Email to the Chancellor of CUNY and others about being under attack by New York law enforcement. Wealthy people I grew up with pay the police (NYPD) to torture me.

First and foremost I love CUNY. I treat everyone at CUNY with the utmost respect at all times. I am walking on eggshells in life. I’m trying to hold on to the little I have and New York law enforcement is trying to strip me bare. CUNY is the best opportunity in the world for someone in my position. The public assistance, the student loans, the knowledge, it’s awesome. I hope CUNY is here to support people forever. I’m writing thousand-word plus emails in an hour thanks to CUNY.

Before we get started, just in case anyone doesn’t believe what I’m about to write, I want to provide a few examples of crimes allegedly committed by members of New York law enforcement. The following two officers don’t have anything to do with my situation. They were both arrested.

Alberto Randazzo, a sergeant from NYPD 18th precinct Midtown North was arrested for directing mothers to molest their toddlers and send him pictures of the children being abused. He was sentenced to almost 30 years. I wouldn’t be surprised if he is in another country right now. Who’s checking?

NYPD Michael Valva was recently arrested for murdering his 8-year-old son. Some of the wildest and craziest criminals in every state work for law enforcement. NYPD internal affairs is a scam. I have spoken with them thousands of times on the phone and met with them on Hudson Street in New York City.

I can’t go to the bathroom without being harassed. I was just about to go to the bathroom behind a building because I’m homeless and I have civilian women and men who work for New York law enforcement harassing me and recording me the entire time.

Today I was sleeping in a public place, minding my own business, and someone who works for the police starts violently kicking me. I was peacefully sleeping and they were pretending they were concerned while brutally kicking me. I’m like a hamster in a scientific experiment. They try everything they can to get me to react physically so they can arrest me.

New York law enforcement drugs me every single day. Without going too deep into it they have people blow marijuana smoke in my face anytime I’m trying to study. Regardless if I’m studying or not they drug me. When I study, I stick close to emergency rooms and urgent care centers because I know they are going to drug me and I want to have a short commute to the medical center. New York law enforcement teases me that they are going to murder me with drugs. They throw syringes and drug paraphernalia around me and take pictures. I know they would never do that. The precious angles they are.

Ask a police officer if any members of the NYPD tamper with people’s food and watch their reaction.

New York law enforcement has teenage girls crash into me on the sidewalk. They have girls shove their phones in my face anytime I’m on the subway or anywhere for that matter. They have women and men try and pick fights with me every day. They have people cough, sneeze, and spit in my face.

When I call the police to report being harassed, New York law enforcement has people follow me in the street and record me arguing with the FBI and police on the phone. I suspect they want to use the audio out of context because that’s what law enforcement does. They lie and set up innocent people.

I can’t prove it but I suspect New York law enforcement had a few staff members from CUNY pick up law enforcement phone lines pretending to work for law enforcement. They try to pick fights with me on the phone. New York law enforcement takes wild chances like that all the time. By some miracle, if I’m ever able to prove that it would be an eye-opener into how advanced law enforcement is and how dirty they play. Law enforcement is as high tech and sophisticated as it gets. It’s like having the US military attacking me.

Again, if anyone doesn’t believe me, would you believe a sergeant from midtown north was directing multiple mothers to sexually abuse infants? Two NYPD from Brooklyn had sex with a teenager they had in custody. A member of the NYPD was involved with selling drugs and one of their customers dropped dead. I can keep going for hours. An NYPD officer from the Flushing precinct killed an unarmed victim a few months ago. It’s completely out of control and they have zero oversight. Every once in a while if someone dies there might be questions asked.

I have a 4.0 GPA after 27 credits at CUNY with New York law enforcement torturing me the whole time. They have drugged me hundreds of times. They have been drugging me the whole time I was earning the 4.0, since before day one.

I go to emergency rooms at hospitals and urgent care every single week. They can see that the black part of my eyes is huge and they pretend not to realize. I don’t mention a word about New York law enforcement because in my opinion, they don’t want to hear it. They are all first responders. I mentioned it a few times years ago and it’s a disaster. I say I feel like my blood pressure is high. They take my vitals and sometimes give me an EKG.

Besides New York law enforcement drugging me every single day I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record.

There is no one to investigate any of this. I have spoken with the FBI thousands of times. They told me they are not going to help me. If anything they tease me on the phone. I have spoken with almost every federal and state law enforcement. They aren’t going to help me.

I have filed lawsuits against the FBI, NYPD, and others.

That’s enough complaining and negativity for one email. I’m making the best of the situation and I’m not giving up. I’m reaching out to the public through social media. That is as good as it gets for me. It all comes down to money. The more money I can accumulate the more I can defend myself. That is why New York law enforcement shut down my web marketing business. I don’t need therapy, I need money, and I’m spending my free time after my school work is done trying to figure out how to get it. I have never nor will I ever mention a word of this to anyone at CUNY besides the Chancellor. It’s not appropriate and there is nothing they can do to help me. My only chance is to figure out how to earn money while under attack. I have rock-solid evidence to back up several of my claims (not all of them) that will hopefully help my court cases.

Thank you and have a great day.

Ever upward,
