Email to my gym about the locker policy.

Greetings,

First and foremost I would like to say that X gym runs an amazing gym and your staff is second to none. I treat your team with the utmost respect as I do everyone and that is more important than anything. I can imagine these are some tough times to deal with everything that is going on.

I wanted to clarify a policy I learned about tonight. I was in the locker room and I saw one of your staff walking by. I asked him how come some of the open lockers were so close together? Was that by design?

He informed me it’s because people are ripping the ties off the lockers. He then informed me that the lockers are 100% shut down. No social distancing with a few lockers open. He said no one is allowed to use the lockers until further notice. He said if I want I can leave my backpack with the front desk and leave my jacket on a coat hanger unlocked.

Of course, I know that X gym goes above and beyond to create the ultimate atmosphere for its customers. I was under the impression that the locker rooms have a few open lockers with the majority of the lockers closed.

Can you please confirm the locker policy. Are there a few lockers available for use or are they all closed until further notice?

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

Email to the CUNY Chancellor, NYC Comptroller’s Office, and others about New York law enforcement sabotaging me.

Greetings,

I always treat everyone at CUNY, HRA, etc., with the utmost level of respect at all times. That is the number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10th rule.

I would like to go on the record one more time about a few things. People I know pay New York law enforcement to torture me. It’s been going on for years.

New York law enforcement goes into all my social media, email, school email accounts, etc. and sabotages them. There is nothing I can do to stop it because I’m homeless.

I treat everyone at CUNY, HRA, etc. with the utmost respect at all times. I’m a respectful person. Also, if I get out of line with anyone anywhere regardless of the situation, New York law enforcement will fry me.

For example, New York law enforcement has people physically attack me, spit, sneeze, and cough in my face, insult me, anything they can think of. I never react at all besides to call law enforcement and report it.

A person can and has walked up to me, spit in my face, and I won’t say a word. They have done it so many times I’ve lost count. I have been physically attacked so many times I lost count.

New York law enforcement is looking to make up any lie to have me sabotaged at school. Even though I’m living in the street with the police torturing me, I still manage to have all my schoolwork turned in on time or early. I also never mention a word of this to any of my professors.

Thank you and have a great day.

Ever upward,

Mark Pine

I love CUNY.
