Email to the New York City Comptroller’s Office about my Baruch College lawsuit.

I love Baruch College. The staff and professors are amazing. There is no animosity attached to this lawsuit. There are a few issues at school that I would like to have addressed by the courts.

One issue I’m having at Baruch College is that I want to be excused from having to interact with students at Baruch College. I have had several students at Baruch College and LaGuardia Community College try to pick fights with me for no reason. I ignored them all. Due to that fact, I don’t want to interact with students in my classes. If I avoid students, no one can lie and complain about my behavior. I always treat staff, professors, and students at Baruch College with the utmost respect at all times.

People I know are paying the New York City police (NYPD) to get me kicked out of Baruch College. The NYPD is spending millions of dollars of taxpayers’ money out of their multi-billion dollar budget to get me kicked out of Baruch College.

The NYPD has members of their civilian team try to pick fights with me in stores and in the street anytime I’m near Baruch College.

The NYPD has audio of the police and me arguing when they were attacking, teasing, and harassing me. The NYPD is planning on editing the audio into conversations and saying my words were directed at multilple people at Baruch College.

There are a few additional issues that I will save for later.

I had a hearing that was set up by the New York City Comptroller’s Office. I approved the transcript from the hearing. Now I’m moving forward with my Baruch College lawsuit.

I’m not an attorney. If you require legal advice contact a lawywer.

Greetings New York City Comptrollers Office,

Thank you for your assistance with everything.

I would like to move forward with my lawsuit against Baruch College in New York State Supreme Civil Court.

I approved the transcript from the hearing months ago. I suspect the follow-up letter from the NYC Comptroller’s Office was lost in the mail.

I went to the NYC Comptrollers Office today at 1 Centre St 5th floor New York, NY 10007. It says to call a phone number. I left a few messages on that number for a few months and haven’t heard anything back.

I understand it’s a big city and everyone is busy. I’ll continue to follow up if I don’t hear back.

In the meantime, I’m going to try and move forward with my Baruch College lawsuit. If the court asks for the information from the New York City Comptroller’s Office I’ll show them these emails and a copy of the transcript.

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

Ever upward,

Mark Pine
