outside of school. If I try to carefully walk past them they crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and go running to tell on me.

I always ignore everyone and don’t say anything.

Anytime I see women or men blocking entrances and exits I patiently wait until they move without saying a word like I just did.

It’s interesting that the school was 99.9 percent empty yesterday and there were two women blocking the entrance to the library when I was walking in. After they realized that I wasn’t going up the stairs to the library until they moved, they walked down the stairs and out of the building.

I did not say one word to them. I didn’t look in their direction for much time either.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: Email to Baruch College about the police harassing me. June 11, 2022.

Greetings Baruch College,

I have the best schedule for Summer 1, Summer 2, and Fall 2022. I love all my classes.

I just wanted to reiterate that I’m not mentioning a word about the police harassing me every day including today to anyone at Baruch College besides occasionally you here via email. You told me that is the protocol and I’m following it as always.

I just wanted to thank you again if you helped me with X class. I’m not sure who helped me. It could have been either you or the Department Chair or both. All I know is that after I contacted you both things in that class became very normal.

I just had two court cases that involved the NYPD. I’m about to have one more.

The police are harassing me every day as they have been since before I started at LaGuardia Community College.

I dealt with it then and I’m dealing with it now.

I don’t have any desire to discuss the police harassing me every day in any of my classes.

I don’t have any desire to discuss the police harassing me or anything negative at all with any of my professors.

In my humble opinion, I just exposed the police twice in two court cases worse than they could ever imagine. The third case is already moving forward and this is going to be the best one.

The police know that a lot of people are starting to find out that they are harassing me every day and it’s only a matter of time before I get some help.

Me “winning” includes succeeding at Baruch College.

I have never had any desire to discuss the police harassing me with anyone at Baruch College.

I don’t care if the police attack me again on my way to Baruch College, I have never and will never mention a word about the police harassing me to anyone at Baruch College.

I’m reaching thousands of people on social media and the web trying to get help.

I’m focused on trying to expose the police harassing me in court and on social media where I can ultimately reach millions of people.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. I don’t hang around bars or clubs. I live squeaky clean.

The police arrested me once and I won the case. In my opinion, they aren’t going to keep arresting me and having me win cases against them. I’m not a lawyer so who knows.

The NYPD’s strategy with me now is to get me kicked out of places I go in the city. For example, HRA, supermarkets, gym, Baruch College, etc.

That is why I’m walking on eggshells, tip-toeing around making sure I follow all rules everywhere I go.

I know if I continue to take the daily abuse from the police and stay on the course I’m on, eventually, I’ll get my life back.

All I need from Baruch College is an education. There is nothing anyone at Baruch College can do to help me with the police harassing me.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: Email to Baruch College about summer classes, HRA, and the police harassing me. June 5, 2022.

Greetings Baruch College,

I’ve had dozens of conversations with the police and FBI about many of the topics covered in the class I’m taking this summer (phone records attached).

I have never and will never mention a word about the police harassing me in any Baruch College class.

I’m never saying a negative word about anything in any Baruch College class.

I’m only going to speak positively about the government, courts, and laws in class.

I’m not mentioning a negative word about the defamation laws that I have complained about to law enforcement dozens of times outside of school.

I’m strictly positive and professional in my classes.

I never mention a word about my personal life. I never mention a word that is negative.

You said only to contact you if I have any issues at Baruch College.

You told me not to contact the Chancellor and not to contact the Baruch College President. I haven’t and I won’t.

New York City law enforcement just tried to run a nice scam on me tomorrow morning.

New York City law enforcement sabotages me at HRA all the time. I never mentioned 1 word about it to the CUNY Edge office and I never will.

I just coincidentally received an email today that I have to interview with HRA or my welfare case is going to be closed.

Normally I would go running down to the HRA office on 14 St tomorrow morning. I would be waiting outside at 7 AM and be one of the first in. The police know that.

New York City law enforcement has people tear me to pieces on the welfare line on 14 St. Or maybe it’s just a coincidence.

I believe the police have people blow weed smoke in my face and harass me the entire time I’m on the welfare line waiting to get in.

I’m not going tomorrow because it’s my first summer class.

I’m not going to be harassed for two hours nonstop, while simultaneously people are blowing weed smoke in my face. Then I’ll show up to my first Zoom class high on weed after being harassed for two hours nonstop. That has happened to me so many times I lost count.

I’ll go to HRA on Wednesday when I don’t have a class and the police can harass me all morning on my day off from school.

