Follow up regarding my August storage invoice with the New York City Human Resources Administration. July 11, 2023.

Greetings HRA,

If or when someone is available, please let me know if I need to visit the HRA office on East 16th St in New York City every month with my storage invoice.

Or can upload my storage invoice to the Access HRA mobile app instead.

I uploaded a copy of my August storage invoice to the Access HRA mobile app this month.

Additionally, I visited the HRA office on East 16th St in New York City this morning, July 11, 2023, and handed in a printed-out copy of my August storage invoice.

I checked my Access HRA account, and the website hasn’t yet been updated.

Access HRA isn’t showing that I was there today with my storage invoice.

I checked under documents.

I’ll keep an eye on the documents section on the Access HRA website.

If, for some reason, the website doesn’t update and show that I dropped off my August 2023 storage invoice in person today at HRA 16th St NYC, I’ll gladly stop by 16th St again this Friday or Monday.

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

I’m on public assistance or welfare.

HRA, the New York City welfare office, pays for me to have a storage room to keep my belongings.

Greetings HRA,

Thank you for your amazing work for everyone in my financial situation.

I just uploaded a perfectly clear copy of my August storage invoice into the Access HRA app.

Today is July 10, 2023.

If possible, I would like to be clear about something.

Do I have to additionally bring a printed-out copy of the storage invoice into the HRA 16th St NYC office location for the storage invoice to be paid?

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

Greetings,

I love Baruch College.

The team here has helped me a massive amount.

I have been living in the street homeless the entire time I’ve been a student at Baruch College.

I have 8 classes left to graduate.

I make the best of all situations and I have a positive attitude.

I’m very appreciative for the opportunity I have at Baruch College.

If you can help me great.

If not I’ll find a way like always and make the best of the situation.

Because I’m living in the street homeless, I use portable batteries to charge my devices.

I was recently robbed in the Hudson Yards area for 5 portable batteries that I use to charge my laptop and phone.

The batteries help me work when school is closed and I don’t have anywhere to charge my devices.

Please let me know if you require any additional information.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: I have called and emailed the FBI and NYPD thousands of times.

Greetings FBI and NYPD,

People I know pay members of New York City law enforcement to harass me.

I’ve learned that New York City law enforcement doesn’t have any oversight.

The US Attorney Southern District of New York blocked my phone number.

The Manhattan District Attorney blocked my phone number.

The NYC FBI blocked my phone number.

NYPD Internal Affairs blocked my phone number.

Many other government agencies have blocked my phone number and email.

The big secret is that New York City law enforcement pays women and men in regular clothes, many of whom probably don’t work for any government agency, to harass me.

New York City law enforcement also has members of the NYPD and other government agencies in uniform harass me, try to crash into me, shove their phones in my face, etc.

I just ignore them and move away.

New York City law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes harass me in stores, in the street, in the subway, at Baruch College, and everywhere else.

Sometimes it’s more obvious than others.

The people in regular clothes that harass me on behalf of law enforcement crash into me, shove their phones in my face, blow drug smoke in my face, rob me, vandalize my property, and much more.

Another scam that law enforcement runs on me over and over is car and vehicle scams.

For example, I’ll be crossing the street, sometimes in close proximity to Baruch College.

Law enforcement will have women and men speed up to me and pretend they are trying to run me over.

I’m surprised no one has been run over yet.

Law enforcement pays young women to crash into me, shove their phones in my face, and pretend they are under attack and fighting for their lives.

Law enforcement also pays women and men to do anything they can to try and pick fights with me.

When law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes harassing me throughout New York City I call the Department of Justice extension zero, NYPD 911, and the FBI in all 50 states.

Sometimes law enforcement will harass me for hours at a time.

When that happens, I’ll call the Department of Justice extension zero, NYPD 911, and the FBI over 100 times per day.

I give them my social security number, date of birth, etc.

I get the feeling that law enforcement can care less that people I know are paying law enforcement to harass me.

I don’t have a criminal record.

I don’t drink.

I don’t smoke.

I’m living in the street homeless.

Please advise if anyone has any ideas for me.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: Sympathy points email to my Baruch College CUNY Spring 2023 professors.

Greetings Professor,

First and foremost I always treat everyone at Baruch College CUNY with the utmost respect at all times.

That is more important than any of this.

Everyone at Baruch College CUNY is providing a stellar service for the community.

I’m sending this email to all my professors although I should really be sending it to the legislators that I believe are in charge of these types of decisions.

Whatever grade I get, I get.

