Treating everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times is the most important thing.

In my online DSS/HRA public assistance case it says “current lease” and “request for additional allowance.”

Someone added a woman that I don’t know to my public assistance case.

Someone added an apartment lease to my public assistance case.

Someone added an address to my public assistance case.

I’m single.

I’m living in the street homeless.

I’m a full time student at Baruch College.

This is the error in my public assistance Access HRA account.