Tomorrow morning I’m going to show up to Baruch College at 7 or 8 AM. I’m going to find a nice place to sit or stand in clear view of a security camera. I’m going to relax and start studying for class.

Tomorrow during class I’m going to keep my mouth shut. If I’m called on or if I feel like participation is necessary I will be positive and professional.

I will speak like the Baruch College President and the Chancellor are going to be sent a video of the class.

This is the email I coincidentally received from HRA just now:

The due date for your Cash Assistance case with case number ending in 898H is approaching. If you do not complete the interview on 06/14/2022 your case may close. Log in to your ACCESS HRA account at nyc.gov/ACCESSHRA to submit your recertification.

You can update your notification preferences at any time by logging into ACCESS HRA and selecting “Update” on your ‘Profile’ page.

No one from HRA ever called, HRA said we don’t have to go in, HRA said they probably won’t even interview me.

Coincidentally I received this email the day before class begins.

If I show up to HRA tomorrow morning, which I’m not, New York City law enforcement will chew me up and spit me out.

I’m getting off to a great start for the summer semester. I’m not letting them do it and I’m not going to HRA until Wednesday.

I’m about to email the Commissioner of HRA’s office about it right now too.

After the police sabotage my HRA case over and over which is well documented, the Commissioner’s Office cleans it up.

Thank you and have a great day.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything. I never participate in controversial conversations at Baruch College out of respect for people’s feelings. I love Baruch College, LaGuardia Community College, and The City University of New York. My goal is to pass. Grades are not my priority. I’m at CUNY to learn. I have been living in the street homeless for five years so it’s a miracle that I’m able to attend college. I don’t care if someone at Baruch College pours a can of paint on my head, I have never and will never say a disrespectful word to anyone at Baruch College under any circumstances. I’m walking on eggshells trying to go from homeless to home. In my spare time I’m cold calling hedge funds trying to launch startups and I promote myself on the Internet. Hopefully one day soon I can get back into an apartment. I believe in giving back even with my current situation living in the street homeless. One of the best things the government does in my opinion in addition to CUNY is the New York State Real Estate Salesperson’s License. During the last two decades, I have recommended thousands of people who are living check to check in New York City and the tri-state to obtain the license.

Opinion: Email to Baruch College about my email signature. June 3, 2022.

Greetings Baruch College,

I’m going to revert back to my old email signature after this email until I hear back from you.

In a perfect world I would like for the below email signature to be my email signature. More importantly I don’t want to end up on probation or in trouble again so if the below email signature isn’t allowed, of course I’ll follow your instructions as always.

I’m coming very close to having an official lawsuit filed against the NYPD and they aren’t very happy about it. The police have been harassing me every day as usual. That is why I’m trying to cover myself every way possible because they are trying to take everything from me including Baruch College.

The NYPD made me homeless and now they want the rest. For example, me out of Baruch College, my laptops gone, my phone gone, etc. Exactly how I had absolutely nothing when I started at LaGuarida Community College.

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

The following is for the courts and law enforcement. I never mention any of this in school.

I always treat everyone at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, security guards, and students. Treating people respectfully is more important than anything.

I never participate in controversial conversations at Baruch College out of respect for people’s feelings.

I have been living in the street homeless for five years so it’s a miracle I’m able to attend college. Not a homeless shelter, the street.

People I know sabotaged my web marketing business, made me homeless, and have been harassing me every day since before I started at LaGuardia Community College. They have me living on the defense so I’m literally scared to open my mouth at Baruch College. Their favorite scams are to say Mark Pine is rude, Mark Pine is cursing everyone out, and Mark Pine is stalking all the women.

I don’t have a criminal record at 45. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party.

In my spare time I’m trying to promote myself on the Internet. I’m also trying to raise money from accredited investors to launch several startups.

Due to the situation with people I know harassing me every day, I keep to myself at Baruch College in regard to students. If there is a class project I treat the students with the utmost respect. Besides that I don’t socialize with students at all.

I always treat the Baruch College staff and professors with the utmost respect at all times. I don’t care if someone at Baruch College pours a can of paint on my head, I will never say a disrespectful word to anyone at Baruch College.

I have had several students at Baruch College harass me and try to pick fights with me. I just take the abuse, ignore them and walk away.

My goals in life are to have a positive impact on the world and be successful.