I 1 million % respect all my professor’s decisions.

I just wanted to include a little information about myself and other individuals in similar situations.

In my humble opinion there should be a classification for students living in extreme poverty such as myself.

There are a lot of students in the United States that are homeless, live in dangerous neighborhoods, don’t have food, etc.

I’m living in the street homeless and I don’t have food.

I’m on public assistance receiving about $8 per day for food.

I applied for hundreds of minimum wage jobs in Manhattan and didn’t get one offer.

I don’t have a criminal record.

I don’t drink.

I don’t smoke.

I don’t party.

I don’t do anything illegal.

I’m in good spirits and making the best of the situation.

Baruch College CUNY and the professors and staff have made my life 1000X more comfortable than it was before I started college.

For example, I have a phone, laptop, winter coat, etc.

I believe that one day I will get a roof back over my head.

I receive many benefits from New York City, the Federal Government, etc.

The only benefit I don’t accept is living in a homeless shelter.

I prefer to be homeless in the street.

When it’s cold outside I’ll sleep sitting up on the steps of a subway platform such as East 77th St in Manhattan.

When it’s freezing outside I can’t sit down.

There are subway stations that are warm but don’t allow people to sit down.

A lot of people think New York City and the subway is a “free for all” but it isn’t.

The subway stations that don’t have heat are more lenient than the subway stations that have heat.

Therefore during the coldest winter months I will have to stand up for hours every night because I can’t sleep—and I’m still freezing.

There are a lot of homeless people like me that work and go to school.

People don’t think or don’t care about homeless people that are trying to elevate their lives.

A lot of us are.

Instead of focusing on that everyone just wants to focus on the most out of control homeless people.

All the schoolwork I did this semester was while I was tired, hungry, and freezing.

My phone was stolen 3 times this semester.

I have police reports for 2 of the times.

The last thing I want to include is that I understand that just because a person isn’t homeless, doesn’t mean life is perfect for them.

I understand everyone has their own hurdles to get over.

Especially these days.

If any of the above facts has a positive impact on my grade, great.

If not, I totally understand.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: Email to the New York City Human Resources Administration about how I suspect law enforcement might be threatening some of the HRA staff not to pay my storage bill on 5/19/2023.

Loading

Greetings Human Resources,

First and foremost I always treat all your staff with the utmost respect at all times.

No matter what.

I hope I’m wrong but I suspect law enforcement had your staff run another scam on me the same way law enforcement runs one scam after the next on me at Baruch College CUNY and everywhere else.

I uploaded my storage invoice to Access HRA.

Then the storage company raised the price after sending the first invoice.

I then uploaded the new invoice with the increased price to Access HRA.

When the storage bill still didn’t get paid I then went in person to HRA 16 St NYC with the invoice from my storage company.

The person at the counter at HRA 16th St NYC asked me to sign a document and that was it.

The person at the counter at HRA 16th St NYC then gave me a receipt for my records.

I’m looking at the document now on the Access HRA website and nothing is filled out.

There is no price, no invoice, just a blank document with my signature and it says storage.

I don’t take it personally.

I will continue to treat your staff with the utmost respect at all times.

I’ll go back to HRA 16 St in New York City on Monday and every day after until it gets worked out.

Law enforcement will probably have me go back to HRA 16th St several more times so they can have drug addicts pretend they are handing me things, have teenage girls pretend I’m stalking them, and have other people blow drug smoke in my face every day I visit the HRA office.

If you require any additional information from me please let me know.

If law enforcement is threatening you not to pay for my storage bill I understand.

New York City law enforcement does not have any oversight at all and it’s documented that they murder and attack innocent people.

I suspect the number is a lot higher for what they get credit for although the number they get credit for murdering and abusing is a lot.

Thank you and have a great day.

Opinion: New York City law enforcement goes crazy on me when I try to use the bathroom.

Greetings FBI and NYPD Internal Affairs,

People I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me every day.

New York City law enforcement employs a large number of women and men that don’t officially work for law enforcement or the government.

New York City law enforcement has the women and men that work for them off the books or off the record run scams and harass people all day every day.

New York City law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes crash into me, shove their phones in my face, blow drug smoke in my face, block me from walking, signal me to let me know it’s them, and much more.

When law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes harass me in the street, in the subway, at Baruch College, in stores, and many other places, law enforcement will have the people hold and rub their heads, point in my face, and cough and sneeze in my face to let me know it’s them.

In most of my classes at Baruch College CUNY New York City law enforcement will have one or more students jog in place at their desk for the entire class.

