The New York City correspondence number confirmation emails are a complete scam.

I contact New York City all the time for one reason or another. I have sent messages to NY Courts, Speaker of the City Council, New York FBI, 1 Police Plaza, NYC Comptroller’s Office, New York City Human Resources Administration, Manhattan District Attorney, Queens District Attorney, Manhattan Borough President, Queens Borough President, and several others.

In this article, I’d like to focus on the New York City agencies that have web forms that allow you to contact them. The NYPD Commissioner and Department of Social Services Commissioner use them. The forms allow you to send your message type, topic, a message capped by a certain number of characters, name, address, phone number, email, etc.

The New York City web forms should allow the constituents to send longer messages. Furthermore, the biggest scam is the auto-generated system message. I received the following response today after I sent a message to HRA. From my experience, the NYPD auto-generated message looks exactly the same. I have a feeling there are more city agencies using them.

This is it:

Your City of New York Correspondence Number is #1-1-4571060

Thank you for contacting the City of New York. Your message has been forwarded to the appropriate agency for review and handling.

For future reference, your correspondence number is 1-1-4571060

The City of New York

This is an auto-generated system message. Please do not reply to this message. Messages received through this address are not processed.

Thank you.

This e-mail, including any attachments, may be confidential, privileged or otherwise legally protected. It is intended only for the addressee. If you received this e-mail in error or from someone who was not authorized to send it to you, do not disseminate, copy or otherwise use this e-mail or its attachments. Please notify the sender immediately by reply e-mail and delete the e-mail from your system.

The New York City government can do better than that.

  1. The New York City agency web forms should allow longer messages so we can explain what is going on. They both allow 2,000 characters. Not words, characters. The forms should allow 1,000 or 2,000 words.
  2. The auto-generated system message should include the name of the New York City agency that you contacted.
  3. In addition to including the name of the New York City agency, the auto-generated system message should include the message you sent to the agency.
  4. You should be able to respond to the auto-generated message with more information. I like it when I contact companies and I receive a reply with an auto-generated message that I can reply and add additional information.

Why doesn’t the New York City government want us to have a record of the agency we contacted and what we wrote?

If you ask me it appears they are trying to cover things up with a message system set up the way it is. Is the whole entire United States government using web forms that leave out a large portion of the most important information? I started out wanting to expose the situation with the New York City government web forms. While I started writing this article I thought of the idea to create another post in the future that includes how to contact additional city agencies and the response. Some NYC agencies I’ve contacted have public email addresses they provide to the public. Some of them have auto-generated messages and others don’t. When I contact a public email address for the NYPD, I never receive a response.

I always treat New York City government employees with the utmost respect at all times in person and on the phone and you should do the same. I save my complaining for when I create videos and articles. I’m not a lawyer. If you have legal questions speak with an attorney. Use this information at your own risk. All information is subject to change.

Email to The New York City Human Resources Administration / Department of Social Services (HRA/DSS) about my storage being cut off.

YouTube video: Access HRA from NYC HRA.

I’m on pubic assistance and have been homeless for the past 5 years. HRA used to pay for me to have a small storage space to keep a few things. Please verify yourself if you are interested because everything is constantly updating. I’m not sure if they still pay for people to have storage or not.

This is the email I recently sent HRA about my storage. I assume they do still pay for certain individuals who qualify for storage. Again, please verify all information yourself regarding the qualifications. I’m trying to file a lawsuit against HRA for a few additional issues. I’m mentioning it because I reference the New York City Comptroller’s Office in the email. The NYC Comptroller is who I filed the paperwork with to let the city know I want to sue HRA.

First and foremost, I always treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times regardless of how they treat me. Usually, they treat me nicely. Even if I visit HRA and a staff member isn’t being very friendly I still treat them with the utmost respect because I’m a respectful person.

I 1000% appreciate the help from HRA, New York State, and the Federal Government. The services you provide are very generous. The issue is that I feel as with every city agency I interact with I’m discriminated against because people I grew up with on Long Island pay New York law enforcement to torture and sabotage people including myself. Hence the reason I’m homeless. I don’t drink, smoke, or party. I don’t have a criminal record. I have a 4.0 GPA at CUNY after 27 credits living in the street with New York law enforcement torturing me. It’s not harassment, its torture. New York law enforcement runs around and has every city agency I interact with sabotage me. 1. USPS 2. DMV 3. HRA 4. others I won’t mention for the sake of this blog post.

Attached is the bill for my storage. I have submitted this bill in person on at least 3 separate occasions. I have also submitted the bill via the mobile app and the scanner at HRA Waverly Job Center on 14th Street in New York City. I also submitted 3 estimates from other storage companies that were more money and did not provide 24/7 access as the storage company we agreed on does. The cost is $34 per month.

I’ve had to pay out of pocket for this for at least 3 to 6 months while I’m living in the street. You can check the exact date when they stopped paying, I can’t remember. If it wasn’t for my student loans the little belongings I have would be in the street right now.

I will send you a separate email regarding additional issues you were notified about from the NYC Comptroller’s office.

Please advise.

Thank you and have a great day.

Ever upward,

Mark Pine

The New York FBI and their civilian hate team are recording me 24/7.

Before I get started if anyone legitimately questions if what I’m writing is possible, I invite you to Google the crimes that members of the NYPD and other United States police officers have been arrested for. Murder, rape, child abuse, drug dealing, etc. US law enforcement has been convicted of almost every crime imaginable and some you can’t imagine. I’m respectful to the police when I see them in the street. There is no reason to make matters worse than they are. I also treat all government staff with the utmost respect at all times even when the FBI tells them to treat me like garbage and try to pick fights with me. If you have an emergency call 911.

In my opinion, the job of US law enforcement is to lie and scam. It’s almost impossible to get in trouble because the job is to be a criminal and stab people in the back. There is no one to investigate law enforcement unless something blows up on the internet or in the press which is extremely rare. Somehow or another there is a select number of US law enforcement that can’t stay out of trouble. For example, NYPD Alberto Randazzo, NYPD Michael Valva, and NYPD Joseph Recca. This list can be thousands or tens of thousands of names. I don’t know any of these officers, I just picked 3 random NYPD who have been arrested.

People I know pay the New York FBI to torture people including myself. I’m writing about the scams and lies I deal with on a daily basis. One scam the New York FBI and their civilian hate team pull on me every single day is they like to play made you look while ambushing and recording me. The FBI and their civilian team of women and men do things to try and get my attention while recording audio, taking pictures, and creating videos. I don’t have a criminal record nor do I do anything illegal.

The New York FBI had several teenage girls try to hook up with me and I didn’t fall for it. Now they have teenage girls and girls in their twenties and thirties follow me around and pretend I’m following them. The New York FBI has girls crash into me on the sidewalk, stick their phones in my face like they are under attack, and cut me off with their phones in my face recording.

The New York FBI also has people of all ages block me when I’m walking around New York City, cut me off, crash into me, try to start arguments, etc., all while recording it. New York law enforcement’s civilian hate team will run these scams on buses, in the street, in supermarkets, in the subway, and anywhere else that I go. It’s called COINTELPRO you can Google it if you want to read about a bunch of negativity.

The US government has a lot more spies than people realize. They aren’t the Hollywood type either. They are just regular people. The US government uses their civilian lie team to serve on juries, tamper with people’s food, leave comments on the web, harass, and set up citizens, etc. If I had to guess, I’d say the US government, FBI, etc., have hundreds of thousands of citizens working for them that they would never admit. Running the nastiest scams you can’t imagine.
