Opinion: NYC law enforcement is threatening HRA to hold back my welfare MetroCard like they have done several times before.

If you’re not on welfare, you probably have no idea what I’m talking about.

People I know pay NYC law enforcement (NYPD, etc.) to harass, sabotage, tease, attack, and rob me.

I was providing web marketing services to companies and NYC law enforcement chased away several of my clients.

Now I’m homeless and on welfare. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t do anything illegal.

The NYC welfare office (HRA) or public assistance office gives me money for a MetroCard because I go to college.

Now for some reason, HRA stopped giving me the money for my MetroCard. Therefore I have to take the money out of the little money I have for food to buy a MetroCard every week because I’m not going to jump the turnstile.

I suspect NYC law enforcement is the reason that HRA isn’t giving me my MetroCard money. NYC law enforcement runs around to every government agency I interact with and tries to sabotage me.

Regardless if HRA helps NYC law enforcement sabotage me or not, I always treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times.

This is a letter I’m about to email to the Department of Social Services Commissioner.

Greetings Commissioner,

HRA saved my life and is still saving it. Thank you.

I always treat all staff of HRA with the utmost respect at all times.

I’m a full-time student at Baruch College, The City University of New York.

In addition to HRA being very helpful, the CUNY Edge office is great as well. If I’m correct I believe that HRA has all the necessary documentation from Baruch College, The City University of New York to confirm that I’m a full-time student.

People I know from Long Island pay the top NYC law enforcement (NYPD) to run around and try and sabotage my every move. They are the reason I’m homeless.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t date. I don’t do anything illegal. I don’t have a criminal record. I’m just broke because NYC law enforcement robbed me and I have bad credit.

I suspect the reason I’m not receiving the MetroCard money is that as usual NYC law enforcement is threatening the person at HRA in charge of sending the MetroCard money and telling the person not to send it.

That is why I’m contacting you, the Commissioner.

I don’t take it personally. I’m not upset.

Please help. If you require any additional information from me please let me know.

Thank you and have a great day.