The person or people that jog in place at their desk during my Baruch College classes always sit directly in front of me or close to me on the side.

New York City law enforcement is serious about teasing and harassing people. They have it down to a science.

It’s May 19, 2023 and I’m about to head to the emergency room right now because someone blew some type of drug smoke in my face for the 300th time.

New York City law enforcement has perfected training people how to harass people in front of crowds without anyone knowing what’s going on besides the intended target.

When I walk around New York City law enforcement has women and men harass me one after the next.

When it starts, I start calling the Department of Justice extension zero, all 50 states FBI offices, and NYPD 911.

There are times when New York City law enforcement will have their plain clothes lie and scam team harassing me one after the next for hours.

When that happens I will call NYPD 911 over 100 times per day. Sometimes hundreds of times per day.

The people that pick up the phone for NYPD 911 will harass me on the phone.

The people that pick up the phone for NYPD 911 also pretend that they don’t know the situation when I’ve called probably over 30 thousand times and over 1,000 times per week.

That’s not including calls to the FBI.

People don’t know but one of law enforcements number one games is sending people in regular clothes to pick fights with people to get them in trouble.

That is why I ignore the people law enforcement sends to harass me and just call to report it.

When I speak with the people that pick up the phones for the FBI and NYPD 911, they run scams on the phone.

For example, they will yell on top of me, they will make jokes about law enforcement harassing me, and much more.

New York City law enforcement including the FBI and NYPD are professionally training large numbers of people on how to pick fights with people to get them in trouble, harass people, sabotage people, etc.

The NYPD has a budget around 10 billion dollars per year and over 50 thousand employees.

Does anyone even know the budget of the New York FBI and how many people work there?

I believe that the FBI at least has 3 New York offices—New York City, Albany, and Buffalo.

I have called the FBI at least 10 thousand times and probably much more.

The US Attorney Southern District of New York, the Manhattan District Attorney, the NYPD, the New York City FBI blocked my phone number.

I don’t have a criminal record.

I’ve called and emailed dozens of government agencies in New York City tens of thousands of times.

Law enforcement chased away all my web marketing clients so now I’m living in the street homeless.

When I try to use a public bathroom law enforcement has drug addicts pretend they are handing me things.

When I try to use a public bathroom including at Baruch College and the gym, law enforcement has people harass me inside the bathroom.

Also, if law enforcement sees me walking towards a bathroom they will have members of their plain clothes lie and scam team block me from using the bathroom all together.

Then law enforcement will drug me while I’m waiting in line and have people tease me and harass me while I’m waiting to use the bathrooom.

That’s enough for now.

If anyone has any ideas how I can legally get law enforcement to stop harassing me every day in New York City please let me know.

Thank you.

Mark Pine

Opinion: Email to the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) about law enforcement (FBI, police) threatening their staff to sabotage my public assistance case.

Loading

Greetings HRA,

Personally, I think you’re doing a great job.

I always treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times.

If you know how to look I’m currently suing The City University of New York.

The case is called

Mark Pine Vs The City University of New York.

The whole case is about how rich people I know pay law enforcement to sabotage me at CUNY and harass me.

I highly suspect law enforcement is sabotaging my case at HRA.

I don’t blame anyone at HRA for allowing law enforcement to sabotage me or helping law enforcement sabotage me.

I don’t have a criminal record.

I don’t do anything illegal.

The Manhattan District Attorney, the US Attorney for NYC, the NYPD, and the NYC FBI all blocked my number because if anyone helps me they are immediately fired if they are lucky.

People I know pay a lot of money to the people in charge of New York City law enforcement to commit crimes.

For example, they like to punch women in the face, drug women, and attack women.

New York City law enforcement can care less as long as they are being compensated.

The other NYC government agencies are scared to death to upset law enforcement.

Anyway, right now I suspect NYC law enforcement is threatening whoever is in charge of paying my storage not to pay it.

I don’t take it personally.

If someone at HRA doesn’t allow NYC law enforcement to run scams, NYC law enforcement could have them fired immediately in my opinion.

Again I always treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times.

I’m going to file a Notice of Claim with the NYC Comptroller this week.

I will let the NYC Comptroller’s Office know that NYC law enforcement is threatening people at HRA not to pay my storage and see if I can get the courts involved.

The only time I can get NYC law enforcement to follow any rules at all and be a little cautious when they are harassing and sabotaging me is when I get the courts involved.

Thank you and have a great day.

Mark Pine
