Law Enforcement Opinion

My new email signature includes a paragraph about how New York law enforcement is torturing me.

I created this new email signature while sitting in the street using the free WiFi and charging my devices. They have something called Link.NYC allows me to charge and have WiFi. I suspect New York law enforcement breaks the charging ports because they are the biggest haters in the city.

This is my new email signature:

Thank you and have a great day.

Note: People I know pay New York law enforcement to torture me. It’s been going on for years. New York law enforcement and their civilian team attack me, tease me, destroy my property, steal my property, and drug me several times per day. New York law enforcement puts drugs in water and throws it on me. New York law enforcement also has civilians who work for them blow smoke in my face every day. Anytime I try to create videos New York law enforcement has people follow me around 24/7 and blast music to ruin my videos. I don’t have a criminal record. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I’m a full-time college student at CUNY. I have been homeless for 5 years with New York law enforcement torturing me. I’m not giving up. Hopefully one day they will be exposed. I have contacted the US Attorney, District Attorney, Manhattan Borough President, CCRB, Internal Affairs, NYC Comptroller, FBI, NYPD, DOI, City Council, and several others. New York law enforcement knows and can care less. They continue to viciously harass me. New York law enforcement also had several girls in their teens and twenties try and hook up with me. I didn’t fall for it. Now New York law enforcement has women shove their phones in my face in the street, crash into me while I’m walking, and follow me around and pretend I’m following them while acting scared.

The FBI and NYPD have civilians running into hospital emergency rooms and urgent care centers before me to lower my blood pressure readings.

People I know pay New York law enforcement to torture me. One thing they do is drug me several times a day. The FBI and NYPD have been harassing me for so long it’s not annoying anymore unless they drug me and they know that.

After the FBI, NYPD, and their civilian team drug me I go running to either an urgent care or hospital emergency room. Surprisingly, not one person has ever mentioned the black center of my eyes being huge. That is what happens after they drug me.

I tell the medical people I feel like I have high blood pressure or something like that. The new scam from New York law enforcement is to have several people run into either the urgent care or emergency room right before me so there is a wait before I am seen. This gives my body time to relax, the drugs the FBI and police used to drug me wear off a little, and my blood pressure reading is lower than it would normally be.

New York law enforcement also sends civilians into urgent care centers and emergency rooms to try and pick fights with me. I’m not going to expose everything they do. One thing is they fake cough in my face and try to crash into me.

New York law enforcement puts drugs in water and throws it on me. They also have people blow smoke in my face. There are millions of people out of work and the US government is spending billions of dollars nationwide so that law enforcement can torture, set up, sabotage, and murder people.

Email to CityMD about updating the username on my account.

Greetings CityMD,

Thank you very much for the amazing service during the past few days. I thought my blood pressure was a little high. I visited a few of your locations and your staff assured me that everything was normal. Your team at all three locations I visited were friendly and professional. The convenience of being able to be seen without an appointment is awesome.

I am a full-time college student at CUNY. I’m also on public assistance. I’m very grateful that some branch of government is paying for me to have health insurance. Without that, I would not be able to afford it.

If possible I would like to change the username on my account to markpine. If it can’t be done, it’s not a big deal. Thank you again for the amazing service.

Have a great day.

Mark Pine