Being street homeless isn’t the best situation but thanks to Baruch College and HRA I have laptops, phones, etc., and that makes it a lot more fun to be homeless.

I can be homeless, on welfare, sleeping in a chair on the subway and I’m still cold calling hedge funds in my spare time trying to raise money for my startups. That is the CUNY spirit in my humble opinion. Take what you have and make something of it. No excuses, no complaints, just make it happen.

Opinion: Email to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission about trying to raise money for startups. June 3, 2022.

Greetings SEC,

I want to try and raise money from accredited investors for various types of startup companies. For example, mobile apps, websites, retail stores, etc.

Is it legal to call and email companies with the goal of finding accredited investors to invest money for risky startups?

I will be honest with any accredited investors that offer me money.

In my opinion, the odds of any startup making a lot of money is less than 1 percent.

In my opinion, the odds that a startup will go out of business or earn very little money is 99.9%. For example, how many websites/apps do you use on a daily basis? What are the odds of someone creating another one that makes it into people’s daily routine? One in several million.

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass and sabotage me every day.

Anyone that even thinks about helping me is immediately contacted by New York City law enforcement and told either not to help me or asked by New York City law enforcement to help them sabotage me more.

Currently, New York City law enforcement is editing audio of me so NYC law enforcement can lie and say that Mark Pine cursed out a bunch of Baruch College staff, professors, and students.

If anyone tells me they want to give me money with terms I will accept I will let them know that New York City law enforcement will make their life a living hell if they give me money. That will be written into any contract I ever create for an investor.

I will have to figure out how to cover myself legally just in case New York City law enforcement starts to torture someone who gives me money the way NYC law enforcement tortures me.

I will have to spell everything out in advance and try to protect myself as much as possible so NYC law enforcement can’t just start torturing my investors and then the investors can easily sabotage my companies so NYC law enforcement will stop torturing them.

I’ll let all prospective investors know that NYC law enforcement has attorneys, investors, entrepreneurs, etc., that NYC law enforcement runs scams with follow me around New York City and pretend they are with me. For example, NYC law enforcement has people follow me around holding papers that look like contracts pretending they are with me.

I would not be surprised if New York City law enforcement has people I don’t know launch lawsuits at me. People that never gave me one penny.

I don’t care if someone offers me a billion dollars right this minute. If the terms don’t protect me I won’t do it because most people can’t take the pressure of New York City law enforcement harassing them every day and they will sell me out eventually. I can take the constant teasing and harassment every day because:

1. I have no choice.

2. I’m used to it.

The following is the email I’m going to send to investors unless you tell me it’s illegal. Additionally, I plan on calling companies and asking for money. For example, private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, etc.

Please provide any feedback you can and I’ll also read the SEC.GOV website.

Thank you and have a great day.

50-H HEARING PINE, MARK BLA# 2021PI035531

015-220

Greetings New York City Comptroller’s Office,

First and foremost I always treat everyone that works for the New York City Comptroller’s Office with the utmost respect at all times. Treating your team respectfully is more important than anything.

I treat everyone that works at your building on Centre Street with the utmost respect at all times.

I treat the attorneys and court reporters respectfully, etc.

New York City law enforcement’s favorite lie is to say Mark Pine is rude and Mark Pine smells. I don’t do anything illegal so that is what they have for me.

I just dropped off the errata sheet from my hearing to sue the NYPD with your office on the 12 floor, Centre Street.

I’m a pro se plaintiff.

I tried to notarize the errata sheet twice on Thursday, May 26, 2022, and Friday, May 27, 2022, at the clerk’s office at the 60 Centre Street, Manhattan courthouse. Both times the person refused.

I have no idea why. I’ve been there many times and never had an issue before. I always treat everyone at the courts with the utmost respect regardless of what is going on so I didn’t spend too much time questioning the rejection.

I’ll try to notarize the document again at another clerk’s office.

I also tried to speak with someone at your office on Friday, May 27, 2022, but there wasn’t anyone at the window across the hall from the window where I dropped off documents.

I’ll stop by again this week. Maybe I missed them because it was late in the afternoon.

As I stated in the last email I sent, if I’m too late returning the errata sheet for this lawsuit, it’s OK. New York City law enforcement harasses me every day so I can file another notice of claim to sue the NYPD any day.

I appreciate the help from your office. I am making the best of the situation.

I will continue to treat everyone at and connected with the New York City Comptroller’s Office with the utmost respect at all times.

Thank you and have a great day.
