Notice of claim to sue the NYC Comptroller’s office.

Greetings,

First and foremost I treat everyone at the NYC Comptroller’s office, HRA, CUNY, USPS, etc. with the utmost respect at all times. I will continue to treat everyone with the maximum level of respect.

I would like to sue the NYC Comptroller’s office for $105,000.00. If anyone saw what is going on between New York law enforcement and myself they would be shocked. People I know pay New York law enforcement to torture people including me.

I appreciate everything that the NYC Comptroller’s office has done for me. The NYC Comptroller’s office has done more to help me with the NYPD than any other government agency.

There are a few reasons I want to sue. The main reason is that I have a feeling that the NYC Comptroller’s office is stalling my lawsuits against HRA and CUNY to buy the NYPD and New York law enforcement more time to sabotage me.

I could be wrong but if I’m not I need to let everyone involved know what’s going on. For example, I have had one teacher at CUNY send me an email with every girl/woman’s full name and email address in one of my classes with a note to please confirm I received every girl’s email. I politely notified the teacher that I do not feel comfortable having any student’s personal information and I don’t want anyone having my information unnecessarily.

If I’m in a biology lab and we share first names that is a different story. All it takes is someone from New York law enforcement or their civilian team to send one email from my account to a girl from CUNY and I’m gone. New York law enforcement has accessed my email and social media accounts so many times I lost count. They are probably in there right now.

Another teacher asked me to join an online group chat with all the girls in my class full names and easy access to contact them all. I’m sure it’s all standard procedure and a coincidence. I kindly declined.

I contacted the Chancellor and sexual harassment office at school. I asked them if I could please be excused from online group chats with students. I have all the information for the class. I don’t need a group chat with what I’m dealing with from New York law enforcement.

I have a 4.0 GPA after 27 credits without any group chat. Also, I was in an online form last semester as per a teacher’s instructions. Immediately I have a girl sending me a message flirting that was totally unprofessional. I ignored the message.

The second reason I want to sue the NYC Comptroller’s office is that I believe it’s your fiduciary duty to report if anyone from New York law enforcement or representative of New York law enforcement has contacted your office and asked you to sabotage me in any way. I hope it’s a violation not to report it to the authorities. I know for a 100% fact that New York law enforcement contacts every government agency I interact with and sabotages me.

Now I know that there is no one to report it to and New York law enforcement has no real oversight. Until anyone wants to admit that we can all follow the rules.

I don’t take any of this personally. I will continue to treat all parties involved with the utmost respect at all times. I’ll be in this week with a notarized notice of claim to sue the NYC Comptroller’s office.

Thank you and have a great day.

Email to the NYC Comptroller’s office about 3 notice of claim forms I dropped off at their office. I’m suing the NYPD, CUNY, and HRA.

Greetings,

I dropped off paperwork to sue the NYPD, CUNY, and Human Resources Administration.

I had a deposition or hearing about the situation with the NYPD. I then received the print out of everything that was said during the hearing from the attorney who ran the deposition. I dropped off a notarized version of the updates from the hearing typed by the stenographer last week at the NYC Comptroller’s office (12th floor).

I have not received any mail from the NYC Comptroller’s Office in a while.

My PO Box is:

Mark Pine

450 Lexington Avenue

Unit #1375

New York, NY 10163

I treat everyone at HRA, CUNY, the NYC Comptroller’s office with the utmost respect at all times. I don’t take the sabotage and scams personally. I know that New York law enforcement is behind it all. I’m not arguing, I’m suing. I’m calm, cool, and collected.

I have not received any information regarding hearings for the CUNY or HRA depositions or hearings. If you need the dates I dropped off the notarized notice of claim forms at the NYC Comptroller’s office, 12 floor, I will send the information. Shouldn’t I also have a case number for each of the notice of claim forms dropped off?

New York law enforcement continues to hammer away at me behind the scenes at both of those places and in other ways. I’m not saying everyone goes along with it, but, New York law enforcement tries to sabotage me at almost every place I go public and private. They have people following me into supermarkets trying to pick fights with me. There is nothing off-limits with them. All these lawsuits are connected to the fact that people I know pay New York law enforcement to ruin people’s lives with extreme prejudice.

Before I used to drop off paperwork with various government agencies and not follow up. Now I’m following up and staying on top of everything.

Thank you for your consideration.

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

Ever upward,

Mark Pine

New York law enforcement drugs me and then has people follow me into stores while I’m shopping and harass me. It’s happening on the Upper East Side in New York City and anywhere else I go.

This is a message I sent to a supermarket a few minutes ago. New York law enforcement puts drugs into water and throws it on me. Then they have a bunch of people follow me into stores and run social distancing scams on me. For example, they have people crash into me, block me from walking, etc. There were security cameras throughout the store and New York law enforcement can care less. New York law enforcement stripped me of all my possessions and money. Now they are trying to have me banned from everywhere in the city.

Greetings,

People I know pay New York law enforcement to torture me. They harass me around the clock. For example, they have women and men try to pick fights with me while the NYPD supervises.

I always treat your staff with the utmost respect at all times. I always treat everyone respectfully. I’m a full-time honor student at CUNY. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record.

When I go shopping New York law enforcement sends people into stores with me to try and pick fights with me. They pretend to crash into me and they run social distancing scams. If I’m looking at an item the police will have a bunch of civilians get close to me on all sides and pretend I’m not social distancing.

They just did it to me at your above-listed location. If you look at the security video it’s obvious. New York law enforcement had people following me around the supermarket from the minute I walked inside. What really makes it obvious is if you look at the security video a few minutes before I show up and then after I show up.

Everything will be calm before I enter. Then I show up and people are running around in every direction and going the wrong way in aisels. Then after I leave it goes back to normal. If anyone reading this doesn’t believe this goes on, Google what members of the NYPD have been arrested for recently. Murder, rape, child abuse, drug dealing, etc.

Again, I always treat your staff with the utmost respect at all times. I’m going to forward this exact message to the FBI, NYPD internal affairs, and other government agencies. I’m not expecting they will do anything, I just wanted to let you know. I enjoy shopping at your establishments.

There is nothing I can do about this situation. Anytime I’m there, New York law enforcement is going to have members of their civilian team follow me in. Or maybe it’s all just a big coincidence and I have nothing to be concerned about.

Thank you and have a great day.
