The idea to try and defend against New York law enforcement drugging me every single day.

More important than anything I treat everyone at CUNY, HRA, NYC Comptroller’s office, etc with the utmost respect at all times. I have a 4.0 GPA at CUNY and a 100% attendance record after 27 credits.

People I know pay New York law enforcement to torture me. They have girls follow me around and pretend I’m following them. They have women and men pick fights with me. They drug me every single day. They have people run up to me and blow marijuana smoke in my face, etc. There is no one to call, the FBI and NYPD can care less.

The idea is for now on is I just study right next to a hospital so the second they drug me which is every single day I just run to the hospital. I tell the hospital I feel like my blood pressure is high. I don’t mention a word about New York law enforcement drugging me or anything like that. From my extensive experience, they don’t want to hear it and I don’t blame them.

I just got my blood pressure checked and it was perfect so later today when New York law enforcement drugs me and I go to the hospital, I can match up my blood pressure to earlier in the day for my lawsuits against the FBI and NYPD.

New York law enforcement normally waits for a few things before they drug me.

1. New York law enforcement will wait until I’m far from a hospital, then they will drug me anytime day or night.

2. If I’m close to a hospital New York law enforcement will wait until the day shift of doctors and nurses leave the hospital. Once the night shift comes on they drug me.

3. If I’m close to a hospital during the day, New York law enforcement will drug me a little so it’s not that obvious when the hospital runs my vitals, blood pressure, etc.

Thank you and have a great day.

Ever upward,

Mark Pine

Message to various law enforcement and government agencies about New York law enforcement harassing me on the 7 train in New York City and Queens.

Wealthy people I know pay New York law enforcement to torture me. They shut down my web marketing business and made me homeless. Now they physically attack and harass me constantly.

They have various levels of maltreatment they administer to me. When I am close to a place that is important to me (college, gym, etc.). The persecution greatly intensifies. New York law enforcement will have women shove their phones in my face like they are under attack. They will have people cough, sneeze, and spit in my face. Plus a lot more that you can use your imagination to figure out. New York law enforcement has no limit. They kill and torture people to the maximum levels. The only rule is to try to keep it out of the view of the general public.

When I travel on the 7 train New York law enforcement goes wild with excitement because a lot of people who attend the CUNY school I attend live near that train. Anytime I take the 7 train New York law enforcement deploys a team of civilian women and men to start picking fights with me and harassing me. They also drug me every single day to sensitize me to the abuse. For example, New York law enforcement has people run up to me every single day and blow marijuana smoke in my face. What am I going to do, call the police? They are the ones doing it. I’ve called them plenty of times and they tease me on the phone. They also have women and men who they are using to try and set me up, pick up the phone, and try to start arguments with me that they can use to get me in trouble.

Just in case anyone doesn’t believe this goes on I will provide insight on the state of law enforcement in 2020. Members of the NYPD, not the whole United States police, just the NYPD have been arrested for murder, rape, child abuse, drug dealing, etc. in the past few years.

An NYPD Sergeant from the NYPD 18th Precinct or Midtown North as they call it was arrested for having mothers sexually abuse their infants (toddlers). According to the United States Attorney’s Office Eastern District of New York, “Alberto Randazzo Directed Victims’ Mothers to Molest Their Children and Send Him Images of the Abuse.” My question is, how did he make it to sergeant in a precinct full of crimefighters? Is it that the US government and NYC government are hiring criminals to commit crimes?

Another member of the NYPD was just arrested for being involved with dealing drugs and one of the customers died of an overdose. In the third example, NYPD Michael Valva was arrested for murdering his 8-year-old son.

If this is what members of the NYPD are being arrested for, can you imagine everything they are getting away with? I don’t blame the NYPD. I blame the United States government and maybe the NYC government. I suspect the US government encourages police departments to hire criminals.

Anytime I take the 7 train I take my headphones out of my ears so I can’t hear the call. Then I call 911 and don’t speak at all. All my calls are forwarded to what the NYPD and New York law enforcement call chronic caller operators. They know who I am before I call. They try to pick fights with me on the phone and I suspect they sometimes have staff from my college pick up the phone, pretend they work for the police, and try and start arguments with me on the phone to have me kicked out of school.

After the chronic caller operators hang up, I call again. I don’t speak nor do I listen. Every time they hang up I continue to keep calling back for the entire ride. I ignore the passengers harassing me and mind my own business. No one on the train can hear the call.

The reason I call NYPD 911 repeatedly is to create evidence. If anyone says I did anything improper on the 7 train I can provide my phone records that show I was on the phone with NYPD 911 the entire time I was on the train. I’m not positive about this but when I call 911 the location light turns on so I suspect that the NYPD has my exact location although I don’t know for sure.

As I write this I’m at the 82 Street 7 train station in Jackson Heights. I got off the train because it was packed at 9:30 AM going from NYC to Flushing on a Saturday morning. The NYPD had a few people who look like drug addicts were posing for pictures next to me while I’m writing this.

I have called the FBI thousands of times throughout the past few years to report the situation. I have called dozens of NYPD police precincts about it. I have spoken with hundreds of NYPD cops. I have contacted every single government agency in New York City.

Regardless of how much New York law enforcement tortures me, I treat everyone at CUNY, HRA, the NYC Comptroller’s office, etc. with the utmost respect at all times. Sometimes I argue with New York law enforcement on the phone but for the most part I don’t even do that anymore because it’s useless. They all know me. I call and don’t speak so they can see my name and number and Google me. I also call various law enforcement phone lines that I know they don’t pick up and leave messages with all my information.

I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t party. I don’t have a criminal record. New York law enforcement has already drugged me for the first time today. I have been to the emergency room at the hospital dozens or hundreds of times. I tell them I feel like my blood pressure is high, I don’t mention to the police to them.

If you have an emergency call 911. I’m a civilian. Use this information at your own risk.
