I filed a Notice of Claim to sue Baruch College.

I was notified that it’s mandatory to get onto unsupervised Zoom video calls with students at Baruch College. I contacted The City University of New York (CUNY) Chancellor, the Title 9 Coordinator, and others about it.

I politely asked them if I could be excused from having to interact with students. They said no, I have to get on unsupervised Zoom calls with students.

I respect their decision. Regardless if I get my way or not, I love CUNY. I always treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times. That includes staff, professors, and students.

I filed a Notice of Claim with the New York City Comptroller’s Office to sue Baruch College CUNY. I was notified by several professors that it’s mandatory to get into private and unsupervised Zoom calls with students. I politely asked if I can be my own group and maintain my distance and privacy from students. I was told it’s not negotiable.

I keep to myself in regards to students. The reason is that rich people I know pay the NYPD and others to torture me.

One time people broke into an apartment I was living in. They knocked me out with an incapacitating agent. Then they proceeded to inject me in the face with something that won’t dissolve almost ten years later. The lower part of my face around my chin has been disfigured ever since.

A plastic surgeon injected me in the face with something to try and dissolve the other substance and it didn’t work. The doctor said to me “what the hell happened to your face?” I said people injected me in the face and disfigured it. He said, “why?” I said haters.

Soon after I was injected in the face with an unknown substance, people were teasing me that I looked like a cartoon character with private parts on my face.

One thing that New York law enforcement does is have CUNY students who work for them pick up the phone when I call NYPD 911.

The NYPD has the CUNY students try and pick fights with me on the NYPD 911 line. That is why every time I call I say 911 at the beginning and end of each sentence.

When I was at BMCC and LaGuardia Community College I had several students try to pick fights with me. The students were yelling at me, threatening me, crashing into me on purpose, grabbing me, pretending to flirt with me on school discussion boards, and cutting me off in the halls. I ignored them and reported the incidents to campus security.

I don’t know who the students that were harassing me were. One thing I’m sure of is that they were trying to pick fights with me directly in front of CUNY security cameras and they didn’t seem concerned about getting in trouble.

Yesterday, I filed a Notice of Claim to sue Baruch College. I’m not an attorney. If you require legal information, contact a lawyer. I’m representing myself and I have no clue what I’m doing. I’m winging it.

I filed a Notice of Claim to sue the NYPD. After the New York City Comptroller’s Office received the claim, they scheduled a deposition. I’m hoping I receive the same treatment with this lawsuit against Baruch College.

I’m a people person. I love people. With that being said, I’d prefer to keep to myself at Baruch College. I don’t want to get into a situation that can lead to a misunderstanding.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I treat everyone at CUNY and the New York City Comptroller’s Office with the utmost respect at all times. If I have to interact with students I will. I will be professional and concise. I’d rather not.

In addition to filing the Notice of Claim, I’m still in talks with various staff at Baruch College and CUNY to be excused from having to interact with students. So far all the staff said it’s mandatory that I get on unsupervised Zoom calls with students.

I’m 44 years old. Rich people I know still pay the NYPD to torture me. I have a 3.975 GPA after 36 credits at CUNY. When classes break into groups I would prefer to be my own group. Everyone else should have the same option in my humble opinion.

I love CUNY.
